The hotel was very nice plenty of space & a great view. BUT when I got there I was told in addition to the $199.99 advertised price ($236.00 after tax n etc) I need to put a $100.00 refundable deposit down. True I get it back but it was an unexpected cost (hotels.com did not tell me about) and that was my casino money for the night so that really sucked. […] I had with me the card I used to book my room. Its my bank card that is also visa but if I used that it would take 15 days for my money to be refunded....luckly my friend had a major credit card we used. O and also the parking was not free it costed $10.00 per night. BOTTOM LINE THE ROOM IS $110.00 MORE THEN ADVERTISED BY THE HOTEL & HOTELS.COM Lesa meira

I loved the kitchen inside the hotel room with pots, pans, utensils and even dish soap included. The view from the room was also gorgeous. My friends and I definitely plan to book a room from the same hotel again. It was not overpriced and it was worth every penny.

My stay was great until 45 minutes before my check out time when I was taking a shower and security started banging on our door.W(woke my husband) and demanded to come in immediately because someone had a leak. I explained that I wasn't dressed and they wold need t wait. When they came in they said we couldn't use the bathroom at all and would need […] to move. We were getting ready to check out but a shower and use of the room until our check out time would have been good. Very upset that morning being rushed out without even an apology from front desk. The front desk staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!! However their bellman were extremely nice!! Overall I enjoyed my staff aside from the rude treatment I recieved.

I enjoyed my stay. I took advantage of all the amenities which were included. A family friendly place. The hotel catered to all my needs. Convenient transportation whether its taxi, bus or shuttle. I highly recommend the Flagship.

I wasn't wowed by the overnight getaway for a resort. I had to let the water run for 15 min before it got warm enough to shower. The fridge was small and I expected a fully operational range with oven. The new elevator system they have didn't seem efficient. No one else thought so either. Hotel is in much need of up grade. Has all the amenities you desire but pink tile bathrooms are dated and room decor was dated.

I was skeptical on booking this hotel because of the bad reviews it had received. But I pulled the trigger and I wasn't disappointed, My room had was clean spacey. The best part of the room was the HUGE balcony, I was sold with the view from the balcony. The only minor set back were the elevators but I could see what they're trying to do. You have to […] press your floor before entering the elevator. So it slows down traffic. But other than that it was a great stay. Everything is a $10 cab ride from the hotel if you're not driving. I love the ocean view balcony!!!! The elevators I didn't really like, u could be waiting almost 10mins for one. Overall we would do it again but next time the whole family.

Overall I had an pretty good experience at flagship however, I was a little uncomfortable in the room area of the suite area because the heat Was not working properly.

The Hotel installed a new type of elevator system where you press the button for the floor you would like to go to before you get in the elevator and then you get into a specific one that's going to your floor and a few others along the way. This system is supposed to be faster but that was not the case. It was really slow when you were trying to go […] anywhere. We lived on the 12th floor and when we were trying to check out along with everybody else six elevators went by that were full before we gave up and took the stairs. The location of the hotel was nice- by the water- although after Hurricane Sandy it looks to be a bit too close. The overall hotel decor was extremely dated- like 70s cruise ship- with love boat music...although they are trying to renovate certain sections. The elevator is a riot...you need to dial in your floor and it tells you what elevator to take..which […] in concept seems sound- but I felt like I actually waited a longer time for the elevator than I would have without this newfangled technology. I loved the fact that there was a balcony and kitchenette in the room- this is really convenient if you are with friends and you need a bar for all your alcohol and a friend that smokes. For peace and quiet- I would NOT recommend this hotel. The hallway was full of drunk screaming patrons, and a call to the front desk at 1 am went unanswered. I didn't realize this was a interval ownership property. The service was just OK. The breakfast restaurtant didn't open until 8 AM, way too late...The amenities, pool and health club were locked. This hotel was AMAZING every amenity you could think of!! The pool/spa was something to remember. The resort also has a movie theatre. So many things to do in the resort you won't want to leave. Only thing I didn't like was the location to the casino, its about 8 blocks from the casino boardwalk. We can't wait to go back n about 2 weeks!

This hotel, like Atlantic City, is pretty dumpy. They skimp on a lot of the little things- poor quality shampoo, frayed towels, comforters with cigarette burns. The rooms have not been remodeled since the 70s, or so it appears. For $150/night, I would expect more. The security guards patrolling the floors made me feel less, rather than more safe. I booked this hotel over Valentine's Day weekend. They were handing out chocolate heart boxes to all the ladies in the hotel, which I thought was nice of them.The room with the single queen and kitchenette was very nice, clean, and somewhat up to date. When morning came to checkout, the elevators were down, and everyone had to use the stairs to get […] down. I was on the 19th floor, and didn't find it to bad going down the staircase, but for some that might have been problematic. Luckily the elevators were up and running fairly quickly. The hotel isn't that close to the casinos and shopping area, so a car or shuttle is definitely needed. You could walk, but it was to cold out at the time, and would take about 30 minutes or so. For food, the hotel has pizza hut and a restaurant, with a breakfast buffet that ends at 12pm. Lesa meira

When I booked this I was not aware that upon my arrival I would be hustled not once but twice before I even settled into my room to experience a timeshare presentation. Immediately after getting my room key I was intercepted before entering the elevator and the room phone rang as soon as I entered my room to offer me a great opportunity. I request my friends room and mine be next to each other was told over the phone it was no problem. My friends arrived first and also asked to be located next to my room, and were told there was no problem. When I arrived to check in, I was the told the rooms were no longer next to each other. No explanation and no offer for anything as an apology. […] I even asked that they at least cover the $7 parking and was refused. Then when I finally get to room after using the slowest "smart" elevators in the world, my TV didn't work. This was actually the part I didn't mind in the end, because Louie the maintenance guy offered to bring a new tv and had me up and running within 25 minutes of the call. Lesa meira

Don't ever stay here. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The elevators broke leaving us trapped in the elevator. When we hit the call button for help, we were given the biggest attitude and accused of making a joke. She was completely rude and disrespectful. After 45 minutes six people finally got the doors open. Our heat in our room […] was broke and we got little sleep. It was blowing out freezing cold air. When we called for help at the front desk no one answered the phone. After a few hours of calling we received someone on the phone who promised to have someone sent to fix it. Stayed for a weekend in Ac. Overall a pleasantly surprising stay. Great room on the 27 floor. Nicer than most hotels. Heat was erratic all weekend but the staff honestly tried to correct problem . Elevators were ok once you understand the new technology. Very quiet and comfortable. Not a bad location at end of boardwalk nicer section of town than the […] center in my opinion. I felt that the front desk staff was rude and un caring. Also hotels.com should alert the clients when making a reservation that they require a 100.00 security deposit on the room with a major credit card. If I had know that when booking the property I would have stayed somewhere else. I was not satisfied with the staff at all.
