We stayed at The Campanile in August and we really liked it. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and clean, good pillows and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and had many things to choose from. We only disliked one thing and that was the food that we got at the restaurant one evening, it was terrible!! But we went there again another evening and we had the buffet and the desert buffet and that was ok.

"Book It"
We loved staying at Belles Rives. It is a beautiful hotel that looks out over the water. The staff was wonderful and we will stay there again if we are ever back in Juan les Pins. "Genuine Concern"
We were greeted by the lovely young lady at registration with the news that we had been "upgraded", which may have simply been a way of anticipating this request, but it was a delightful thing to hear. One of our suitcases had been lost by AirFrance at the Nice airport and we were stressed. The staff seemed genuinely concerned and during our 3 night […] stay, made calls to AirFrance on our behalf and reported in handwritten notes back to us daily. Although our bag never was to arrive (it was sent to our home address in the States), the staff asked about our comfort daily, particularly my wife who was without the bulk of her wardrobe. From the front staff to the waitstaff and Sommalier to the cabana boys and finally the pianists in the lovely art deco lounge, we felt cared for by everyone. This is a place that we WILL return to. "Leaking AC Water"
Overall it was okay. The rooms were a bit tight, but we were only there to sleep. The service was great, the hotel was clean. But in the middle of the night, I heard water dripping. What started out as a light drip, became what sounded like heavy rain. Then I later realized it was not coming from the bathroom, but rather from the AC vent over the entrance […] to our room. Luckily we didn't leave any shoes by the door! When I mentioned this problem to the hotel next morning, they just apologized but did not offer a discount or provide any additional service. "Doesn't Deliver for the Price"
This hotel is very expensive and I don't think it quite delivers what you would expect for the price. It has a beautiful setting over the Mediterranean. I most enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace overlooking the water. "Great luxury hotel of Cote d'Azure"
The hotel epitomises all that is expected of the 'Cote d'Azure. It is a beautiful Art Deco building kept superbly and is just a nice size. The beach and terrace facilities are second to none. The hotel is a classic villa and very charming. A sea-side room is a must. The surrounding neighborhood is average at best and the town of Juan-les-Pins is sub-par. My wife was not impressed and felt that it was dangerous a few blocks from the hotel. The city atmosphere was less classic cote d'azur and more Jersey Shore. The hotel's internet did not […] work!!! "Romantic getaway!"
Hotel Belles Rives is a real gem! It is romantic with an incredible location, it has full of character and very luxurious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In forty years of visiting this coast, the Belles Rives is my favourite of the 5 star hotels. Spent 12 days in deluxe room and 3 days in superior room in this hotel. Full marks to the hotel and staff. I go to south of France almost every other month and used to stay in different places. The only place I have stayed twice is Belles Rives. Make sure you get the right room. There is a big superior room on the first floor or room number 79 or the […] one below that in the tower section if you choose deluxe. This really matters for the view. Do no pick the top floors. "Hotel Juana"
One of the worst 4 day holidays we have ever experienced. This hotel is several stars short of their stated 5 stars! Overall very disappointing however the highlights were dingy rooms that desperately need updating and insulation so that you do not hear your neighbours every morning! Breakfast was "included" each morning unfortunately (hot breakfast […] that was served cold due to the staff forgetting to ignite the heaters in the buffet, coffee arriving 1/2 late etc) so we took a miss and had breakfast in town each day. "Hotel Belle Rives is more like a 2 star"
The air-conditioning did not work . They kept the outside lights on all night which kept our room bright at night. Very few of the staff speaks english. We only ate breakfast at the hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights before start of Easter holidays. On arrival concierge was very helpful, as hotel has limited parking facilities. Our room 62 was well appointed with the exception of no coffee making facilities and room service tending to be somewhat limited.Hotel services and meals are quite expensive but suggest this is to maintain exclusivity […] and high levels of service. Set on the water's edge it is a very relaxing venue and the staff were very efficient and pleasant. Decor throughout the hotel was chic with seemingly no expense spared to maintain high standards. "Most expensive square meter ever experienced"

"ein kleines Hotel mit Stil"
Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Die Hotenangestellten waren sehr bemüht und aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Putzfrau nahm es nicht zu genau mit dem Reinlichkeit der Fliesen, da waren auf dem Boden noch vereinzelt Haare vom Vormieter zu sehen, daher nur 4 Punkte, dieser Mangel wurde aber nach Aufmerksammachen sofort beseitigt. Das Frühstück […] schlägt mit 27€ zu Buche, hält aber dem Vergleich international im 5* Niveau nicht Stand, da erwartet man etwas mehr. Das a la carte Restaurant hingegen ist wirklich erste Klasse, die Qualität der Speisen ist wirklich super. On se sent instantanément bien dans cet hôtel. Sa situation, son confort, la qualité du service sans ostentation mais d'une grande gentillesse, le calme côté mer, tout concourt à en faire un endroit à connaître. le voiturier s'occupe de votre véhicule. "Fint hotel med noen mangler"
Vi kom tidlig på morningen og håpet å kunne sjekke inn tidlig, vi måtte i steden vente flere timer ekstra før vi fikk rom. Ingen beklagelser, ingen avslag i pris og ingen tilbud om gratis mat/drikke eller solseng mens vi ventet. Andre nordmenn vi snakket med som kom senere enn oss til hotellet fikk rom før oss => Elendig service Rommet var fint, men […] badet og spesielt dusjen/badekaret var lite. Smalt badekar med forheng. Er ikke av typen som liker å ha dusjforhenget klistret inntil meg når jeg dusjer. Dusjhodet var plassert slik at det sprutet rett ut på gulvet dersom man ikke benyttet forhenget. Det var heller ikke sluk på gulvet utenfor badekaret, så alt vannet som sprutet utenfor ble liggende på gulvet. => Trekker ned komforten i rommet. Ingen ting utover selve overnattingen er inkludert og hotellet vet å ta seg meget godt betalt for alt av tillegg. Ikke uventet i dette området, men de høyeste prisene jeg har vært borte i. Dersom man er forberedt på høyt kostnadsnivå og ikke bryr seg om laber service og trang dusj kan hotellet likevel være verd et besøk pga uteområdet som tilhører hotellet. "Hotel Belles Rives har det meste å by på"
Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet ved stranden, og kan by på meste. Beliggenheten er kjempefin i forhold til butikker og restauranter i Juan-les-Pins, og det er kun en kort spasertur fra jernbanestasjonen. Besetningen på hotellet er veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende.
