Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 20 nights and it was absolutely perfekt. The staff was really helpful in every way possible. The place it self was stunning and I will never stay anywhere but at this hotel when I go to Lake Como. It´s a bit far away from everything so u kinda have to have a vehicle to enjoy this place to the fullest..

Perhaps once a 4 star hotel, this property has seen its best days. The furniture in the lobby is stained, the hallways have an unusual odor and the room furnishings are tired. The bed cover had some unusual stains but the linens were clean and fresh. It is close to the Central Station but that means you get to hear train horns all night. The neighborhood […] is dicey. This hotel is not really a four star hotel. In fact i wonder why it has such a rating. The staff was accomodating but not overly friendly. The room itself is tiny but clean and with all the essentials included. I would have liked for the window to open but it was sealed shut. Overall a possitive experiance but nothing special.
"Internet connection not working"
Internet connection not working, together with no TV. I selected this hotel because he had free wi-fi and I needed it for work. However the connection has been available less than 5 minutes during my stay, same for TV. Staff on duty unhelpful and he even claimed the connection was OK, other customers were not complaining, etc. Would not recommend because […] unreliable. "Don't stay here"
This hotel needs to change their carpet throughout the hotel. The front desk staff (particularly the late night/early morning shift) needs to get out of the hospitality field because he has no sense of customer service. Asked if there were any different rooms since we were afraid to take off our shoes to walk on our room's carpet. Horrible attitude […] and told us to check with his colleague at 7am. When we checked out at 6am he tried to get us to pay breakfast, which was included. We told him it was included and he was rude and insistent to pay. We told him to look it up and yesterday's staff gave us the b'fast vouchers. He called his colleague at 6am to verify...which it was included. "Terminal Hotel - convenient, comfortable"
Terminal Hotel is a very nice hotel. They are located close to Milan's Central train station. They are comfortable and a huge plus for italian hotels is they did not charge to access the wifi!!! WOW ! amazingly hard to find in italy! Thanks Terminal Hotel for a comfortable place to stay.... there is also a Pizza/Kebab place across the street that is […] convenient and good! Lesa meira
"Busy, Noisy Area but Convenient Location"
Our balcony sliding door didn't seal properly so the city noise bled into the room pretty bad during the night and early morning. Overall though the staff was helpful and the location was convenient for both the Bergamo shuttle bus and the metro. Wouldn't recommend the area for young single women.

Good location. However, Facilities are very old and some sort of dirty. No expectation for such low price, so I was not disappointed at all. Suitable for low budget tourists only!

Not a 4 star hotel in my mind. More of a 2 star hotel. Walls are scratched and dented and it doesn't look the greatest, but there was hot water, wifi and a decent breakfast.

Room was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good (good coffee, bread, cheese, cold cuts, juice, cereals, cakes etc) so I suggest to go and check that out. The only downfall was that our pillows were hard as rocks! Otherwise the bed was nice. I think it's more like a good 2-3 star hotel but def not a four star one.

Felt that they did us a favor by answering our questions. And when we asked about the quality of a restaurant around the corner from the hotel, the concierge didn't know???? That's strange. They were just rude.

Not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 and a half to 3. Only stayed one night as a stopover in Milan. Close to train station which was a must for us as we didnt want to drag our bags all over town. Therefore easy access to metro for a quick ride into decent Milan. The neighbourhood was not great, would not want to wonder around too much at night yet didnt […] really ever feel unsafe. "Convenient"
Our first NS room was filled with smoke and since I am allerigc we were moved to a room right behind the front desk (#121). While the front desk clerk was very attentive and helpful, this room was very noisy with guests coming and going and the morning desk clerk was playing his music so loud it woke us up. We also had 2 non working fridges so we couldn't […] keep our beer or food cold. The AC never seemed to work either so it remained quite warm. We also had an ant infestation near the window. Not so friendly management, cashing unnecessarily on it's location close to the main station and offering cheap deals, this Hotel is a strictly no no from me.

"Traveler"
I was so amazed when the receptionist greeted me mentioning my name. It was a warm welcome and I was so pleased. The attendant helped me to my room. The room was big, clean and so comfortable. I didn’t expect for the amount I paid. The hotel workers are so cooperative. My special thanks to the night shift receptionist. It was a good location, very close to the main station. But the staff were really cold towards us, and the cleanliness was really poor especially the toilet
"Sorry I stayed"
Definetely did not feel like a guest from the minute I walked in. The receptionist was anything but welcoming. If that wasn't enough to give a bad first impression HE literally yelled and cursed at me while I was trying to park. (yes I do speak italian and understood everything). Allora......

