my grandsons feet were black from the filthy floors. the light on the stove stayed on even though no burner was hot.(still on even after maintainence came to "fix it")...we bought two fans because the air conditioner was not working....some improvement after freon was added...bathtub was too nasty to bathe 2 and 3 year old....they took a shower. we […] recieved 2 calls from office both were for wrong guest...told by office check aout was 10...then 11...then third person confirmed 10. It was great.

Overall, our stay at the resort was good. Upon arrival, check-in went great. My wife was practically accosted by the guest services guy that duped her into going to a timeshare seminar. They offered us $50 just to go. Inside the room their was no safe, and the "kitchenette" area was cluttered so that when you opened a cabinet that was flush up against […] the fridge that opened too. The second morning we were there we found a HUGE dead roach on the floor in the bathroom. The tub with the jets was nice, TVs were old school but worked. Slightly better than average. Lesa meira

Note to all: The kitchen with stove and microwave are not available if you order on line, on the web it shows nice room and kitchen with stove and microwave, you just get a smelly room of 10 x 10 which should lower the hotel rating to 2, Hotel.com is not informed on the situation, so read carefully all the reviews before you book,

check out is 10am to early and they knock your door 30 minutes before check out why? they charge additional for request additional towel poor services

would never return...filthy no maid service comes no matter how many times you ask.pools are small and there is nothing to grounds or any anything interesting going on there.So awful i would be talking for days on how bad!!!!!

This Hotel was minutes away from Disney and Universal. The price was worth the stay. Had a good time. Would stay there again.

loved the location and setting. bathtub was large, wonderful. overall rooms were small but adequate for the one night we were there

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I have never booked online, and with some of the reviews and horror stories I have heard about booking online, I was very scared, especially with the low price compared to others in the same area. The hotel was beautiful, there were several pools and it never felt crowded and we were there at spring […] break. We were very close to all the parks, downtown Orlando, and only 1/2 hour from Coco beach. But our family had the most fun at the hotel, lots of activities for the whole family(kids ages 8 to 16) ; putt -putt, volley ball, splash pad, and scheduled activities for the kids. I would defiantly stay here again we had a nice time, it was very relaxing Lesa meira

The jacuzzi in the room was not working, we found a roach, there were bedbugs in the sofa, not enough blankets and when i called to request more the front desk girl had a nasty attitude. The over was not working and again when i called they gave me attitude. I was given a room in the other building, NOT in the main one where all the good stuff was. […] Overall, it was not a good stay. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else! Lesa meira

A mixed review on this stay, The Resort room we chose was a beautiful room but the first room given to wasn't even made up. Their were towels and blankets thrown everywhere, the bed sheets were on the floor and not done. Food was still on the counter. The second room we were given was missing the DVD player and the next day we were locked out because […] the electrical device that opens the door was not working. The front desk had to get security to let us in and that took about 20 minutes to happen. We took the 1 bedroom suite which was beautiful as I stated earlier but the condition the room was given to us was horrible. Room Service has to be upgraded drastically otherwise the beautiful are going to go to no avail. By the I had a buddy of mine also stay there also at the same time and his resort room looked antique. I found the grounds beautifully maintained, pools sparkling clean and it was fun to watch the little ones in the splash pad. Check-in and check-out was very easy and all of hotel staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. My family plans on visiting another Legacy Resort for family reunion next Fall.

My only complaint was that our room was ajoining to another and the amount of noise coming though the door due to gaps was very excesssive. It sounded like the family next store was standing in our kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again the staff were helpful. My only thing I have to say is what is the charge for towels when they didn't even give us new ones each night????

Our stay at the Lgacy Resort was fantastic! It was close to most everything we wanted to see, great for people that want to be on their own schedule and drive to the places they want to see. The resort and accommodation was perfect for a family of 4. I was pleasantly surprised about all the activities at the resort on a daily basis. Would recommend […] and stay again. Upon arriving there was a mound of garbage and old towels blocking the entrance to the room. The unit was spacious, but there were roaches in all the cabinets, as well as in the bathroom. There were roaches trapped inside the cupboard under glasses. I called the front desk to remove the trash from our entry way, but they never came. Nice to get a place with a full kitchen, pool, hot tub. Bathroom tub with jets was wonderful. Not really fancy, but very nice and clean.

