"Comfortable bed, flexible airport shuttle"
First, the free airport shuttle was flexible. Officially, it ran on the hour, but we were able to leave when we wanted. Second, they had the most comfortable bed I've slept on in quite some time (including my own). The room was quiet, even though we were next to the elevator and ice machine. The free breakfast was GREAT! It exceeded our expectations (they actually had a waffle maker!). The hotel itself and our room was extremely clean & we would not hesitate to book them again if we ever fly to F. Lauderdale again. There is nothing fancy about the hotel but it is always clean and they have a very good breakfast buffet. The free internet is also a plus. We always stay here the day before we leave on a cruise and the day we get back. They pick us up at the airport and take us to the cruise port then whe we return they pick us up at the port and then take us to the […] airport the next day. "Nice - just as expected"
Nice hotel, comfortable but the counter people were kind of rude - that's what I don't like the most - but as far as my stay it was very good. Recommended!

Nicely appointed, room comfortable, met our needs for a place to sleep after a late evening arrival at Fort Lauderdale Airport.

We were pleased with the hotel. There were places to eat within walking distance. We didn't have a car so that was important to us. We were told the Board Walk by the beach was only a mile. It was a little farther than that. Then you had to walk about another 1/2 mile to get to the shops. The side walks were safe and easy to use. We left early for the […] airport the next morning. It was to early for the breakfast, but they did make coffee for us before we had to leave. We couldn't use the shuttle service because of the time of morning and had to take a cab, which the desk clerk had happily arranged for us. We were very happy with the service and the hotel. "very rude / don,t go there"
Just got off our cruise ship. Tried to call the hotel to pick us up with the free shuttle they promist us , coulded get threw to hotel , So jumped into a mini van , cost us 22.00 , Got to the hotel ask if there were problems with the phone as we couldn,t get threw asked if we could get our money back , He looked at us and , gave us a smerk , and said […] no as he was on the phone. The room was ok , clean and tidy . If you don,t want to do anything , just hang out it,s ok as there is nothing to do , you will have to rent a car , as we did ,or a taxi to go anywhere , the beach is not walling distance , and no resturant to eat around , good thing is close to the airport , but our shuttle driver was 20min late as we , had a 500am pick up , he didn,t get there untill 520am our flight was 645am ( first shuttle starts at 500am) Lesa meira

Very very clean! mattress upgrade would be a great thing may have even stayed an extra night front desk was very helpful with info we needed.
"Could do with a makeover"
The staff were friendly and location was fine. We were not familiar with fort lauderdale, and we did't research this part of our trip much. The hotel looks nice from the outside, however the room decor was dated, there was a burn hole in the duvet cover, there was stains in the bath. The room and bathroom were clean and there wasn't a smell or anything, […] but I think a lick of paint might of changed my review to a better one. We were in a room above the front and the entrance lights shone into our window, but I know we could of asked for another room, but since we checked in late we didn't want to bother. Nice, clean, staff were quite professional & helpful. Hotel is quite close to the airport & has a shuttle. We were very pleased with our stay there & had an early morning flight. The price we received online was great.
"Short stay, but pleasant"
A late night arrival, staff was very pleasant and changed room from smoking to non-smoking without any problems. It is only 10-15 minutes away from airport and most of all it has a 12noon check-out. The late check-out was excellent for us since, we had arrived past 12 midnight.

All in all the experience was good. Only that the ac unit was loud and there was only one door on the closet that had sliding mirrors.

This was my second stay at the hotel. This time we got a suite so it was even more comfortable than a room. The beds were really good, in general all was excellent. The buffet breakfast is very convinient and the counter personal helpful. I higly recommend this hotel.

My wife and i were very happy with the service and the appearance of the hotel.. The rooms were clean, the only issue i would say i had is when we left for the day, when we came back to the room, it wasnt cleaned or the bed remade, but other than that great stay.. This hotel is very close to the Fort Lauderdale international airport. It's clean and has a great breakfast. Hot and cold items included! Staff was friendly. They have a complimentary bus shuttle to the airport!!! Very convenient!

"Never Disappointed"
I have stayed with this hotel during travel transitions and seminar needs for the last 4 years and have yet to be disappointed with the service, hotel amenities, or cleaniness. The location is convenient to the airport, casual shopping needs, and restuarant choices.

Stayed one night, was in town for work. Hotel was very conveniently located near restaurants, Jai-Alai, disc golf, and the interstate. Grocery store across the street to stock the in-room fridge, and a walgreens next door. Room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel (I'm very picky about hotel cleanliness, this place was actually great!) Neighborhood […] was not bad at all. Clean hotel, lots of parking, safe area. Front desk attendent always around. Good breakfast and maid service. Only complaint was the stairwells had a smell of cigarette smoke lingering.
