Þetta er fínt hótel, herbegið var kannski ekki það snyrtilegasta en herbergisþjónustan var mjög góð. það er staðsett rétt hjá metro stöð, sem var mjög þægilegt. mæli með þessu hóteli ef menn vilja spara en vera samt á ágætis hóteli á góðum stað.

Átti frábæra dvöl á hótelinu. Lítið og notalegt hótel á frábærum stað við breiðgötu Montparnasse. Góð þjónusta, herbergin falleg og snyrtileg. Góður morgunmatur, ekki innifalinn, en í notalegum litlum sal í lobbýinu. Takk fyrir mig.

Two friends and I were planning to stay here four nights, but left almost immediately. We had to stay the first night because we arrived late, but I did not sleep at all. "The Hotel S. Georges Lafayette in Paris...."
The light wasn't working, the smell of bleach was terrible, quite impossible to sleep there. We had to sleep in our friend's bedroom (the luck was that they had 5 beds on the bedroom). But was only for one night. We can't say about long stay.

we looked for a budget hotel in Paris. The location of this one is a block away from the red light district. So, if that is what you are looking for this is a good option. The building is rather old. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No way it's a 3 star. The room was filthy with dust. The wife came out with a terrible asthma due to the dust. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

Stayed for 4 nights. Went on a 10 day side trip and they held 2 huge suitcases for us no problem. Very nice. Good value

we were sent to there other hotel they own maybe 400 yards down the street.because we wanted to check in early the guy sent us there which sounded good to us we loved it was in great neighborhood with many stores and a fine 10 minute walk to the train station. the walk went past many quant shops clean room, nice breakfast, nice hotel had a great stay […] would love to go again thx Lesa meira
"not too bad for it's price"
Rooms are tiny with no A/C. With window open, it's very noisy. With window closed and no fan, it's uncomfortable. Red Light District surrounding does not bother us, since me & my wife return to Hotel before 9 pm. My wife found out after checked out that she lost $400 Euro from her purse. She put money in different compartments. The only time she left […] her purse was during Hotel Breakfest in the last day. She left inside the room. "Good for the price"
I think this hotel is a standard European 2 star hotel. The breakfast was not a ton, but it's better than nothing and the service was good. Some people said it was unsafe and I was a bit fearful, but I carried my several over thousand pound Goyard shopping bags and purses and had them stored in my room for a few days. "Uneasy and unsafe feeling"
I knew even before arriving to this hotel that something would be wrong. Staff did not speak English. I asked about Internet and they didn't even know what I was talking about. I got an uneasy feeling from the guy who checked me in. Very tiny old hotel. I had a mental image of my fiance and I staying there and having people go through our stuff when […] we would be out of the room. The hotel was not well lit in the hallways. The lights were out and we could barely see the room numbers to find our room. We got into the room and it was tiny. The mattress was not comfortable. Everything about this place was screaming at me to leave. So thats what we did. We checked out as soon as we checked in. This hotel should be almost considered more of a hostel. We stayed in a small hotel like this in London and felt very safe, but not here. And apparently when I asked to get a refund through hotels.com customer service, the hotel said it wouldn't have its manager back in to make that decision until Sept. 20. There should always be a manager on duty to help make those kind of calls. Luckily we were able to find really nice hotels to accommodate our needs while there. Lesa meira
"A Terrible Experience All Around"
While travelling alone in France, I had the unfortunate experience of becoming quite sick. The hotel staff despite knowing of my illness, did nothing to help. The staff barely spoke English and couldn't even direct me to a nearby hospital. The room did not have cold running water (cold tap ran room temperature even after 15 minutes) and the windows […] had no screens, making me nervous to leave them open in an air conditioning-less room. When I finally decided to leave early, staff refused to call me a taxi because it would be "many hours waiting". Overall, just a terrible experience. "Hotel George Layfayette Pigalle Paris"
This is a basic no frills hotel value for money. The rooms are quite small but ideal for a short stay. The walk from the metro to the hotel passes through the red light district but posed no problems and if you walk the other way from the hotal the neighbourhood is OK.

