I thought that the hotel was very nice. Staff was accomadating and room was very comfortable. The only thing that I thought was a little rough was that there was a school bus full of kids there and they were running up and down the halls at night. I heard them till about 2:00 A.M. A slightly aging hotel in a middle class commercial neighborhood yet just a few minutes from downtown Boise. Helpful staff. Pretty good bar, so-so restaurant. Not many other restaurant choices nearby.

If you're looking to be downtown this is a great spot. You can walk to everything. The hotel was fine, a little out dated but fine overall. I would probably look for another hotel in a similar location if I was going back there.

We travel extensively with our daughter who plays basketball and softball. We have stayed in numerous hotels around the Western US. Loved our King size bed. . . very soft. Pillows may have been a bit too soft, but loved the generous amount of pillows!! Loved the sink on the outside of the bathroom...something rare at Hotels. I love a dark room. . . […] plenty dark. and for the most part. . . Quiet!!! Just heard a couple of door slams. . . but no talking in the hallway. . . .vey nice!! This is a perfectly adequate hotel. It looks rather dated on the outside and has become a little scruffy, but all the main systems seem to work. I had a pleasant room with a comfortable bed. I loved that the house keepers didn't knock and wake me up to clean the room. I woke up at 11:00am was gone by 12:00pm when I returned at 6:00pm too was cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful with finding activities to do. I'll stay there again.

We had a cheap rate for the weekend, so no breakfast was included. The hotel is dated with mustard colored walls. Carpets in the lobby and the rooms looked dirty. Our room, the duvet on one of the beds, had white stains on it. I put it on the floor for the maid staff to change, but they put in back on my bed. I tracked down a maid and asked her to replace […] it, she spoke little english, and she reluctantly replaced it. There were stains on the wall by the bed that looked like someone spilled a bottle of wine. The room phone was gross and looked like food was all over it. There was a huge water leak stain on the ceiling as you entered the room and the pop corn ceiling looked like it was about to come down. When the water was turned on in the sink and bath tub, the water was orange and sediments came out. We had to wait for the water to run clear. The beds were comfortable and close to Boise State University and downtown. Not sure I would stay there again though! Lesa meira

Very dated property. Staff were nice, but when there is dirt and dried drippings on door handles/etc., how good can that be? Definitely a one to two star facility - no higher.

My friends and I only stayed for one night as we were only in town for the Potato Bowl. The hotel room was comfortable and large enough for 4 adults for an overnight stay. We wish the beds were a true 'queen' size for more comfort, but the 'full' size beds were fine for the night. Large bathroom and plenty of towels. The hotel shuttle was also great […] - they took us downtown to the restaurants and bars at no additional cost. The hotel is also very close to downtown, so taking a taxi back home after a night out cost $6. The front desk was helpful and polite. I would stay again! Lesa meira

My stay was great, the lounge had great food and wine. Coffee Cafe was over priced! The room was clean the service was very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. However, I think the cofffe should be complimentry and not charge 2.00 for a bottle of water in your room.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and very nice. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept on, which is something we look for over everything else. The breakfast was very good! We would defintaley stay here again.

The hotel itself is fine. Needs a little updating but clean and nice quality ammenities. The room across the hall seemed more like a makeshift night club, yelling, screaming, loud music, slamming doors and about 10-15 drunk college age kids. This went on till about 3 am. No hot water in the morning, open soap and shampoo in shower from last guest left, did not feel room had been cleaned well.

Staff was very helpful and considerate, the rooms were updated and the beds and linens were very comfortable. This is the most important aspect of hotels for us. The lobby was nice, the only part that looked abit worn was the windows and color scheme of the place. Colors were a bit dated, but in very good condition. Location is convenient. Clean rooms. Restaurant menu and room service need improvement.. Everyone was very helpful in every way. I would say that your customer service is excellent and that makes all the difference for a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay in your hotel next time I visit Boise, Idaho..

We were treated very well on check in with a friendly, informed clerk. The room was in excellent condition, the beds were wonderful and the morning $5.00 breakfast buffet was a pretty nice extra treat. The hotel has lots of meeting rooms, a nice lobby, the coffee shop and a lounge. Nice Hotel...wifi not working so good. Might be my IPad but couldn't stream...connection very slow. Location very good...close to downtown without being in it. East walking or biking distance.

Hotel is a good value that is downtown Boise, the rooms are clean and functional for a business traveler and I would stay there with my family. The only draw back to this hotel is the Restaurant, it's not very good; even the free breakfast needs help. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I thought the location was pretty lousy... next door to a strip bar and not really close to any good restaurants.. I was told I could walk 5 or 6 blocks to some good locales - downtown area. The room was clean though and the bar was friendly and great drinks. They have a breakfast buffet for $5.25 and it pretty much has the basics - pretty good deal. […] The pool is outdoor and not heated and the doors leading to the pool area were super dirty and needed attention.
