Pros about this hotel...nice laundry room, clean (but old) rooms, clean linens. THATS IT! We booked two different stays at this hotel at the same time. After the 2nd day of the first stay, we tried to cancel but did not realize we had booked a non-refundable room. Our reasons for wanting to cancel were this: The non-smoking rooms and entire non-smoking […] floors filled with cigarette smoke while we were there. It never went away...it was stomach turning because it was so thick. Our HBO did not work, the security bar that holds the door open just a bit so you can peek out to see who is there was broken on our door, the 'continental breakfast' was anything but desireable, if not questionable and they only serve for 2 hours so forget it if you get up after 9am. The room across from us housed 2-3 guys who decided to have a party out in the hall, laughing and talking until about 1am. After complaining to the front counter we got the typical 'I'm the manager and there is nothing I can do about it'. No I'm sorry, no let me make it up to you, nothing! Finaly, upon checkout we complained one more time only to find the maid was running the front counter and she said no managers were available. We drove 1600 miles to visit family for the holidays and to be considerate of their lack of space, we paid to stay in a 'reputably named' hotel only to have the most miserable 10 day stay in hotel history. After contacting their corporate headquarters (3 times), we were finally able to get SOME compensation for what we went through. I can't speak for all Super 8 hotels but I certainly can for this one. I would not recommend this one to a homeless person. Terrible service, questionable food. If you are staying one night, you may get lucky and have a good experince but any longer than that and you suffer just like us. Next time I would be more than happy to stay a few blocks down at that other hotel with the name that is 2 numbers minus 8 and probably get treated 110% better than we di Lesa meira

the sign said they were a non-smoking hotel but as soon as we got into our room you could tell that it used to be a smoking room and they had tried to cover it up! By the time we left the next morning all three of us had headaches from the smell! yuck!!!!!

"Satisfactory Stay at the Super 8, Twin Falls"
Location, location, location is the only event at this Twin Falls Super 8. Centered between the gorgeous canyon, Perrine bridge, nearby mall and Twin's quaint downtown, the Super 8 is on the main drag (Blue Lakes Blvd.) surrounded by local independent and national chain restaurants and stores. The room, bedding and towels were spotless and odor-free. […] The bare-boned amenities included San Francisco Soap Co. shampoo, conditioner and soap that my hair loved. Otherwise, this 2-star hotel was a 2-star experience. The shower, eye level. The satellite service, minimal. The rooms, dreary and in need of updating. The lobby, somewhat inviting. The one guest computer, ancient, yet sufficient. The breakfast, toast, bagels, english muffins, cereal, one apple, coffee, tea and juice, and surprisingly biscuits and gravy...where was the fruit? "Bad Customer Service in Twin Falls"
We had been up since 3:30am to catch a 6:00am flight out of Chicago. We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 and the desk clerk informed me that there were no rooms "ready" and that check in was at 3:00. I explained how tired we were and that we just wanted to get into the room and rest, but she said we should try again in an hour. We went to the nearby mall […] and wandered around like zoombies and went back to the hotel at around 2:20 at which time we were allowed to check in. Please note: There was not one car in the parking lot either time we were there! We will never return to the Super 8. Lesa meira

"adequate"
The smallest room I have ever stayed in, bed was on the firm side but for what we needed: six hours of sleep on the road on the way to a funeral, it was adequate.
nice hotel but mattress hurt my back had to sleep in 2hour block and walk for 1/2hour in between so I was not in pain and could sleep for another 2 hours

"Super 8 in Twin Falls Idaho"
The hotel was nice, price was reasonable for a Sunday night, the bed was OK, the pillows were large and stiff. Not much to eat nearby as far as fastfood but there is a mongolian chineese place a couple of doors down that had a good buffet. We headed North from the hotel and a short distance out we came upon the Snake River and the view of the canyon […] was breathtaking! Lesa meira

The room was reasonably priced as well as comfortable. The dining opportunities in close proximity to this hotel was outstanding. The staff met my expectations. There is few other features you find at most hotels these days, but for an overnight stay it really fits the bill.

very small "queen" beds, room was clean to look at but did not smell good. less expensive than some other options, but next time, we will pay the extra and stay somewhere nicer

"Super 8 in Idaho -- Convenient for passers-through"
The hotel is convenient to the highway; it's a bit into town, but the town is small, so this isn't inconvenient. There are restaurants nearby and within walking distance if you want to stretch your legs. The person at the desk was helpful and nice; he was chatty, which I like. There's a hot breakfast (I didn't try it, but it's there) and when I stayed, […] there was free WiFi. My only complaint is that the air conditioning would turn on because the temperature outside was below 70. The room was stuffy, and I would have liked it to be colder. Lesa meira

Smelled clean, looked clean, was clean. Only complaint we had was out of the hotels hands; other guest who were very rude, drunk and not willing to quiet down when asked nicely.
