Frábært og snyrtilegt hótel á besta stað í Brighton beint við ströndina og c.a. 2 mín gangur í verslunarmiðstöðina. Mikið af góðum veitingarstöðum og verslunum í kring. Enginn þörf á leigubílum!

Allt viðmót starfsmanna einkenndist af gleði. Það er þetta sem er svo smitandi. Allt var gert af þvílíkri umhyggju að ég mun mæla með þessu hóteli. Þarna er auðvelt og stutt að komast inn til Crawley, sem er sætur lítill bær og þar er hægt að fá ódýra leigubíla með innkaupin heim á hótelið. Þetta er United Cars,,co.uk.. Þeir koma líka til Gatwick Airport, en þá sækja þeir mig þar sem bílaleigurnar eru og kostar miklu minna en leigubílar af flugvellinum. Njótið kveðja, Ingigerður.

We were two women, mother and daugther, aged 82 and 59 staying for 6 days. Arrived 2 hours early for check-in and the friendly staff checked if we could get our rooms at once, no problem. The hotel is beautifully decorated, although not fully renovated. The cleanness is fine. We had excellent English breakfast in the morning and later heard from a taxi-driver that the eggs came from a farm owned by the hotel owners with ,,happy hens" wantering around the estate. Entertainment 3 nights a week was cheerful and aimed at the age group that is most common at the hotel 60-90 years old. The unimportant (for us at least) downsides are that the free WiFi internet connection is at neighbourhood hotel, but it was free and it worked, so this is a minor issue. TV is not satellite, but who comes to Eastbourne for TV? Last the telephone in one room was not working, but the staff did it's utmost to solve this ending by moving my mother to another room. A few steps up to the main entrance may be difficult for some people this age. Overall we had the perfect stay at this pleasant stay, chatting with the ladies visiting and the pianist in the lobby. Had a very good Sunday dinner and if we return to Eastbourne this is the hotel we want to return to. Helpful staff, nice surroundings and cleanness, also nice location by the sea, yet a few minutes away from the more noisy bars, is the reason.

The hotel was very good value and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definately recomend for a no-frills stay in Brighton.

right on the seafront ,walking distance to the lanes for shopping, great food , service and staff, the room was small, glad we had a deal price, but was well equipped, only draw back was our room was on the side of hotel where there was a road down the side, lorrys and dustcarts woke us up early most mornings.

Excellent location - easy to find and park - spot on. Even greeted us with towels as we got caught in a rain storm! Very pleasant staff.

"Best Western, Brighton"
I had a really small room, no bar food available and £15 per night for parking. I stayed at the Best Western in Shoreham 1.5 miles down the road and it was much better.

A good online deal; perfectly comfortable for our 1 night stay in Brighton, staff were pleasant and parking was convenient (limited parking spaces but we arrived early).
"Cramped Quarters!"
Although the hotel was clean, but in need of updating, the rooms were soooo incredibly small that I could sit in the middle of my bed and touch each wall. The closet was about 1/2 the size of the bedroom; they should eliminate the closet wall and open the rooms up. Our rooms were located BEHIND the elevator (yes, basically in the elevator shaft!). Elevator […] was so small that one small suitcase and one avg. size person had a difficult time fitting in. Felt like I was in Willie Wonka's Factory, uneven floors, too many doors going everywhere. "Adequate and reasonable"
Stayed for a few nights while in Brighton. Room was a little on the small side. Too small for two adults. Reasonable location, decent service.
"Pretty down at heel"
I think it would be fair to say this hotel has seen better days. Although I apparently got a free upgrade as my single was taken I couldn't see how it was. It was a bit dim, a bit chintzy, a bit scuffed and dowdy. It was, however, clean, friendly and had a bar in the foyer, so for then price I guess it's okay. That said, they want £10/h for late checkout […] which is outrageous. I've never paid for this before and certainly cannot imagine many places that want such a price for such a small thing. This Best Western does not deserve its affiliation with the Best Western group, or its 3 star rating. The condition of our room was deplorable: mold, dirty carpet, dated furniture, worn caulking, broken shower fixture, peeling paint. "Best Western Brighton Hotel, a good place to stay."
A clean tidy and respectable hotel, unfortunately limited parking which is the norm for Brighton. However a very good hotel in a very easy to reach location, Sea views from the restaurant, from which only breakfast is served, slightly disappointing. Very polite and helpful staff, I would certainly recommend it.

