The Innkeeper was excellent- very friendly and helpful. The owners were very unfriendly and we felt that they were indifferent to us. 'The room was very romantic and homey. We enjoyed the atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the White Dove and it was the most luxurious and beautiful room we have ever stayed in! It was absolutely gorgeous. Every single member of the staff was so nice and accommodating, it was almost unreal. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay in the Wilderness Villa (Sept 30 - Oct 3rd 2012) @ the Adobe Village Graham Inn. We absolutely loved it! We were greeted by Cheryl, the owner/chef/innkeeper, upon arrival. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The Wilderness Villa was very private, immaculate and much better than the website […] pictured it. We loved the log cabin look, the king sized sleigh bed, the stone encased jacuzzi tub and the beautiful, engaging waterfall shower. Cheryl and Ron were friendly, and very helpful with area information. Cheryl's breakfasts were five-star quality and Ron's service was wonderful. Without hesitation, we highly recommend the beautiful, immaculate and peaceful retreat the Adobe Village Graham Inn offers it's guests. We enjoyed the quiet. And we were in awe of the views right from our room and the courtyard and the garden. This place is amazing with well thought out details pertaining to the comfort of the guests. If you visit the Sedona area, and want to stay in the quiet village of Oak Creek, with it's amazing views, just outside of Sedona's bustle and tourist traps, then please consider this wonderful B&B. We will be back to this place. It's a little on the expensive side, but worth it. My wife & I took off on a Friday afternoon from nearby Prescott and decided we needed some R&R. I booked the Lonesome Dove villa on purpose, because it had the huge, jetted tub. Hint: to reach the Adobe Village, travel 1-17 to 179 through Village of Oak Creek. It's much […] quicker than going through Cottonwood. When turning on Bell Rock Rd, skip the first entrance on Canyon Circle Drive. Because it's a circle, the second entrance is much easier, as the Adobe Village is right on the corner. We stayed in the Lonesome Dove villa. True to form, hot bread was baking in the breadmaker. The concierge showed up shortly with home made cookies also. This was such a nice treat! The room was very nice. We live out here, so the western thing gets old, but we didn't mind. The property backs up to some great buttes that provide wonderful photography opportunities, but especially at night. Sedona has a "dark sky" law... so bring your camera, tripod, and even telescope. We didn't get in the pool, or spend much time in the lobby, but we did grab our books and curled up in the garden with some wine and hot bread for a couple of hours before we headed back in to room. The jetted tub is the best part of the room. And the bed! The bed was amazingly comfortable. Could go on & on... we loved this place. Looking forward to coming back! Lesa meira

This was a last minute Weekend getaway and we have not previously stayed at a Bed and Breakfast so we went to the Adobe Village Graham Inn and were delighted by the very spacious room and the owners. Our B&B experience was delightful and succeeded our expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone

We had an issue arise that was totally out of our control and unexpected -- car issue and couldn't make our stay. We had been staying in Santa Fe and planned to break up our trip back home to California. Our plan was to stay one night in Sedona at this resort. Unfortunately we had a suspension issue and had to get our Range Rover to the closest dealership […] which when it happened was either Phoenix or Vegas. THUS, had to try to get our car to Phoenix. I called and explained our situation to see if we could receive a credit. The man I spoke with had a rude tonality and said our reservation was non-refundable and was unwilling to assist. He also accused me of lying; saying he gets 40 some calls with people stating issues. I was truly disappointed and upset and told him I am an honest business owner myself and couldn't belive the lack of customer service I was receiving. I told him he could even look me up if he needed to; to which his respionse was I have no interest in looking you up. At that point I had a choice word and hung up. I told him I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Lesa meira