First of all this location is very good, 5 mins to the main train station. The guy at front desk (there were 2 of them) did not smile and were quiet, does not give more info unless you ask. the carpet in the hallway is a bit worn out, but overall clean, with a good cleaning lady and friendly bar staff. The hiccup was when i asked the front desk staff […] about how much is local call, he said it's 20-30 cents Euro each minute. then after i called someone within in Italy for 3 mins, at check out, the same staff said i got charged 6 euros! he said at different times it's different as i called after midnight. Great location at a good price, although no information about breakfast and it was 10 euro per person which was steep, had we known we wouldn't have eaten at the hotel, but there was no information anywhere about the cost so we assumed it was included in the rate. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Great hotel Only one problem. The air condition system did not get cool enough for American comfort. The system did get cool,however it would bother cool enough. We Americans like our air condition system to put out cold air, not just cool air. Otherwise I had a great stay in the hotel.

We stayed here for one night so we could catch a bus to the airport early the next morning. The neighborhood was a little bit sketchy, but for one night it was fine. The room wasn't anything special, old furniture and the bed was pretty hard (like most of Italy). The worst part was that the reception just was a bit slow, or didn't understand. We had […] arrived early to the hotel, and the room they sent us to was not ready, so the maid gave us a different room after calling the reception area to confirm. Even the the room was cleaned, it smelled as if a dirty mop had been used on the floor, so we opened the window and headed outside. The hotel keeps your key when you leave, so you have to ask for it when you get back in. Upon coming back for the night, the receptionist had no idea we had changed rooms, and didn't seem to want to give us the key to the room we had all our stuff in. I basically had to yell at him in order to gain access to the room. Other than that, it was fine for one night stay. Just don't expect any perks. I definitely think this is more of a 2-3 star hotel. I'm not sure what the criteria for star ratings is in Milan, but I have stayed in better hotels that were 3 stars. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the Central Station

The hotel was nice with clean, comfortable rooms and free wifi. It is a several block walk from the train station. The desk clerks spoke some English.

THe room size was just right for 2 and the bed is clean. There was one setback which I was quite unpleased. the bathtub was clogged and I inform the receptionist about the problem. However, on day 2, the problem was still there and looks like they did not fix clog. "Stay here only if needing to catch an early train"
This hotel is definitely not a 4 star one. It's more like a 2.5 star hotel. The bed was like a rock. The carpet was very old and kind of dirty, but everything else in the room was clean. The furniture is very old also. It so close to the central station that you can hear the trains all night long. "Just skip this one"
Feels and looks like a hotel that may have been 4 stars one day in the distant past, but is now slipping far down the scale. It is 2 star at most. Nothing stands out as memorable, but to be fair its fine as a place to crash, but not to sit around in and enjoy. The lobby is 1 star thats for sure. "Conveniently located to Centrale Stazione"
Good place to stay if you wish to be near the Centrale Stazione. Not much in the surrounding environs but a 15 close walk to the park and another 15-20 min to Duomo
"Easy to find"
Hotel was near the station and easy to locate. Reasonably neat n clean for the price we are paying. There were a few eating places near by. Managed to get a kebab at 11+ pm. Free wifi was a great plus!

This hotel was much better than I expected, especially for the price, we slept so well that the hotel had to wake us up for checkout. The staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect for the train access.

"The Terminal Hotel in Milan"
I found this hotel when I was searching for an overnight stay to catch the train to Rome. The hotel is located close to the train station, about 7 minutes walk. I was surprised to find the receiption in operation when arriving at the hotel during midnight as well as 6am in the morning. Room and bath room are clearn. Only drawback is that I was given […] a room next to the reception. Hence could hear all the hussles of people coming in, talking, etc. Overall a good value-for-money stay if you are looking for an in-transit place. Lesa meira
"Extremely satisfied"
This hotel is a block away from Milano Centrale and it was perfect for my arrival from Paris via train. I just needed a place to rest, shower, and charge my cell & camera. The staff spoke english and they were very helpfull. I will stay at this hotel on my next trip to Milan.

"Good Hotel but little overpriced"
The service of this hotel is good and reception staff are helpful. Room condition and cleanliness were acceptable, although nothing special. Breakfast was good and sufficient. However, the price paid was a little bit expensive compared to the hotel condition and services offered.