"Hit and Miss"
I booked a Standard Single room with breakfast. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had a sea view room of good size with a double bed. Unfortunately the windows were in no way sound proof so I could hear everything that happened outside my window from the loud and raucous guests smoking in the car park outside the hotel, to the salsa […] classes taking place in the Bandstand across the rd on the beach, to the general noise of the traffic. Breakfast proved to be a bit hit and miss. Whilst some tables were offered tea, coffee, juice and had orders taken for food, I along with a number of other tables had to constantly signal the waiting staff in order to be served, despite the fact that they were not busy and I ended up having to pour my own tea as I gave up waiting/being ignored. On my second and final morning I discovered there was no hot water so I ended up taking a cold shower. At Breakfast a number of other guests complained that they too had no hot water and one guest was given a complementary breakfast for his complaint. When I spoke to the receptionist about the lack of hot water, she informed me that she had just turned up for work that morning only to discover that there was no hot water in the entire hotel and that it was being looked at. She offered no apology or explanation and her tone suggested that it was she who was being inconvenienced at having to deal with the problem and not me and the other guests. If you just want a place to put your head down for the night and can sleep through all the noise whilst dealing with adequate customer service then this hotel is ideal. Lesa meira
"Best Western Brighton Hotel"
This is a sea front hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well kept up but it is noisy. The elevator was next to my room and noisy most of the night. People were outside yelling until 3am. The hotel does have a great location right across the street from the beach.

Good and quiet hotel. Not recommended for couples because the rooms were a bit small. Everything in the room was clean. The hotel does not offer twin beds though. But the hotel is really close to the beach, a lot of places to eat within 10 mins walk. Even tesco and waitrose are wihin a 15 - 20 min walk. The hotel rates seemed to be a bit high tho […] ugh. "Super Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal"
> super Lage direkt am Strand (beim West Pier) > sehr charmantes Hotel mit Flair > altes Haus, schiefe Böden, hohe Decken, verwinkelte Treppen und Gänge > auf den Zimmern ältere Einrichtung, dennoch gemütlich wenn auch sehr hellhörig > sehr kleines und älteres Bad > sehr zuvorkommendes Personal > Buchung mit Frühstück unbedingt empfehlenswert: neben […] Toast und Cereals bestellt man à la carte Pancakes, Fisch, Wurstplatte, Vegetarisches... "耳栓が必要"
壁が薄いせいか周囲の音（車の騒音、部屋の外でコソコソ話す声、人が歩く音）が容赦なく聞こえる。エレベーターが壊れて使えない状態だった。部屋の隣がすぐ階段で、朝昼関係なく人が通る騒音がして、結局一睡もできなかった。部屋は清潔感があったが、二度と利用しないことにした。

"Direct aan de kust, handige locatie"
Het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan de kustweg dus direct aan zee. Het centrum is in 10 min te belopen evenals het grote winkelcentrum en de winkelstraten. Ook zijn er veel leuke restaurantjes en pubs in het centrum. De buurt van het hotel is keurig met mooie straatjes met woonhuizen en ook wat hotels aan de kust. De kamer was modern ingericht, wat aan […] de krappe kant maar voldoende ruimte om een koffer neer te zetten. De badkamer had inderdaad overschilderde tegels maar functioneerde prima, was schoon en de douche was heerlijk. Wel was de binnenplaats waar de kamers zonder zeezicht aan grenzen erg lawaaierig qua afzuiging, voor mensen die erg gevoelig zijn dus oordoppen meenemen. Het ontbijt was goed geregeld, een wat schraal buffet met melk en cornflakes en toas met jam, maar je mocht van de kaart ook per persoon één gerecht kiezen en dat was prima. Je moet dus kiezen tussen bijvoorbeeld een fruitontbijt of een echt engels ontbijt maar dat lijkt me geen probleem toch? Als je beiden wilt moet je lekker naar de supermarkt gaan na het ontbijt, de Sainsbury's en Taj Mahal zijn prachtige supermarkten! Het personeel was vriendelijk dus kortom: een heel prima hotel voor een zeer schappelijke prijs! Lesa meira

"Best Western Brighton Hotell"
Hotellets läge var perfekt men jag har aldrig varit så kall i hela mitt liv. Rummet va vekligen omänskligt kallt i badrummet fanns inget element. Vi kunde inte sova på nätterna pga kylan. Klagade i receptionen och fick låna en liten fläkt men sladden va för kort så den gav ingen värme till toaletten. Vi hade beställt frukostbuffe men fick en meny att […] välja ur och blev serverade micrade bacon. Jag kommer aldrig återvända till detta hotell eller rekommendera det till någon. Lesa meira

Schone kamer, goed ontbijt, aardig personeel. Maar ook: gehorig, erg kleine badkamer met klemmende deur en klemmende wastafelkraan, een aantal keren een hele hete/koude watertemperatuur in de douche en een smal dekbed behorend bij het twee persoonsbed.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und verfügen über keine Klimaanlage. Für grosse Menschen nicht geeignet, da gewisse Badezimmer sehr sehr klein sind.

Arriveerde op zaterdag. Brighton blijkt een echte feestbestemming en in dit zeer gehorige hotel heb ik zaterdagnacht kunnen genieten van alle feestje en thuiskomacties van alle medebewoners. Als ik zelf aan feesten zou zijn, prive dus, zou het hotel prima zijn, voor zaken op zondag morgen niet geschitkt.
