was a good place

I did reserve a 2 double beds NON-smoking room, instead I arrived at 11pm to a 1 King bed tobacco smelling room and had to put my children in there because the hotel was full. I paid for a room and got another one, which was somehow convenient that my arrival was late.

I stated here with my wife a teen and two toddlers...the rooms are comfortable, well equiped and clean. We asked for a ver late check[out and it was given without much fuss by paying a very reasonable The hotel is conveniently located, but you must be careful as the entrance is through a shopping centes and you can miss it....and end in the freeway. […] An excellent deal! This hotel met all our needs. The suite was roomy and appropriate for three individuals. It was clean and pleasant, with no need to call the desk for any missing amenities. The continental breakfast was beyond my expectation. I would stay there again.

When I make a reservation I choose a non smoking room, and when I arrive the hotel ... The recepcionist tell me: " when don't have non smoking rooms available " ?!?!?!? ... How is posible ??? I open the room all are clean but thr odor are imposible o stay there, I pick up some spray in the hotel to CLEAN MY ROOM MY SELF and when I go to bathroom, don't […] have shampoo and soap ... The overall condition and service was very good. Location is tucked away in shopping plaza which make it a little hard to find at first but ideal to relax. If not staying for full week you have to pay for housekeeping so less convenient for short stays. Would recommend.

Room was clean, neat, and as expected. Minor items: 1) Burn-out light bulbs were not checked and replaced. 2) Hotel called and left voice messages twice about checkout date (even I responded the first message that we'll have the checkout as scheduled). 3) Airport airplane sounds a bit loud. Good place to stay

I did not expect this suite to be so big for the price, but considering there were 3 adults, an energetic 3 year old and a 4 months old baby, the 2 beds plus the sofa bed gave it plenty of places to sleep and still had lots of room to walk around. The 2 closets are a great idea, we had lots of luggage and were able to store what we werent using. As […] for the bathroom it was awkwardly separated (I would think that your separate the shower space from the toilet space, but they were in the same room but the sink was separate). Breakfast was not so good, but fair for the price. All personnel would always be attentive and courteous. Travelling with my kids I will definitely stay here again. Lesa meira

The room was not a non-smoking as I requested, The room is full of odors from the cigarete smoke. the furniture was not cleaned. There is no ventilation or windows you can open. We getting up in the morning only to find out our legs/hands with marks of bed bugs bites. It was a terrible experience considering what we're paying for a night. My wife and I stayed here the evening before catching a flight home. I looked at some of the other hotels but they either sounded run down or in sketchy parts of town. This hotel was just a couple of miles from the auto rental return and was a relatively new and modern facility. The location had a couple of places to eat within walking distance and […] we didn't help ourselves to the complimentary breakfast. WiFi is extra (boo!) but everything else worked just fine. The hotel itself was just fine. The major problem was finding the hotel and then finding the entrance. The hotel name is not visible from the freeway. The entrance is through an adjacent mall parking lot. It took two trys in and around to finally find it. This is a major problem that could be easily fixed with proper signage.

Good value, nice room, quiet and just a few minutes from MIA.

This hotel looks more like a big warehouse-like European motel, very difficult to locate and with little amenities. To make things worse, and due to a late arrival (not Extended's fault) I had to leave a day early but since I had a prepaid 2-night stay I had to forfeit the second night.

Sadly enough. The pool was situated on the eastern side of the hotel. No sun there in the afternoon.

Room was great, and hotel was in good shape.....only problem is none of the cab drivers knew sh#t about this place and how to get there (i think some of them are on freaking dope).....but not hotel's fault (would definitely stay again!)

The hotel wasn't bad, the staff were pleasant. The hotel overall is older, hasn't been renovated. The rooms are older, popcorn ceilings, old TV's, not impressive at all but was clean.

I thought the hotel was great cause it was so close to our work meeting. But it did seem a tad dated on the interior. The rooms were spacious and the free continental breakfast was nice.

I was so surprised at the way the hotel looked and felt. I thought for the price it was at thats how the quality of the hotel was going to be. But everything was great clean room clean sheets and towels nothing more than you can ask for. It was very quit and not a lot of noise from the hwy or airport which was surprising. For a one night by the airport, this is a good hotel. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and as helpful as they could be. The room was average, but the location isn't the best. It is next to strip malls that close early so there are few choices of food after 8pm. The area seems safe and I felt comfortable as a female walking alone. The breakfast in the […] morning was limited to stale cereal, yogurt and coffee. Hotels. com reported that there was complimentary wireless. However, there is a charge. We need a place to stay close to the airport. The hotel was reasonably priced, had a small continental breakfast. The run was clean and with 2 rooms, had plenty of room for our family of 5.

Great location, great service, all the amenities you need for an unbeatable price. Loved it!

Nice rooms but after 9:00pm no one can help you on the front desk

Although convenient for the airport, there was not much else in the neighborhood for food or activities. The hotel had vouchers for a local gym, but when I got to the gym it was so crowded I could not find a parking spot. Lo unico malo es que no hacen limpieza a diario, de resto todo bien. La ubicacion esta dentro de lo que uno busca y la entrada es un poco incomoda la primer vez, luego se hace normal.

El hotel es muy bueno para aquellas personas que van de compras o tienen actividades programadas. El sitio es limpio, seguro y la atencion siempre fue buena. Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y la situacion siempre ha sido igual, no fue coincidencia.

Full equipado my buen hotel, bien ubicado, lo unico fue que me quede 5 dias y no cambiaron paños, ni limpiaron la habitacion. Por lo demas todo muy bueno

Ótimo hotel custo x benefício, com uma ótima cozinha. Limpo, bem conversado, com internet free, estacionamento e café da manha. Vale a pena pelo preço.

Estuvimo en este verano del 2012, fuimos recibidos mbien por el personal, nosotros somos 5 y estuvimos en una habitacion que contaba con todo lo necesario, cocina, heladera, microondas, cafetera, no es un lugar para estar varios dias sino mas bien de paso, nosotros estuvimos 2 noches y estuvo mb, el lugar esta cerca de un walmart, de un mc donalds y […] eso nos sirvio, incluye un desayuno continental y por el precio es bueno, lo recomiendo para flias numerosas ,es economico y la limpieza del lugar depende de uno, te cambian los toallones todos los dias Lesa meira

Chambre très spacieuse (cuisine toute équipée et 2 chambres séparées). Petit déjeuner pas très varié . La piscine ne nous a vraiment donné envie de nous baigner (feuilles mortes dans le fond).

o Hotel eh mto bom.. porem, a entrada eh mto esquisita e dificil de achar.. eu passava pela frente do hotel e não via a entrada.. complicado.. porem.. é otimo, os quartos são grandes e camas confortaveis. Só tem dois defeitos: o café da manha é apenas pão e uns Muffins e mais nada; e so tem serviço de quarto uma vez por semana.

Hotel ubicado cerca del aeropuerto, comodidad al maximo, habitaciones limpias y buen servicio. Muy comodo. Tiene las comodidas que puede necesitar una familia para su estadia. Te hablan en varios idiomas lo que facilita el entendimiento. Colaboracion al maximo.
