This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

The room was nice and comfortable. The only problem is it was on the Rail Road and Freeway side of the Hotel. This caused moor noise that I want. If I stay in the future I would stay in another part.

My Praise: The staff is first rate, very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast in the morning is very nice with a good selection. My stay is for business purposes as it is very close commute to city of industry. Every time, the room was clean and housekeeping is very good at keeping you supplied. My complaints: It says suites in the name, however it is […] not a full suite. No microwave in the room and what appears to be a useless 2 person love seat that is viewed as a couch, hence someone’s definition of a suite. It is all one room with a quarter divider. The rooms require remodeling, the wall paper is peeling and is visibly re-glued in several places, tub is caulked so you can use it fully and furniture is worn down. It is not old, but if you are into aesthetics, you will be a little disappointed. With reduced room rates you will stay on freeway side without hope of upgrade. Which can be a little noisy depending on time of the day, but that is controllable with running the fan. The rest of the noise issues will come from little to no insulation between rooms. They control this by only allowing the TV volume up to a "20", so if fan is on, your neighbors talk loud, you're either not going to hear the TV and your neighbors or you're going to turn off the fan and hear outside noise while watching TV. Another difficult factor is that upstairs has stairs between the two sections. If you have large bags, you will have to drag them up or down those stairs as there is only one elevator. They have rigged a ramp system that bridges the mini set of stairs, which was not put back into place on any occasion I was there and this will pose challenges for those with physical mobility issues. So if you are physically challenged or have a large amount of luggage, request first floor only or negotiate an elevator side room. Comparing this to other hotel chains in the area, it is a bargain room rate, and with a bargain you are sacrificing quality. From the look of it from the maps it does Lesa meira

"in need of TLC"
Although adequate the hotel badly needs a re-model. Clean but old rugs and linings. Bed was hard and not very comfortable. Breakfast was non-existent with not even a single piece of fresh fruit. Except for convince and limited hotels in area would not stay again.
"No Problems!"
Everything was fine. Clean and modern. The continental breakfast had excellent variety.

nice clean room. pleanty of bath towels. king bed with love seat. all for a very reasonable rate for booking on 12/30. right off major freeway. close to L.A. or orange county. Will definately consider to stay when in area again.
