This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

"Hotel in anaheim hills"
The hotel bed was clean and having a mini kitchen was a plus. However i did not like the smell of the carpet near the closet and did not like the wooden floors of the bathroom. The window was super hard to open to air out the room.

"Worst Hotel by far...."
Hotel does not offer cleaning services so that means no fresh towel every day. You have to clean up your own mess. It you wantextra towel you have to pay extra 10 dollars and 2 dollars for toilet paper. no toiletries in the room. Manager act like he owns the hotel. I specifically spoke to him that I will pay extra 10 dollars every day just to get fresh […] towel and he replied to "I will try to get my staff to do it" he should be fired, staff are not friendly at all. Not worth paying for especially if you have kids with you. not having a fresh towel to use is not an option. We stayed at that hotel for 4 nights with no cleaning services not even for 1 day. "Dirty room"
When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, so I had to call for service. I was given a room on the first floor with windows that wouldn't lock and a toilet that leaked on the bathroom floor when flushed. The pillow cases and sheets smelled stale and the bathroom sink was dirty. I was not satisfied with my room. "Not a good Stay"
For and extended stay hotel I was very disappointed. They did not have a hairdryer there was missing dishes. The shower curtian had tape on it. It smelled lik paint I assume they had just remodeled. If they were going to update the hotel they could have done so with the tv, it was so small. They were not close to any options of places to go for a traveller. "horrible place to stay"
hotel was dirty. the whole floor and elevator smelled of smoke. luckily our room didnt smell like that. the sheets had stains on them and the bathroom had pubes on the floor. the walls and floors are extremely thin you can hear everything. the bed was the worst I've ever slept on. would not recommend this place to anyone

"Dirty Hotel"
I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I was charged $25.00 a day for my dog and yet the room I was given had the filthiest carpet I have ever seen. I wouldn't walk on it barefoot. The arm chair in the room was also dirty. It had a big grease spot where the head goes....just nasty. Then I was suppose to have a no smoking room and all […] I smelled was cig smoke coming through the air filtration...Plus the bedspread had no less than 4 burn holes in it. It should be thrown away and not put back on the bed. ????? It was suppose to be a kitchen and there wasn't anything to cook with. It just was a really cheap hotel experience. We stayed here due to a problem with our RV and it was being repaired in the area. I feel I was unfairly charged a fee for my dog when I didn't even want my dog on the floor of this place. Lesa meira

"Not clean!!"
The room was very old and run down. You need to keep your shoes on in the room because the carpet is so dirty. We also had bugs on the ceiling. There were dead ants and insects stuck to the wall from being sprayed with poison. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. When went to the front desk to ask for another room with no bugs […] we were told they were sold out. When we asked for more pillows we were told they have no extra pillows. "Don't know the meaning of "reservation""
I made a reservation for a king bed and instead got a queen bed. When asked at reception, i was told, it's firt come first serve! I think they are redefining the term "reservation". They'll charge you for one night if you don't turn in but if you are late they'll give you whatever is left but at the same price they charged for original reservation. "Basic and clean"
Booked 2 rooms for my family trip to Disney. Much better than the hotels near Disney for the price.. The kitchen and fridge definitely helped me offset some of the trip cost feeding a family of 6, saving on restaurants and incidentals. Place was quiet, and basic, for us it was just a place to sleep, cook meals, and take a shower!
The service of the staff was excellent. The location and and neighborhood was poor. The bed was nor very comfortable.

Hotel is very basic accommodations meant for an appartment substitute. Small old tv, but has a kitchen and full fridge. Bathroom was clean, bed adequate. Rooms on the highway side noisy. I asked for one by the elevator got one farthest from the elevator. Go for a room facing the front. No decent view. No services. Low price only positive.

This hotel was run down and the housekeeping did not adequately clean our room. Nothing was comfortable and we were glad that we only needed it for the night. Would not stay again....EVER!

Everything was fine except there were only two pretty small pillows. I asked for more pillows and they could only give me 1 more small misshapen pillow. The hotel was great. We always stock up on snacks after we check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This is our 4th stay because it is close to shopping and family. The hotel is a good value for the price.

