Best Western Loyal Inn – Seattle

We were very tired when we got here and there was a mix-up with our room because of Hotels.com, not Best Western. The front desk clerk was fantastic and gave us a second room at an upgrade for the price of a regular room. The room was a king room with a fireplace and nice view. Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful, even printing off directions for us to a local attraction. Breakfast was good, with waffles and egg/ham English muffins. We had a wonderful stay.

If this is the right price point for you the Best Wester Loyal is a good value. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were doing some remodeling while I was there so next trip I will be very satisfied wth the conditition of the hotel. Best Napolese pizza in the US two blocks from the hotel - Tutta Bella.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable. However, I found the hotel to be very old looking. The washroom was literally a tub and toilet and a white wall surrounding the whole washroom. It wasn't very appealing. There was nothing special about the hotel but its good of you're only staying overnight.

Nice bathrooms. Wafflemaker was down for breakfast, limited other options. Not flexible on schedule if u need dry cleaning during your stay. Front desk unhelpful on obtaining transportation to airport

I based my ratings on the fact that this is a 2 star hotel. My hope was that it would be an over achieving 2 star, and it was. Reasonable rate considering the convenience of the location (walking distance of Space Needle and Pike Market). There is traffic noise which may disturbe light sleepers. No hot breakfast, but microwave provided to heat to warm bagels. Free newspaper left each morning.

we where in town while getting 2-days of treatment at a hill top medical center. it was a nice room , we loved all the pillows & tall shower head and breakfast was good & free too.

Place was clean but for the area was in a scum neighborhood, long walk to the main markets and in a weird intersection. Staff was a joke, and the room was beside the elevator where I couldn't sleep due to noise, one of the worst hotels I have been to in a long time, really disappointing in Best Western.

Everything was good. But the vending machine didn't work well and ate lots of money.. And the pillows were the worst pillows I have ever slept on.. Ever. With that being said everything else was smooth sailing and I would stay again!!! Oh breakfast was excellent!

It is a nice hotel if you don't want to spend to much money, also if you are going to the space needle it is within walking distance, I would stay there again

A nice economical choice for staying in Seattle, within 1 km walking distance of most downtown attractions. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Quality of room comparable with other hotels charging more per night. Fridge and microwave in room is handy, especially with a great grocery store two blocks east. We found the staff to be no more than cordial, not friendly, with the exception of the lady that checked us out, she was kind. There was not a comforter on the bed and "blanket" was extremely thin. Breakfast choices seemed slim in comparision to some places we have stayed and lacked flavor. We were not told that parking was $10/day, just $10. The […] shower curtain did not keep the water off the floor of the bathroom and soaked my dry clothes while showering. At 10:30 on the day of our checkout the housekeeping staff knocked on our door to clean. She said, "Housekeeping. Are you checking out today?" (Yes, we replied) "Well it's almost 11." Hotel was in great location. Close to space needle and downtown area (You could park at hotel and walk to Westlake or Pike Place). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay here was very pleasant. Within walking distance of the Seattle center and Pikes Marketplace. The hotel was very accommodating in allowing us a late check out the day of the marathon. The only complaint would be the beds, reserved a room with 2 queens and received a room with2 full.

Easy walk to all the sites of Seattle including shopping, the needle & Pike Place. Affordable parking is a good perk plus an above average continental ... I'll stay again so long as it stays inexpensive!

This hotel seemed as though it would be pleasent, although upon arriving I was dissapointed more and more. The front clerk had a slight attitude upon arrival. When we reached our room it was clean, cozy and decent. At night is when I had the issues. People were running in the hallways and speaking so loudly it felt as though the door was open. The people […] above us were jumping up and down... It was impossible to sleep. My partner was able to sleep thtough all of this however. I recommend that if you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. If you can sleep through anything, than it is great for the price. Lesa meira

The Location is within walking distance of the Space Needle, Pike Place Market and Downtown. Plus they let you park there until 5 PM on your checkout day. The Staff was very polite, rooms clean and breakfast very good.

Check in/check out went smoothly with no issues but the room itself was extremely outdated and smelled quite bad. Beds were clean and comfortable but until your nose adjusted to the smell, it was very unpleasant. "Complimentary breakfast" was egg-like patties with Canadian bacon that you had to warm up in a microwave then put on an English muffin or […] bagel or make-your-own waffles. I would not stay here again, very sketchy neighborhood and people around the hotel. The walls are very thin and is was very loud. I did think the hotel was in walking distance to everything I needed that was the only reason I stayed for two nights.

Very convenient location, very clean and comfortable room and many more amenities than I was expecting - large fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the breakfast "bar" was exception in variety - fresh waffles!!!!

For the price it's fine but it is pretty run down. You get what you pay for. The rooms and hallways were smelly. The location is good as it is in walking distance to everything. The staff were helpful though. The gym is not really a gym. Just a few pieces of cardio equipment in a room. That was disappointing as that was part of the reason I chose this […] hotel over others. For the price (which is still quite expensive) it was one of the cheapest Hotels downtown. Having said that, the rooms were nice (but small). The hot tub is a nice touch, and has a nice little sitting area outside the hot tub for having a Scotch and a Cigar. All in all, it was ok...but don't spend the extra coin for the "HOT and COLD" breakfast. Better […] off hitting a nice little restaurant. I was expecting less but was pleasantly surprised on the hotel overall. Our room did not smell of cigarettes or anything else and we had a great view of the water. They even had a shuttle service to the airport (cost $45 but much faster than the train). The towels were even softer than the more expensive hotel we stayed at earlier in the week.

reserved room with 2 double beds then i phoned to confirm reservation with 2 double beds i show up room only has 1 bed front desk was extremely rude and could care less about my reservation i stayed at alot of hotels and i would say this was the worst hotel and service i ever had

Staff is very friendly and courteous. The hotel is well managed and I found my room kept clean and comfortable. Good value for a downtown hotel. However you do get some traffic noise overnight from busy adjacent street.

We stayed one night in Seattle having arrived by train from Vancouver. The check in at reception was very well handled and the room was fine - having a coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. The bathroom was large and everything was fine. It was nice to have breakfast included but we did not think much of what was on offer. I read there was a sauna […] in the hotel but my husband went down to find it, only to be told it was no longer there. He was rather disappointed. It was a good hotel. Only drawback was that the fuse kept blowing when we used the microwave. The staff were quick to reset it, though. The fitness equipment was very limited and did not include free weights.
