Fínasta hótel á góðu verði og vel staðsett. Stutt að Times Square. Góður og vel útilátinn morgun matur og hreinlæti á herbergjunum mjög gott. Mæli með Best Western ef fólk vill hagstætt en gott hótel. Við vorum með tvö börn með okkur, 9 og 12 ára sem líkaði einnig vel :)

Hótelið er nálægt flugvellinum og er fínnt til að skella sér á yfir nótt, skoðaði ekkert hversu nálægt það var annari þjónustu.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts eða innborgunar við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.
Það fer eftir framboði hverju sinni hvort hægt sé að verða við séróskum og þær gætu haft í för með sér aukagjald. Ekki er hægt að tryggja að hægt sé að verða við viðkomandi óskum.

Horrible the first two nights. Ten buses of high schoolers!
The local neighborhood wasn't what I would have expected but the hotel was beautiful and very clean. We only stayed one night so we didn't have very much interaction with the staff but check-in and check-out was very quick and painless. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. But a great stay non the less.

Nice stay, comfortable room, reasonably priced...a good choice for staying in the NYC area without feeling cramped and spending an arm and leg.
It was great! Much more than we expected, including a wonderful, free breakfast!
"Hasbrouck Hilton in NJ"
room was dirty, especially bathroom. Room service did not get first order right, however, corrected. Check in person at desk said "he would take care of $10 overnight fee for parking"; am not seeing this reflected on bill. Stayed there for an event 10miles away-cab service to event was $60 going, $45 coming back. No hotel shuttle service/driving service […] available. Lesa meira
"Wonderful stay."
All we were looking for was clean sheets, but what we got was deluxe rooms, very friendly staff, all more than we expected. Plus, although we were told breakfast was not included, we received free coupons for a wonderful full breakfast. We were 10 people in 3 rooms, and were all more than satisfied. Thanks.

"Things you should know"
The hotel charges for parking. The $10 fee is reasonable enough but it should be noted in the advertising so its not a surprise. They also have no pay movies (as advertised) which was dissapointing as the TV reception was poor.

"Excellent- Lack of free parking at the facility"
Great hotel and excellent services, friendly staff overall excellent except for the Lack of free parking at the facility. Ensure to ask for parking accommodation at front to avoid getting charge $10 per nights on your checkout bill and the same for wi-fi access.

"Convenient, but lacking"
We have family in the area and visit several times a year. We have stayed in three or four of the nearby hotels, all essentially in the same price range. and we found the Hilton does not compare favorably. There is almost no place to sit in the lobby. There are two chairs and two small ottomons -- totally insufficient for a hotel of this size. The […] Hilton, which does not include even a continental breakfast, charges for a to-go cup of coffee. The explanation we received was that there were coffeemakers in the rooms and guests were expected to brew their own coffee. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room -- although neither my husband or I requested or needed one. Normally the desk asks if it is OK, but no mention was made when we checked in, and it turned out to be inconvenient in many ways. The door to the bathroom was right inside the door to the room, and if left slightly ajar, entry to the room was blocked. We had to go back twice to have our room passes re-programmed, and neither ours nor those of the rest of our party (three rooms altogether) worked at the gate to the rear parking area. These are all small things, but in total detracted from our recent stay. On the positive, housekeeping was good, the king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location for us was very convenient and we would stay there again, although it would not be our first choice of hotels in the area. Lesa meira

"Lifesaver!"
A special thanks to Manager Catherine, and rep. Mr.Ruiz for providing our family with an additonal night, we had no power in our home during the snow storm. If it was not for their great customer service and dedication, we would of been in the cold, thank you!
"Great Price and Location"
Not sure about the negative reviews. I used to live in NJ so this past weekend I came back to visit NYC and stayed here. Great price and not too far from NYC. I guess people from out of town might feel this place is in a bad neighborhood but it's not. As for the hotel, it was clean, easy to check in and out, and comfortable. I have stayed at other […] Hilton before so this might not be the best when compare to others. But you can't beat the price either. I didnt try the restaurant in here since I rarely do when I travel. I always find local restaurants to try out which are in NYC for me this time. Overall, a pleasant stay for me. Lesa meira

"Poor customer service"
Front desk was not trainned enough to solve customer issues. To bad i've been staying on a lot of Hilton nationwide I will make sure not to come back here again! I pay for a king bed smoking room,I got non smoking room with 2 twin bed and when I whent to ask them why they told me that's all they have can't help further.....
everything was good in the exception on their bed .we both woke up with our backs hurting so much wich was a surprise for a place the hilton hotel to have that quality of beds.
Little noisy, u could hear everything inside and outside the hotel but location was great if you were commuting back and forth to NYC !!!

"Puhleeeeease"
the room was fine and the bed was comfortable, but they have to be flippin kidding me with the parking. 10.00 that they don't bother to tell you about. TO PARK, ON THEIR LOT. YES Also, i have to mention that they never even asked me if i brought my car anyway. What if i took a cab? Snotty lady at the front desk when we checked out too. 1st night had peaceful sleep. Next night was nightmarish, with constant jack hammer banging away. Someone decided it was fun to do noisy construction when everyone is sleeping. Annoying. Other than that a convenient place to stay, clean and well attended.

The hotel day supervisor (Guest Services) was able to resolve the mix up in the reservations made and was willing to honor the booking rate when the night shift or evening shift refused to honor it.

comfortable local hotel, 30m from manhatten thru tunnel. Nothing particularly special with only moderately welcoming staff...parking relatively easy at a small cost

"Hilton- easy commute tp NYC"
This is a good choice for people who have a car and want a half hour's ride into the City. A nice clean pool outside also. The food's serviceable but not great--- Just about what you'd expect of a suburban hotel. The gated parking is a pain in the neck; only entry is with a room card which often de-gausses and has to be re-magnetized.

Our stay at the Hilton/Hasbrouck Heights was enjoyable....... overall just 2 things 1st,--I requested a King size bed and had to take 2 queens instead-apparently the web sight "king bed iF available" I did not see this on the web sight guess non-was available 2nd---the church schedule printed in the services book was NOT correct--- Mass was listed for […] 12pm (Corpus Christi) and there was NO Mass- the church was using school year times and the church was on summer schedule someone should be looking into these changes each year the room was clean, comfortable and the view of NYC skyline was awesome I plan to use this Hotel in the future Hazel was very helpful-when we were trying to get info to go to Liberty State Park Lesa meira
i needed to use the shuttle service quite often to the nearby hospital and there was never a question how often.

Hotel is average. Room shower drips. No free wifi. Hotel charged for 4 user to use wifi from the same room. They reverse charge after complaining. Staff had no literature for surround area!
