This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

"Nice big clean rooms very good value"
The hotel is older but the rooms are large and very clean. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for families going to Disneyland.

"Very Convenient"
This was our first stay in Anaheim. The hotel was good and probably what we were looking for in regards to price and proximity to Disneyland.

With one exception, everyone about my stay was first rate. The staff answered my questions and helped me out immediately when I asked for anything. There were ever so helpful in all ways. After telling me that I would have to move from my accessible room to another one for Sunday night, they were able to allow me to stay in my room without changing. […] The laundry is in no way accessible at all, my wheelchair did not fit into the doorway that the laundry was located in. It was my understanding that AL guests must be able to access or at least visit all guest facilities as a result of ADA. I cannot use the laundry as it is set up. Very good hotel. 10 minutes walking distance from disneyland. The breakfast is fine but very basic. It'll be nice to add to breakfast choclate milk and waffle like the other hotels in CA (we were also in san francisco and san diego in this trip).

The reception was nice/friendly even it was late in the day (past 10pm) when we checked in. There was no bellhop, but she did give us use of their luggage cart. Parking was free & secure under the building (additional outside ones). Inside, the room has very clean and comfortable beds, bath, carpets/floors. Quiet surroundings and halls, except if your […] room faces the back you will have to be awoken every 8am or so from the dumpster noise. I recommend a sound machine, you will still hear it, but you can ignore it. Looks like they already tried to fix this problem with double windows. The bath had no blower/fan that I could find, but no big deal. The free breakfast was more than awesome - a real hot breakfast served by a real restaurant. There is an outdoor pool & hot tub that we also used, quite nice, not crowded at all - but we did stay mid-week. It is close enough to the Disneyland entrance if you like a 1-1/2 block walk to/from (consider you will still be walking inside the parks all day too), but there is the option of taking the A. R. T. which charges a per day per person fee - the bus stop is right outside Ramada Plaza. Overall our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Definitely will stay again. Lesa meira
"Ramada Plaza - Worth Staying Here"
Great location for Disney, a 12 minute walk. Hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, can't really fault the hotel. Worth considering this as an alternative to Disney Hotels.

"Nice location for Disney but thin walls"
Great to have underground parking and the location makes walking to Disney easy. Noisy neigbors and thin walls made sleeping difficult. Bathrooom sink and tub in one room (not seperated) makes getting dressed/ready in a muggy bathroom uncomfortable. Nice breakfast with plenty of seating for all

Love this hotel. nice staff, nice updated decor/furniture, comfortable beds, the BEST free breakfast (if included in your reservation) anywhere i could find. We checked in at around past 10 and were beat and were greeted with a smile. I didn't see any bellhop or anyone offer to take our things upstairs, but the reception gave us the luggage cart to […] use. Couple things: If you don't want to be woken up at around 8am ask to be roomed to the front of the building as opposed to facing the pool, where the dumpster is handled everyday and makes very loud noises. I could not find the switch for the fan/blower in the bathroom. Other than those two cons, everything is great in this hotel. Lesa meira

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the location was within walking distance to Disney. The beds were too firm for our taste but there were plenty of pillows. The room was very clean. It was a nice place and we would stay there again.

My recent stay at the Ramada Plaza Hotel Anaheim couldndn't have been better. The room was very clean, everyihing worked properly, the location was perfect, and the hotel staff were friendly, informative and always helpful. I was quite satisfied with my entire experience at the Ramada. The event I came down for was at the Anaheim Convention Center. […] The parking at the event center was completely full. No problem, the hotel was only about a block away from where I needed to be. In fact, it was close to many amenities including Disneyland, several restaurants, shops, and just about anything else you could need. I have never felt more comfortable at a hotel before. I will absolutely recommend The Ramada Plaza Hotel to anyone traveling. Especially the one at 515 W Katella Ave in Anaheim. It was the best hotel experience I've had. Lesa meira
"Close to Disney"
Hotel was great except for being able to hear all the conversations of the room next door. I even had to pound on the wall at 1230am. Also was able to hear them snoring the next morning walls very thin.

Beds were comfortable but, bring your earplugs because the walls are really thin. You can hear the showers in the next room, the TV's, people talking, the kids running up and down the hall constantly. And the breakfast buffet says they have muffins and pastries along with all the other things mentioned but we were there 5 days and never saw one muffin […] or pastry. "Ramada Plaza Hotel Anaheim"
My daughter and I stayed in this hotel in February 2012. Desk front staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room had 2 double beds and was roomy. Swimming pool was outdoor and not heated. Breakfast included in rates was a major plus. Location was a brisk walk to Disneyland Park, with a number of eateries nearby. Have no complaints whatsoever. However, […] the lack of a kettle in US hotels does make it less convenient than hotels in Australia, New Zealand and Asiawide. My only problem and, primary complaint is that my room reeked..the smell.of smoke and marijuana was awful ..the noise above and beside us was really hard to sleep through.

The overall stay was good. Hotel was clean and wasn't too loud. However, I was extremely disgusted by the breakfast they served. they has an Indian cuisine place inside the hotel that also serves the breakfast buffet. Breakfast started at 7:00. I was disappointed when my husband and myself wandered down at 7:30 to find Cold Breakfast!... I couldn't […] even drink the coffee. it was not fresh. so if you stay at this Ramada, don't plan on breakfast. But i would stay again. it was super convenient Lesa meira

Excellent breakfast buffet, free parking, nice staff. It's two blocks from the entrance of Disney.