Booked a non-smoking room. The only room they had was a smoking room. They said we had to call and they cannot honor internet booking and that they were overbooked. So, the room stunk, was dirty and beds/sheets were yuck. Had booked it for 2 nights stayed only 1 night and checked out. Spent rest wonderful couple of days in a Hilton. "WARNING: TRAINS CROSSING!!!"
If there's another choice in the area, consider it. The freight trains that roll through, a couple times a night, WILL wake you up. (I know because I'm a heavy sleeper) Only advantage to that is if if you want to use the Metro Link, there's a station about 200 yards from the hotel's front door. This hotel had easy acces to the freeway and close to shopping mall and restraunts. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and cheerful. I would stay there again and again

Property photos on website had very little resemblance to actual property.... Hotel smelled strongly of smoke in room and hallway... Obviously the property does not use the any type of odorizer... While in sunny southern California, I expected to be able to open the curtains to let in the sunshine, but found the windows haven't been cleaned in some […] time... Location is just off of highway, room walls were so thin, I could hear every car, truck and motorcycle go by, but managed to eventually fall asleep... When preparing for bed, sheet appeared to have blood stain on sheet... GROSS!... Notified staff, brought sheets to front desk, and was told housekeeping would bring another set of sheets... That didn't happen, 2 hours later, I had to go back to front desk to get it myself and make the bed... Worst thing of all, no apology, no adjustment,... just the feeling that my issues were not the first time this property has had to deal with them... I needed directions several times during my stay and each time I asked I was quickly accommodated. "an okay hotel but management makes it shine"
I have stayed here a lot and I must say its hit or miss. Occassionally I have had to move rooms at check in or have housekeeping up because they don't do a good job but the management is awesome and they are more than willing to help fix any concerns you have. Location is great, central to all freeways in the area and easy to get to.
"Good Room, Bad Staff"
The hotel was in the nice area, there's a coffee house in the plaza and several grocery stores within a few miles. The room was neat and comfortable, but beware that the toasters will burn your food unless carefully watched. Here was my issue: The Staff. Upon arrival, the woman behind the check out desk spoke almost no English. Barely (and I'm being […] generous) enough to perform basic check in duties. Her manager was with her behind the counter, but refused to assist me with check in, forcing me to wait several minutes while the woman struggled to assist a customer with a simple question. When it was my turn, the manager physically moved the employee out of the way and told her she was "taking too long" and he "would have to take over now." Then, he greeted me by telling me I looked very tired and that I was not eligible for any room service based on my length of stay, but should I choose to stay longer, he would "see what he could do." I was on the first floor, and 2 hours into my stay, I was annoyed consistently by an employee vacuuming and hitting my door every few minutes. Later in the evening, an employee attempted to gain access to my room, and following a profuse apology, admitted to thinking the room was empty and had no idea I was checked in for that room. Internet is not free. They charge a fee to use it. I called the front desk for the wifi code and was greeted by the barely speaking English employee. 5 minutes later, I had a code and was under the impression from her that your fee covers your entire stay. My credit card statement reads a charge for every day spent in the hotel. This information is not posted in your room or anywhere in the lobby. The front doors are locked after "office hours" end. Should you be out of the hotel after 11pm, plan on having to walk all the way around the hotel to the back door that opens with key access. Also something that is not posted anywhere in the lobby. "Are you kidding me?"
The pictures looked great on the internet, but that was the extent of this hotels greatness. When I checked in, the 2 people at the front desk did not appear to have ever checked anyone into the hotel before. I asked three times, how to get to my hotel room and they seemed confused and were unable to answer. They finally pointed toward the back, which […] was not where my hotel room was, but nonetheless I was able to find it eventually. The room was ok, but the pillows were lumpy as if they were stuffed with random tshirts. Some of the pillow was as flat as a pancake and other areas were 2 feet thick. Oddly you couldn't refluff the pillow back to a normal shape. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and not once did the hotel staff make my room up the next day. When I finally ran out of towels on day 3, I called to the front desk to see if I could get some extra ones. I was instructed that I had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk and they would in turn give me new towels. I thought they were joking and asked, if I was supposed to simply carry this pile of clothes in my hands to them...the lady at the front desk said, "no, you can come down and get a gargbage bag from us and then put them inside the bag and then bring them back down." It was unreal. I ended up cutting my trip short as I didn't think staying in the hotel another night was worth it. Lesa meira
"Cheep and comfortable"
This place is perfect for what you pay for it. It's in an industrial area but has food and coffee right in front. Right at two freeways and close to two other major freeways to get you anywhere as fast as you can in the OC traffic. Friendly staff that seem eager to please and take care of your needs.
