I was pleasantly surprised how nice this motel was for the price I paid. The room was spotless. The staff was very accomadating and nice. I plan on coming back soon!

"Budget Lodge, Good Choice"
This is a simple, well-run place. Easy to get to, right off the 5 freeway. Room was new looking, bedding was fine. Unit had a small sitting room which would have been great if I had another guest with me. Bed was comfortable. Managers were helpful, etc. No problems. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room but the neighborhood has lots of places […] to eat, etc. A very good bargain, no frills, but if you are in San Clemente you should be spending your time at the beach, not the hotel! "Good for stay close to beach"
Just used for a quick overnight stay, room was nicer than I expected and the hotel was quiet. Cute coffee place across the street too. Not alot of parking, but okay.