Our visit to Sedona was made even more special by our stay at The Adobe Village Graham Inn. We elected to stay in the Lonesome Dove room which was quite nice. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Ron and Cheryl. Ron explained their operation and showed us to our room. In our room we found fresh baking bread and a plate of sugar cookies. As we drove from Phoenix to Sedona on the evening of our arrival we realized that our confirmation indicated that staff only worked until early evening. This caused some mild stress until we arrived to find instructions and key waiting. From our first step in the door we felt well cared for. You can consider the management to be laconic and stand-offish, or you can consider them reluctant to interfere with whatever it is that brought you to the area. Sedona attracts all types, who are looking for different things and, yes, the management is not going to be initiating suggestions or telling you what they think you might be interested in. […] They have tons of information available, and I'm certain that if you have any questions or requests, they would be more than happy to tell you more than you wanted to know.. On the point of "it's not IN Sedona", again, I guess it goes to what you are there for. Having never been to the area, and read the comments here with due regard, I was certainly glad to be nowhere near the tourist-trap and dubious shop-ridden unholy mess of what constitutes Sedona proper. If I were going again, I would probably look for someplace further north along Oak Creek, but would really have no interest in being "IN Sedona". But it is not as if there is any more or less beautiful scenery within a 20 mile radius of the town, so I really don't get the point. It's not as if hotels.com doesn't link to a map of every establishment listed, so the comment above about "clever marketing" has that distinct aroma of competitive interest. Lesa meira

While this bed and breakfast is on the pricier side, I think it is well worth it for a unique and extremely comfortable special occasion. Fresh bread made for us as we arrived, amazing view and comfort and a fantastic breakfast finished it off in the morning. I would recommend this to anyone that can afford to treat themselves to a memorable stay.

the location was pretty out of the way. The inn keepers were not friendly at all. It was horribly loud couldn't nap, got woken up in the middle of the night, and woken up early by breakfast prep. Did get moved to another room for the second night, which was quieter. decor was dated and room was so-so clean

This B&B is very small and cozy. Breakfast was great, although only from 8:00 to 9:00 am. BUT the Tumbleweed room is not recommended. It's much smaller than any regular hotel room, the only window is facing the main entrance, and for privacy you will have to keep the curtains closed, and the worse is the noise, this room is sharing a wall with the kitchen […] and dining room. One night I woke up at 3:30 am, when someone was making popcorn in the microwave, every morning the kitchen opens at 6:30 am and you can hear it all inside the room. Lesa meira

After much research, I choose the Adobe Graham. Believe me it was the best inn we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful touches they applied to everything was remarkable. Our room was so charming. The views from our balcony were beautiful. Our bed was turned down every evening and fresh cookies awaited us. We lite the gas fireplace […] each night and the mood was so relaxing. Ron and Cheryl were just wonderful. Cheryl worked magic every morning to prepare fabulous three course meals. Everyday was something more delicious than the previous day. My favorite though was the peach cobbler French toast. You always knew where Ron was because he was humming a tune and you could tell he was enjoying the day. He had a wealth of knowledge about the area and could tell you all the great things therewaste to do. The grounds are full of beautiful landscaping and marvelous statuary. Birds were always at the feeders and the lovely water gardens. I wish the weather had been just a touch warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool. I did spend some time sitting by the pool to read. Humming birds also shared the area there. I can't say there was anything I would change about the inn. Carol , the head inn keeper was so sweet and greated everyone as if they were old friends. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of keeping the inn and grounds quite beautiful. I know anyone that stays here will love it as much as we did. Lesa meira

The B & B has lovely grounds and is very comfortable. We stayed in the units off property that have two queen size beds. Very small bedrooms but plenty of closet space. There is a large living area with a very nice kitchen with a granite counter and bar stools as well as a table for four. The hot tub outside the breakfast area is nicely located. However, […] a guest must request the owners to turn it on early in the day so it is ready at 6:00pm to 10:00 or 11:00pm. No notice that one must ask for it to be turned on. Guests can not come back from dinner and decide to look at the stars from the hot tub. Towels are provided but one night when 4 of us went to the hot tub there was only one towel in the basket. We had to use the very nice robes the B & B provides each guest as towels. Some guests wondered why the hot tub could not be used during the day. If gourmet food is not necessary I would recommend this B & B. Some reviews talk about gourmet breakfasts which we did not experience. The food is good and there is lots of it but it is not gourmet. One morning we had a strata that was warm but not hot with cold salsa on top and the next day we had cold salsa on top of a tortilla that was dry and room temperature. The egg, sausage, and cheese had been warm at sometime because the cheese had melted. There was wonderful fresh orange juice. Ron was rather quiet and had to warm up to guests. He was helpful when we asked questions but there was no volunteering of information. Lesa meira

