Only stayed overnight, but hotel was clean, convenient - the staff I met were excellent. Good place to stay. Also offered breakfast, but had coffee in the room. A+ as I have found all Super 8's to be.

"Fine for the Price"
The rooms were clean, the water was hot, and the continental breakfast even included a make-your-own waffle machine. A great value for your buck.
"Twin Falls Super 8 was very convenient for us"
They had the best breakfast we have had as far as complimentary goes. The cinnamon rolls were fresh, homemade, and dellicious. Hot waffles, juice, hardboiled eggs, cereal, etc. For the price, it was just great for us.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean & comfortable room. Bathroom sparkeled! The staff was friendly & very helpful, giving directions to the "Falls" and encouraging us to see this beautiful site before leaving the area. Convenient location to restaurants. They also have a cozy little breakfast room included in the price of the room, which offers […] many breakfast choices, from fresh waffles, to cold cereal, bagels, etc. If you are not happy w/ the choices, then you just are not hungry. "Great for the price, Nice place"
Very solid, nothing too fancy but all the basics were very solid. Would happily stay here again. It is a pet friendly hotel, which worried me on checking in since I'm mildly allergic, but our room was very clean, with no detectable odors.

I was surprised to be asked to provide a credit card hold for "incidental" expenses when this was already a prepaid reservation. When asked about it during check out I was verbally assured that the hold would be cleared within 24 hours.

Low average lodging. For one night and if you get a good money deal it's all good, otherwise find something better.

"great price for your dollar"
Friendly staff, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, no elevator or fridge/microwave, but for one night it was exactly what we were looking for. Very close to decent dinning options also.

This is our fourth time staying in this hotel. We have been very pleased with the staff, the accommodations, and especially the breakfast. The price is something that we can afford and don't have to go out and look for breakfast. It isn't super glamorous, but clean and good enough for our needs.

Room smelled of smoke. Asked for a nonsmoking room. This was listed as nonsmoking but still smelled of smoke. Bed was comfortable and stay wasn,t too bad. Would recomend hotel but not one of the better stops on our vacation. No swimming pool also.

"If There is a Dish Water Blonde at Check In - Run"
The hotel was OK for the price, clean and well maintained. It was not until we jumped into bed that we find that our TV was not working. I called the desk for assistance with the phone ringing over 30 times before an answer. I explained that the TV did not work, that it was in some kind of service mode. Her response was "Well mine in the lobby is just […] fine. Is it plugged in?" I once again explained that the TV had power. She didn't get it. I got dressed and went to the lobby to once again explain to her what was happening. I found the lobby empty and her outside smoking and playing with her boy friend. She came in and I once again asked for assistance. It was like talking to a brick. She finally offered us a different room. I explained that we were already in bed and that was not going to happen. I then left and went back to the room and to bed. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out, another dish water blonde, who listened but refused my request for a lover rate. Never again at this location. With any luck, the bowling alley will let them have their old jobs back. Lesa meira

"Older motel, well kept and quiet."
Seems Twin Falls rates are about $10-$15 higher than Boise motels. I make this trip 4-6 times a year, and would still consider this motel again, even though it's about 3 miles from freeway.

This was a very clean and quiet Motel. We were pleased with everythng including the price. This motel was as nice as any other Motel charging much more. We will come back again.

"A regular overnight stop for us"
I live in Montana, but I do business in California, and Twin Falls is one of my regular overnight stops. This hotel is relatively inexpensive, but it's not gross. The rooms are clean, the lobby is neat and tidy, and the hotel offers some useful amenities, such as laundry machines. There's plenty of parking, and it's located close to restaurants and […] stores (Target, a grocery store). They even have a workout room, so you can do a little cardio after being cooped up in the car all day. Lesa meira
"Just traveling through"
We arrived late at night and the front desk took prompt care of us (we had a reservation). The room was clean and fresh. The two things I found interesting was the note on the breakfast counter asking the customer to not take more than his share of food, and the room cleaning people starting at 8 am.

The management at the Super 8 was very accommodating in housing me for the 4 weeks that I was inTwin Falls training for work. Their prices were very reasonable and they were willing to work with my needs. The management even got a new faster internet access while I was there, which made my work related internet work much easier to complete.

We were traveling thru and stayed at Super 8. Nice location and easy to find. Good breakfast for 2 star hotel. Clean and comfy.

the only chalange was a small one being the tolet getting cloged but when I ask for a plunger I was given one with no hastyel and was able to take care of the problem. the only other concern was with location I feel it would have been a little mor plesent with more open space around so as not to feel like your in the business district. "Super 6 Next to La Fiesta"
The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, plus located real close to several restaurants in the surrounding area. It could use a dvd player in the rooms thats the only downside.

Pros about this hotel...nice laundry room, clean (but old) rooms, clean linens. THATS IT! We booked two different stays at this hotel at the same time. After the 2nd day of the first stay, we tried to cancel but did not realize we had booked a non-refundable room. Our reasons for wanting to cancel were this: The non-smoking rooms and entire non-smoking […] floors filled with cigarette smoke while we were there. It never went away...it was stomach turning because it was so thick. Our HBO did not work, the security bar that holds the door open just a bit so you can peek out to see who is there was broken on our door, the 'continental breakfast' was anything but desireable, if not questionable and they only serve for 2 hours so forget it if you get up after 9am. The room across from us housed 2-3 guys who decided to have a party out in the hall, laughing and talking until about 1am. After complaining to the front counter we got the typical 'I'm the manager and there is nothing I can do about it'. No I'm sorry, no let me make it up to you, nothing! Finaly, upon checkout we complained one more time only to find the maid was running the front counter and she said no managers were available. We drove 1600 miles to visit family for the holidays and to be considerate of their lack of space, we paid to stay in a 'reputably named' hotel only to have the most miserable 10 day stay in hotel history. After contacting their corporate headquarters (3 times), we were finally able to get SOME compensation for what we went through. I can't speak for all Super 8 hotels but I certainly can for this one. I would not recommend this one to a homeless person. Terrible service, questionable food. If you are staying one night, you may get lucky and have a good experince but any longer than that and you suffer just like us. Next time I would be more than happy to stay a few blocks down at that other hotel with the name that is 2 numbers minus 8 and probably get treated 110% better than we di Lesa meira

the sign said they were a non-smoking hotel but as soon as we got into our room you could tell that it used to be a smoking room and they had tried to cover it up! By the time we left the next morning all three of us had headaches from the smell! yuck!!!!!