Decent hotel, very clean rooms, easy parking, and a quick walk to Disneyland. Everyone at the front desk was helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. Plenty of hot food, different fruits every morning. The hotel made the trip simple and enjoyable.

It was a short and sweet walk to Disneyland...With the added savings of not having to pay for parking was a wonderful plus.

Being an older hotel there are some spots that are run down and the walls are pretty thin, we were able to hear the neighbors yelling at thier kids early in the morning. However, the staff was nice, the room was comfortable and inviting after a long day at Disneyland, which was right around the corner and the free breakfast was wonderful. "Nice Hotel"
The negatives are: breakfast, barely warm pancakes with crummy sunny-D. And the carpet was a bit dirty for such a nice hotel. Obviously there is a contract between the restaurant and hotel, little selection and funky set-up. The hotel sits on Katella very near to Harbor Blvd, 3/4 mile to disney entrance. Not across the road from Disney but still a very short walk. Very friendly and very clean. Our favorite of 4 hotels we stayed at while in united states. I was very impressed and would recommend this hotel.

This Ramada hotel is close to Disneyland, the Convention Center, and many restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly. The hotel provided a good breakfast buffet.

"Family stay at Anaheim"
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with the plan to visit Disneyland during this period. The room was a little cramped for the 5 of us, but we were not expecting too much for the price. Include the morning breakfast as it was great value. There are a number of restaurants and take away places in the same block, so plenty of choices for food nearby. […] There is a restaurant in the hotel itself; however we did not get the opportunity to try it, other than for the morning breakfasts. The main entry to Disneyland is 2 blocks away which is a short walk, particularly when you spend the day walking inside the attractions anyway. Our car got parked when we arrived and it didn't move for the 2 days we were at the hotel as everything we needed was within walking distance. This location was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Although the room was a little small, we were really only showering and sleeping there, so it was not a great issue to us. The neighbourhood felt very safe in the areas we walked in (if only because there were lots of people around at all hours). Lesa meira

10 min walk to Diseyland was useful. Room was clean. Breakfast could be bettter.
Hotel was great and met all our needs. I have three kids and brought grandparent on the trip. They had a family room that was a perfect fit for the price!
"Looks better on the outside"
Upon check in, the girl at the desk seemed cold. Later when purchasing the shuttle tickets to Disney, I asked if I could use a credit card. Her response was "cash only" in a demeanor that I should have known that already. The nicest person was the lady working the late night/early morning shift. She was warm and friendly. The rooms were clean and beds […] were comfortable. However, the room safe box wasn't even bolted to the wall. It was when we were removing our items that I discovered I could have picked it up and carried it out. The laundry room wasn't in good shape. There was a water drip from the ceiling and some of the ceiling panels/tiles had fallen out from the water damage. The restaurant was probably the worst part of the stay. Dirty dishes and utensils. Not talking about a haze/film, talking about food stuck on from a previous use. The breakfast bar was very unorganized. The juice dispenser rarely contained juice. And when it did, it was very watered down. The rest of the food items tasted good though. The overall experience was just "ok" at best, I have stayed in worse. But given the amount of other hotels in that area, I would choose a different one for visiting Disney Lesa meira
"Ramada DISNEYLAND"
We have stayed at many of the Hotels around the area and would recommend this one for a couple of reasons. Great location only two blocks from entrance and the price was one the cheapest for what you get and location. The Hotel was very clean and parking was great. We walked to the park and saved on the bus tickets. Breakfast was included, Scramble […] eggs, pancakes, sausages and etc. The typical breakfast. Lesa meira

After an exciting but exhausting day at Disneyland it was wonderful to walk into a clean, inviting room. We would stay here again.
"Christmas at Disneyland"
We had planned this trip for quite some time to take our family to Disney for Christmas, I looked at several different hotels to stay. Priority for us of the hotel was the size of the room, location to Disneyland, cleaniness and price. The Ramada Plaza seemed to have all of this when I looked it up on line, when we got there and got our room it was […] a little smaller than the picture so I asked if there was a bigger room and there was one available for us that added about four extra feet width of the whole room at no extra cost, so we were very happy. The hotel is about 15 min. walking distance which is pretty close but with very small children we wish we were a little bit closer. There is a city bus you can take back and forth for a price that might be a little longer with all the stops. The hotel was very clean and very friendly. The only complaint I would have is the towels that they offer and very light and thin, other than that everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Lesa meira
"Ramada Family Suite"
The Family Suite wasn't as big as I would have liked it to be. The pull-out sofa bed was probably the worst mattress I have ever seen or felt. Other than that, hotel is relatively nice for what it is. There are cheaper and similarly featured hotels around the area, but I felt like you can't go wrong with the Ramada name. All you can eat hot breakfast […] buffet, but they only provide you with a certain number of tickets, so if you have more people in the room, you must accommodate for that. All in all, Ramada isn't a bad place to stay, but as I said, there are cheaper rooms around. Lesa meira