We choose the Adobe Village Graham Inn for our honeymoon getaway. We had a wonderful stay! Our highlights were the delicious breakfasts and our in room hot tub. We were having such a good time that we decided to stay another night. Thank you to everyone who made our time in Sedona so special.

We had a great three night stay at the Adobe Village Graham inn. Innkeepers were nice and unobtrusive, breakfasts were excellent, and the views are fantastic. They brought yummy homemade cookies to our room every night. The inn is a few miles south of Sedona proper, which suited us just fine since the "town" of Sedona isn't very interesting (it's setting […] is gorgeous, but there's no town feel). We went in Feb so it was too cool to use the pool, and we were a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of order during our stay. We stayed in the country room, which was nice and big (with a king size bed). The only thing that needs updating is the carpet in our room and in the upstairs hall. It was really worn and in some places appeared loose. Overall we would highly recommend it. Lesa meira

First time at a B&B and didn't realize how little privacy one has at such a place. Kind of felt like we were staying at a relatives or friends house for the weekend. Nevertheless despite of negative reviews our host Ron was relatively pleasant enough. I was expecting a grumpy old man or something...and yeah maybe he wasn't the most chipper guy out there […] but it was okay. The "bread baking" in the room when we arrived was heavenly in aroma but wasn't that appetizing...nevertheless still a great welcoming touch :) Lesa meira

This property is nice: nice views, nice large room, etc., but it suffers from too much deferred maintenance. Carpets were frayed and stained, door locks were finicky and difficult to operate, and the plumbing needed work. We enjoyed our stay, but the experience could have been much better if the place wasn't so worn out.

Our apartment was beautiful and it was a real pleasure after a long trip with a 3 years old. Love this place and will most likely go there again. Would not recommend the nearby French restaurant (I am French) after what they did to us on X-mas eve. Hopefully there was a nice Chinese restaurant with very welcoming people and great food.

At first it might look like you're pulling into a house/Mansion. BUT don't be afraid that's the style of the hotel. And you're really going into one of the BEST hotel stays you'll ever have. It's nice to stay in sedona, but it's nicer when it feels you are living there. You get your own keys and your own bed a porch and somewhere to each. VERY nicely […] decorated for the holidays but extremely friendly staff. Personally you can see the difference in this place than that of a hotel. You feel like it's actually home. Very relaxing. After a long drive down from the grand canyon, they made sure everything was set straight during my late arrival. Walked into my room and soothing jazz music is playing as you walk in. Cookies on the bed. Bed with sheets pulled back enough just to lay down and slip into bed. LOVE THIS PLACE. Only down side was that I didn't find it earlier so that I could stay here all week. Adobe Village Graham Inn in Sedona offers a picturesque view of the mountains in the comfort of a charming inn. The owners are hospitality and breakfast delicious. The bed was extreme comfortable and fireplace added a nice touch for the cool evenings. A MUST stay! I will be returning.

We spent our annual "girls" trip at the Adobe Village Graham Inn. We loved the fact that it was a few miles south of Uptown Sedona where all the hustle and bustle is. We were able to enjoy the beauty and serenity surrounding our hotel, and then easily get into Sedona as often as we wanted to. The hotel owners thought of everything... freshly baked cookies […] arrived at our door every night, fresh bread baked every day in our suite, cozy bathrobes, DVD's and videos, etc, etc. Ron, the owner was not only gracious, he was exceptionally helpful in answering all our questions, and recommending restaurants.
