Everything was great except the ice in the freezer was a block of ice rather than easily accessible pieces; the air conditioning didn't work; and the microwave had to be reset on the outlet each time before use.

"Not all that great"
The room was the studio suite and it wasn't that great. There were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and it wasn't that spacious. While it's not exactly pet friendly, it does tolerate pets and the pet charge seemed reasonable to me. There was also plenty of grass for my dog to sniff and explore.

"Quiet, Nice"
I stayed at the hotel for a week. I appreciated the hotel notice of quiet hours from 10PM till AM. I found that I could take a walk without concerns. It was off the beaten path which was nice. Conveniently located off the I 75. Easy access to surrounding community. I would recommend it to friends. I plan to utilize the facility when we return in the […] future. They only draw back is the sofa bed in the king suite, The sofa bed is OK not particularly comfortable, however we did put it on the floor which turned out to be fine. Lesa meira

This was our second stay. Rooms are nice and large for 5-6 people easily. This time was a little noisy, but that was the neighbors fault not the hotels. Will definitely stay again!
"Hawthorn Suites by Wnydam Cincinnati-perfect"
The hotel was easy to find, right off the highway. There was plenty of room for my husband and I with our 5 kids. The kids loved that there were trays for the continental breakfast they could use to bring the food back to the room. They had a blast in the pool! They couldn't believe the kitchen had a full fridge and stove. They were in heaven. All plates, […] glasses, pots/pans, and silverware were clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean and the kitchenette was quite nice to have. There was a good sized refrigerator, sink, cupboards, microwave, coffee maker and two burner stove. The TV worked excellent with a nice variety of channels available in HD with HBO included. My wife and myself will definitely consider returning […] to this hotel or another Hawthorn Inn in the future. In addition to all of this, the price of our room was very reasonable....a full $35 less than it would have cost us at one of the other hotels in the area. Lesa meira

This is not a bad hotel however, it is a little out dated. The breakfast bar is simple with no place to eat except to take the food back to your room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Really thin walls and management did nothing about the noise. Ive received 0 sleep during my stay.

We only stayed one night, but it was great! The Kitchen was excellent, the TVs were nice to have in 2 rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and convenient. I loved having the full kitchen in the room.

"Great for the price!"
Great hotel, nice little breakfast, clean room, spacious, nice flat screen tv with HBO, etc. - the cost was $20 more/night than the surrounding hotels but well worth the money - it was a great place to stay and I plan to stay there again the next time I am in town. Plus it was conveniently located too.

"Great Stay for the Price"
My husband and I came to Cincinnati for our anniversary. We rented this room for the weekend. Location was great close to an interstate. Breakfast was just so-so. Room was huge with a nice kitchenette including oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. "Pet "friendly""
While this hotel does ACCEPT pets, I don't think that I would go so far as to say that the facility is "pet friendly". I was traveling with my family, which in this case is my husband and 2 dogs. There was a list of do's and don'ts that we had to sign off on since we were traveling with animals which included among other things, entering and leaving […] through side entrances (not the main hotel lobby) and the fact that you could be asked to leave if your dog(s) barked (even though there were children running up and down the halls yelling to each other). The cleanliness was adequate, and my dogs are not barky, so there was little chance of being asked to leave, but the overall feeling was less than welcoming. Lesa meira

Ive now stayed at this hotel twice. I have to say its the biggest rooms ive stayed at. There is a full kitchen, flat screens in room. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Thanks
"Clean and convenient"
We were in the city for the weekend to go to Kings Island and a Bengals game. The hotel was close to each place (about 12-15 minutes) from each. The hotel was clean and well maintained from what I could tell. Our room had a stove, full refrig, microwave, and toaster. Breakfast was not very good but it never is no matter where you stay. "Location is central to shopping"
Great location for shopping at the Tri-county Mall or Kenwood Center. The one page map they give you in your room is a great help for navigating northern Cincinnati. However, the only drawback if you are a light sleeper, several trains do ride by blowing their horns a couple times throughout the night.

"It was overall nice"
It was overall very nice, but the hallways smelled of smoke. So much so that it hit you like a ton of bricks when stepping out of the room. The rooms didn't smell but the hallway was enough to make an impression.

We stay at Hawthorn whenever we are in town because of great hotel.com rate and suite accomodations with kitchen. Short distance to shopping, restaurants, and interstate. This is the third stay I have had at this location and it is always clean and comfortable. Staff is all business and I got an upgrade to a great suite for whatever reason at a reasonable rate.

We received a beautiful room. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was very handy, and the Pool room was great!

The rooms were perfect we booked 8 rooms and everything was wonderful for all the guests
the hotel was nice the lady in the evenings was very helpful and nice! breafast was good.. the only complaint really was the smell of our floor and room... other than that everything was great! and decently located by the attractions!

Wonderful stay!! Room was clean for the most part. We stayed 2 days and housekeeping never cleaned room after we got there so we had dirty towels and wash cloths. They have apparently turned this hotel to a Wyndham from another brand. Hanging banner on building, most not up to Wyndham standards. The "HOT" breakfast was not very good. The neighborhood is not good. The price was low, and the cleanliness was OK. Althought this hotel was about 16 miles away from the Southern and Western Tennis Tournament, the room and the people there was worth the drive. The room was really clean and all the employees were super friendly and was always telling us to let them know if they could help with anything. "Hawthorn Suites Sharonville OH"
My daughter and I have stayed here several times, usually for about 5 days in the summer. We enjoy it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My daughter loves cable TV with both Disney and Nickolodeon. The workout facilities are small but ok and the pool is very pleasant, although not really made for lap swimming.