My wife, son and I stayed here a week while in Paris. My primary concern after I booked was the proximity to Place Pigalle, since it was my first visit to Paris. However, I felt completely safe in the hotel, and it is far enough from Place Pigalle to be out of the way, but close enough to the metro to be very convenient. The room was small but comfortable […] and the bathroom was more than adequate. For the price this hotel is a great deal to be so close to the city center. "happy with the hotel"
I stayed this hotel with a friend and my 4 years old daughter for four nights. I booked a room with 2 single beds, but they gave us a room with a single and a double(2 singles put together) beds in a big room, which was very nice. Also they served quite nice breakfast (yummy breads and coffee!), which I didn't pay extra for my daughter. As most people […] stated already, hotel looks run down a bit, but it was very clean. Most of staffs are friendly and nice too. I wished they had a fridge in the room and had cheeper internet service though. Bestilte via Hotels.com - virkede fint - beskrivelsen OK - Hotellet gammelt, men fungerende - fik dobbeltværelse på 5.sal - desværre kun elevator til 4.sal - måtte selv slæbe kuffertne sidste etage op - værelset pænt i størrelse til prisen - badeværelse med brusebad OK - seng OK - opvarmning via elovn på værelset og badeværelse var svære at styre - […] åbnede først op om aftenen, så om dagen køligt på værelset - morgenmad med kaffe, thé, juice, smøreost, smør og marmelade OK, men bagetten lidt for tør. Inte något lyx hotell, men tillräckligt bra om man ska bo några daga bara, receptionen pratar en massa språk, en del svenska också så det funkade bra.

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt i Pigalle-kvarteret (Montmatre området). På trods af MANGE erotiske steder er det et trygt område og man kommer lynhurtigt op til den smukke Sacré-Cæur og til Moulin Rouge, som er lige et stenkast væk. "Gut gelegenes Stadthotel"
Sicher nicht für hohe Ansprüche geeignet. Aber für eine Stadtreise tiptop. Gepflegtes, sauberes Hotel in super Lage! Frühstücksraum etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig weil im Vorraum zur Toillette, aber sauber und gut.

Не плохой отельчик в окрестностях Монмартра, недалеко Мулен-Руж, базилика Сакре-Кер. В близости к Монмартру свои плюсы в обилии кафешек и ресторанчиков. До Лувра можно прогулятся пешком(минут 30) или доехать на метро. Не ждите от этого отеля слишком много, он абсолютно типичен для своего расположения и ценовой категории. Die Lage des Hotels ist prima. Man kommt von dort aus sehr gut zu den großen Geschäften, zur Oper. Man ist schnell in Montmartre. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Doch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Continental Frühstück ist äußerst bescheiden. 1 Päckchen Butter, Marmelade und ein Streichkäse. Kaffee und […] Kakao gar nicht schmackhaft. Sein Baguette bzw. Croissant konnte man nicht auf einen Teller legen sondern nur auf das Platzset aus Papier. "Nicht empfehlenswert"
Bei der Ankunft waren der Boden des Zimmers schmutzig, wir mussten erst selbst aufwischen. Das Frühstück war nicht genießbar, sogar die Croissants waren alt und zäh. Dafür gute Verkehrsanbindung. Wir werden aber sicher nicht mehr dort wohnen.

Hotellrummet vi hade visade sig att silverfiskarna älskade vårat sällskap. Det var kokhett på rummet gick inte att reglera temperaturen, jätte fuktigt i rummet. Hotellet ligger i Paris glädekvarter så det finns strippklubbar och prostitution i mängder i området. Ganska centralt, taxi eller buss är ett måste. Billigt, frukosten var inte bra, vi blev […] serverade ett glas jucie, en kopp kaffe/the och två brödbitar med ett paket sylt och smör till. "Praktiskt hotell nära tunnelbanestation"
Några minuters promenad från Pigalles tunnelbanestation. Okey restauranger i området och nära till Sacre Coeur. Mataffär i kvarteret. De kunde inte engelska men det gick bra ändå. Frukosten bestod av kaffe, juice och baguette. Vi blev rejält mätta. Rummet städades varje dag. Jag rekomenderar det här hotellet om man väljer att lägga pengarna på annat […] än boendet. Vi sov bra och fick tillräckligt med frukost, samt läget gör att jag kan tänka mig att bo där igen. Lesa meira

Rigtig fint 2-stjernet hotel. Ligger på en sidegade, men der er en del larm fra gaden (så husk ørepropper), fint kvarter, selvom gaden med sex-shops ligger tæt på. - Vi blev på ingen måde udsat for ubehageligheder, og der er rigtig mange tourister i området. Tæt på Moulin Rouge, Galeries Lafayette og Sacré Coeur, og dejlig tæt på metroen. Vil klart […] anbefale hotellet.. Lesa meira

Dette hotel kan godt anbefaldes, hvis man bare skal have et sted at sove. Den ligger utrolig centralet, hvilket er utrolig dejligt. Men hvis man søger/forventer mere luksus så kan skal man ikke vælge dette hotel, da medarbejderne snakker oki engelsk og dette er ikke et WOW indtryk, morgenmaden var oki, men man får dog ikke særlig meget, men det ligger […] da en oki bund :-) Lesa meira
