I had heard about Best Western Plus and wanted to try one out. I used this hotel to replace one very nearby that had raised it's price considerably. This hotel was inexpensive and would rate very well with more expensive hotels in the same area. Very comfortable. They farm out the room service making it a little slow, but I had not expected it anyway. […] I really enjoy not having to go find a restaurant at 9pm. The free breakfast was the bomb. The staff was sometimes not at the desk but overall the stay was ok.

Stayed here for a short weekend trip to the DFW area. Perfect if you will be using the airport as it is right next to it. Close to Grapevine Mills although there is quite a bit of construction. About a 30 minute drive to Cowboys Stadium, Ballpark in Arlington, & Six Flags. Staff was helpful with any problems we had. Hard to get too because of construction so right now even local isn't great here. Room is big and spacious but feels and looks old. The bed is terrible, springs everywhere, you sink to the bottom and 2 bodies sink to the middle. Not a place I'd come back to.

The room was adequate for what I paid for. The room was clean but you had to hold down the handle on the toilet to make sure it flushed. The fitness room was seriously lacking and the treadmill actually had a lumpy belt. The location was very close to the airport, about 2 miles and their complimentary shuttle sealed the deal. Their front office staff […] could not have been better, I called from the airport, explained where I was and she told me exactly where to go to catch the shuttle and was picked up within a couple of minutes. This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is a bit hard to understand at times but they are friendly and courteous. The room I stayed in was a King Deluxe and it included a mini fridge, couch and chair. It provided me and my Wife with plenty of room for our belongings without being cramped. The bed was a bit hard though, but not the worst thing […] I've ever slept on. The shuttle runs to and from the airport regularly but be prepared for a bit of a wild ride. The surrounding location offers not much seeing as it's between the airport and highway. The room was clean, I'd recommend staying. Lesa meira

My days were long and intense and found the room to be quiet and very adequate for what I needed. I was very appreciative of free Wifi. There was a lack of eating places close by.

The hotel and staff was great. The only downfall was that the beds are horrible. Hard as rocks, cheap. Also, you heard the traffic all night on the Interstate side. Other than that it was a grat place.

We arrived late and the desk person comped up beer and wine. It was greatly appreciated as there was no convenience store nearby the hotel. We departed very early in the morning and woke up to no power. This gave us challenges. We opened our door to get some light from the emergency lights in the hallways. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room airconditioner was a little noisey and had a rather large "dead band" before activating. The price was very reasonable and the location was close to DFW, but dining was a few miles away.

Big problem was that the advertised 24 hour airport shuttle happened only every 40 minutes; so it took more than 1 hour and 15 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. This is unacceptable. Next time I get the rental car and go to anywhere in Dallas/Fort Worth and can be where I want to be the next morning. Also the scheduled wake-up call did not […] happen. Lesa meira

Very nice stay on our way back East after a cruise. Large and comfortable rooms, very clean, updated, polite and accommodating staff. Our only negative would be the breakfast. It is typical of the chain of hotels that offer a room with breakfast making your own waffle or toast. Overall it was a good experience. We moved rooms from the noisey freeway side to the airport side. The pillows are too fluffy for ones head... need a thinner pillow.

The suite is large, spacious and clean, with the bedroom, living, and regrig/microwave areas separate. The hotel is a few minutes from the airport and offers breakfast with hot selections. Although the breakfast is the same each day, the selection is wide and varied enough so a person can have something different each day. They provide flavored creamer, […] which I prefer; and bottled water is provided for your room. The staff is to be highly commended - they are polite, patient and knowledgeable of the area, and will print directions for you on the spot. There is an airport shuttle, and restaurants nearby if you choose not to take advantage of the room service selections, which are many. The AC/heat control is in the room. The towels could use more fabric softener; and if you are sensitive to light and sound, be sure to have earplugs and slumber mask - it's next to the airport. A great experience overall. This hotel was great for service, amenities, and to DFW airport. I was quite pleased that never heard a single airplane being so close. However the beds themselves left something to be desired. They felt like you were sitting on a trampoline. If you are a heavy sleeper, probably won't be a problem.

For the price and location its price savvy. The condition with old tube tv's and the current upgrading going on it is a compromise with all the noise going on. The beds are pretty hard and trying to get sleep after an international flight is hard to do. Customer service is commendable as my reservation was messed up but fixed on the spot. 1- Hotel uses wall mounted AC units that was noisy in our room 2- Only food within walking distance was a VERY good hamburger shop and store 2a- Hotel offered a number of food delivery companies from Dominos to ? 2b- Bfast was the standard sausage, srambled eggs, waffles etc, all hot and fresh. 3- Shuttle information was not readily provided (You had […] to sign up for a ride to DFW else the shuttle would not stop) 4- actual ride to and from DFW very convenient less than 10 minutes, drivers very helpful. The wake up call was on time and he even put out the breakfast earlier than advertised, because he had guests checking out before the normal breakfast time. I stayed at a Best Western in Duncanville, Texas and that location was much nicer. This hotel was ok. It was located off of the highway. The first room that I was taken to smelled like smoke but the second one was fine. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Flying out of DFW early next day. Shuttle was prompt and courteous. The room was clean and pleasant. I had no car to drive to a restaurant so the frozen food items at the front desk filled in very nicely.

The room was clean and the staff real friendly. Infortunately the tv reception was bad and the Internet they offer was pretty slow. Also the business room printer was in bad shape thus producing bad print outs. Also the hottub was out of service the whole time. The location wouldn't be bad if it wasn't for all the construction by the airport. I might as well have slept on the floor, the bed was a board, and im a big guy, 6'3 300 and could not make a dent in this bed... Then we signed up for the shuttle to the airport. Front desk said the shuttle would have us there in 15 minutes. We had a 7am flight, we got on the shuttle at 5:40 am and missed our flight..........What they dont tell you […] is that it is a shuttle for that hotel and 2 others, so they have to stop all along the way. Even coming back to the hotel to get my car took 25 minutes and i was the 2nd to last stop before leaving airport and the first hotel stop. On top of that they charged $20 to leave my car there, website does not mention that fee. Next time ill drive myself and sleep in my own bed and deal with the hour and half drive. Lesa meira