Literally, this shower could kill you! It is placed inside a jacuzzi tub, so you have 3 steps up and then one giant step into the tub to take a shower. I am in pretty good shape, but it made me nervous, I can't imagine what some of the older folks do. No housekeeping unless you ask for it and they don't tell you this, until you call and ask why your […] room hasn't been serviced. Light bulbs out, no full service tv in the sitting area, $3.50 resort fee every day whether you use the facilities or not. Room was a little small for 5 people - very narrow entry/hall way. Room was nice and staff was great. Great location - close to shopping and restaurants

The deal was good, not great but good. The hotel has several pools and hot tubs. Problem is they closed two pools and three hot tubs for maintanance all at the same time, a warning might have been nice. Lastly the rooms which are fine are very, very dark, with not balconies. Rooms smells and lots of smokers in common area, specially around the pool. Non smokers beware.

We could hear everything from room next door as if they were in the same room. Tub was dirty, dead bugs sitting on side of tub, cheap furniture, beds were so uncomfortable and the sheets wouldn't even fit over the mattress, pillow cases were like crepe paper, found bugs on the bed, and thermostat didn't work.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend staying at this resort. In fact we liked it so much, we would plan on staying here on our next visit to Orlando.

IT WAS JUST MY HUSBAND AND I . WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THE MATTRESS WAS A BIT HARD, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.

Great place to stay for families or couples. Carpet and bathrooms are dated and could use updating. Nice kitchens and large rooms. Neighbors can be noisy with young children. Pool areas are nice and the fitness center is okay.

The staff have a real attitude problem. They work for wages just like the rest of us yet they act as though they own the hotel. The hotel is very noisy, large gaps under the doors between the rooms. You will not be able to sleep with the AC running.

I was extremely pleased with everything. You couldn't ask for a better value.

You really can do better. There is a coffee maker, no coffee. There is an ice bucket, no ice anywhere. The AC is so noisy you have to turn it off to sleep. The sewer pump is also really noisy. No room service for the three days. Employees all seem to have an attitude that they are special and you are nothing. Property was showing it's age. Rooms are more appealing on web site than in person. Sort of like the blind date who has a good personality

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The hotel was perfect for us. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 WC's, friendly staff etc. Just about everything you need and price was reasonable. Especially the heated pool during winter time was marvelous! Nightime swimming in hot spa watching full moon was an unforgettable moment. I definately recommend this to anyone, […] who wants enjoyable place for visit. We've been to Orlando many times (Gaylord Palms, Howard Johnson, Embassy Suites etc) and this was easily the best value for money. Lesa meira

the stay was great and the legacy vacation club was a wonderful find for the price we paid. the kids really enjoyed all the activities thatbthey offered. the room was clean and very large. over all a great vacation find.

Nice place to stay if you are not expecting to spend any time in the smaller rooms. In town for a conference at another (more expensive) hotel and this worked great. Staff was super friendly. Extremely close to all Orlando attractions.

Great pool but the room we had must have been a micro size.

The property came across as unprepared for the number of people checking in. Check in is at 4:00pm but we did not get in until 6:00pm as our room was not ready. This was the case for almost everyone who arrived around 4:00pm and after. Arrived at room to find no towels or pillows. Went to pool and there were no pool towels (there is a place for them […] but it was empty). Seemed to be poor communication between front desk staff and housekeeping as it was hard to find out what was going on. Don't want to blame anyone specifically as the front desk people did fine but seemed confused. More of an overall property management issue. Never stayed at a Legacy before and am inclined to look elsewhere next time as there are a number of other options. Lesa meira

The bathroom needs a full clean and a restyle. Beautiful gardens and good location.

We really loved this hotel. It was perfectly clean, beautiful and perfectly located. Tke lake was magnific with ducks, a lot of green, the Guest Service was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Orlando. We are totally satisfied.

The price was fantastic for the size. I could tell I was in the "older" section of the resort by the dated furniture and bedding. The pictures online were new, what I had was old. It wasn't bad, not dirty, just that old "Florida" sea foam green and yellow paint job. The kitchen was nice, new fridge and appliances. We rented a 1 bedroom with a bath and full kitchen. Apparenty the unit can also be rented as a 2 bedroom/2 bath so there was a door attached to the other unit. You could hear everything under that door including when people went to the bathroom.

Given the economy of this facility, we did not expect a lot. We were pleasantly surprised. The 2 bedroom suite was very nice, comfortable and convenient. We would stay here again.
