Well I asked for a hotel with a pool, and told that there was one. We get there and guess what no pool! Pretty disappointing.
"Great hotel....lack of hot water"
Everything was great but the water for the shower was luke warm (if that). Tried two different times of day and same problem. The room was VERY clean and the continental breakfast was excellent
"Thin walls!"
The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors when you're trying to sleep. There is a big gap under the outside door, so you can hear everything going on outside your room. Barely got any sleep!! The toilet seat was not even connected to the toilet. The room itself seems as though they are trying to cut costs. Overall negative experience. The rooms and general decor were pretty drab and dull. The bed room had only one small window. They can do better.

"Best Western-Loveland CO"
Excellent hotel, but difficult to get in and out of, i.e. must turn right, cannot cross for left turns, extensive drive to turn around. Wonderful people to help with questions. Excellent breakfast.

"Close to everything"
We had dinner in the hotel, good food and the bar was very nice.... We planned on having a drink and go out to dinner but we were having so much fun we decited to stay. Happy hour was GREAT! The room was quiet and clean.
The front desk staff except Monday am was short and not particularly friendly. My shower never really got hot, the room wasn't particularly clean.

"Great stay"
Very nice hotel for entering the Rocky Mountain NP. The best thing was their breakfast. Homemade treats and fresh food . Yum
"Getting dated"
The rugs looked dingy in the whole place (the lobby was nice). There were what appeared to be 'work men' who were staying at the hotel all hanging out at the smoking stations outside at the doors of the building smoking and chatting in the evening and morning. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked.
"Not my favorite place to stay..."
The room which was booked for our family smelled musty as if it had been flooded. Carpet was coming up from the floor and the room in general was not clean. We did ask for another room and were given one on an upper floor. Breakfast was good and the lobby area is quite nice.
"Newer Hotel - Nice Stay - Needs a few minor fixes"
Very new in appearance and was clean. We stayed on an inside swimming pool facing first floor room. It was quiet even in the close proximately to the freeway-hwy. The pool was great. This is the first hotel I have been to in quite some time with a 9 foot deep end with the outside pool. The pools needs depth indicator ropes added for children safety. […] The room carpet felt like it was glued directly to the concrete floor without significant padding so was rather hard feeling underfoot but was tolerable. I would have preferred to have had the exterior hallway doors added with security control card key entry to give a better sense of security, and was my biggest issue with this property. "Best Western in Loveland, very comfortable"
This was the last hotel of a long trip and it was great. Particularly the free breakfast which had hot food and waffles and a spacious area to eat in. Small but adequate bathroom. We would definitely recommend this and in fact have already done so to the friends we were visiting. "Don't waste your money"
There were bugs in our room. No lighting in the dark stairways. Someone else's hair was in the bathtub. The bedspread gave me the creeps so bad that I couldn't sleep with it on me so I was cold all night. There is absolutely no security. You do not need a key to access the hotel and it is right on the interstate, literally so watch your kids closely. […] It is so close to the interstate that the noise is ridiculous. The food in the bar/restaurant is mediocre at best. I would absolutely not stay here again. My husband and I stayed at the new La Quinta in Loveland in March and it was so much nicer there is just no comparison. Stay there instead. Lesa meira
"NOT - Not comfortable, Not accessible, Not nice!"
My husband in a quadriplegic. We were not looking for amazing accessibility, just reasonable access to get him in a room. The man who checked us in was rude and uninterested in helping us solve the problem of access to the room. We were told the hotel had been refurbished, there was no evidence of this except in the lobby. After I pouted long and hard […] about how disappointed I was, I realized we were fortunate Americans with a roof over our head, a bed to sleep in, and access to a shower, at least for me anyway. "Noxious Room"
The hotel is, overall, reasonably comfortable, if marginally maintained. However, the first room we checked into reeked of a strong chemical, presumably a cleaning product, which made two of us feel ill. They were able to give us another room, but one with an exterior exit, which wasn't as desirable. Moreover, I noted that they ended up renting the […] original room to someone else. "A Good Standard"
Everything was good, The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable, breakfast was good. In general a good choice
"Loveland Co. - easy access to I25"
Rooms were big, very clean, hotel personnel were extremely friendly. The breakfast was amazing - alot of different items to pick from hot & cold! Will stay here again!

"not what we expected"
The outside of the hotel has been remodeled nicely and the lobby/breakfast area are great, but our room itself was a different story. Some updates had been made, but there were stains on the ceiling and old carpet. The room smelled like pet odor and I used an entire bottle of Febreeze just to make it bearable. "Great for an overnight"
Overall I like this hotel. The staff is very nice and rooms are comfortable. The weird thing is that the two times I've stayed there, I've found dirty washcloths in the room when I checked in. "Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn Loveland, CO"
The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of breakfast foods. The only issue was the access to and from the hotel, you had to go east about a half a mile to turn around and go west into the heart of Loveland.
We stayed three nights and was very comfortable every night. The breakfast was good and satisfying. The pool was out of service for a day but was back for the last two days we were there.

the room was great for the price. bad 70's colors, but very large and spacious. the bed was ok, linens were nice, room was clean, but the bathroom was tiny! cannot support 2 people doing anything at the same time, but again was clean. the parking lot is not convenient, as other reviewers stated-you have to go right, to the light and a u-turn to go left, […] but not a big deal, just an inconvenience. also get to breakfast early or your only choice will be toast and cereal. "good value for the money"
We were very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only 2 negatives - pulling out of parking lot you have to head away from Loveland and find a place to U-turn to head back to town. Secondly, the last night we were there we had VERY loud neighbors late at night. I don't know how much of it was uber-rude people or how […] much could be blamed on thin walls. First 3 nights we had no problem, so I am inclined to think it was other rude hotel guests. Lesa meira

Clean rooms Friendly Staff Good Breakfast
the only complaint we have is that the outlets are broken when trying to plug in cell phones or bathroom accessories they fall out of the plug. Also, there should be a sliding door into the bathroom as it opens into the bathroom and nearly hits the toilet, very tight fit!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. I would reccomend it to anyone, and I would stay there again. All employees were so nice.
"Best Western in Loveland, CO - horrible"
The access was horrible, had to make a right turn only out of the parking lot, had to go almost a mile before I could turn around. I was stuck in one of the rooms that had no door or window to outside, couldn't get any fresh air. The tissue box had 3 (three) total tissues in it. On top of all this, my shower at 6:45 am on a Saturday morning was COLD. […] Will never stay there again. Lesa meira
