Frábært í alla staði. Þjónustan til fyrirmyndar og allir svakalega allmennilegir og kurteysir. Snyrtilegir og góðir veitingastaðir. Sundlaugin allveg svakalega góð og hrein. Þjónustan við sundlaugina virk og góð. Staðsettning hótelsins mjög góð. Stutt í alla verslunarkjarna.

Hótelið stóðst allar okkar væntingar og vel það. mjög þægilegt starfsfólk, dvöldum í viku. Stutt í almenningssamgöngur, þægilegt að sækja ráðstefnuna sem við vorum á. Hreint og fínt. Morgunverður góður. Takk fyrir góða dvöl

The pictures that are shown on hotels.com of Magical Memory Villas is not true Magical Memory Villas is a office thats rents out places to stay. The place that they sent us to first was a three bedroom apartment which was old outdated which used keys to enter and not a villa. We ended up down sizing to a two bedroom at Runnaway Beach, which was not […] kept up. The had codwells outside the doors and in ceiling. Had to hit a number pad inorder to get in the room. Sofa chairs with mattresses warn out. TV's outdated. Had a broken dyer. Did not have all the Hotel Amenities. Becareful when you make reservation . I will not stay here again. Lesa meira
"Worst Stay Ever!"
Worst stay ever! Upon check-in, we found the 4 bedroom villa we reserved which called “Fiesta Key” is actually 5 miles south from the listed hotel address. Upon arriving at the gated community, there were only two parking spots in front of the unit, and we had a total of four vehicles for our party, so we parked two of our vehicles at a nearby dead […] end street that had no signs of any kind at all. Next morning we found the two vehicles were towed during the night. It cost us $125 each to retrieve our vehicle from a lot half an hour away. We informed the front desk during our check-in that we have a total of four vehicles, and if that’s an issue, and they assured us there shouldn’t be. So where do you park if you have more than two vehicles and can’t park on the street? After the towing incident, the "front desk" allowed us to park the extra vehicles overnight at the main office parking lot, 5 miles away. List of other issues during our stay; one of the bathtub was totally clogged, a licensed plumber in our party cleared out about two cup full of hair from the drain. lack of wi-fi connection, lots of dog droppings everywhere, uncomfortable beds, mold on shower curtain, shower door did not close properly, lack of basic amenity like toilet paper, shampoo, extra trash bags, entire unit was not cleaned well at all, and non-knowledgeable desk clerk. Even when we checked-out, desk clerk never asked how was our stay. Never again we will stay here nor recommend it. Lesa meira
"Condo no hotel"
The place to pick-up and drop off the keys was over 30 minutes away, which was bothering as you'd like to get to your next destination without having to waste time driving around for keys...Besides, the condos had a nice little kitchen, rooms and TV (No Disney Channel though!) as well as a community swimming pool that the kids enjoyed.

we stayed here for 4 nights with 2 other couples (6 total people). the condo/town home was great except for the beds...and they were pretty horrible. but really other than the beds, the entire experience was great, from check in to check out. if your on a budget, or even if you aren't check this place out, hopefully they will replace the mattresses […] soon! The carpet might have seen better days a long while back... Breakfast was with no bread and not much at all ... Bad!
"Clean but outdated"
The condo we rented was big and clean but outdated. The mattress was the worst thing I have every slept on! The shower was a painful misting of water. The kitchen had clean but cheap appliances in it, the burners on the stove were crooked so everything slid to one side. The dryer took about 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. the room was clean, a great location but the beds were not as described. the internet stated we would have a queen bed, 2 double beds and 2 twin beds. when we arrived we have 2 double beds and 2 twin beds. we were still able to accomadate wveryone but not as comfortalbe as we liked. other than that everything was great.
"Great location - close to everything"
The place we stayed was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone and always something to do. The house was clean and comfortable. I will definately book with them in the future.
"Villa in Orlando"
Air conditioning worked poorly and had to call for maintenance at check-in to repair, worked but still marginal. For a full kitchen, we were required to go out and buy a spatular for making eggs on the first morning, should be fully stocked with essentials. There were hidden charges that took us by surprise, such as paying extra for use of the pool […] heater. There was a 5 day minimum and a charge of $25 per day. we were staying four days, therefore the family did not get to use the pool I paid an extra $20 a day for. If we rented a villa with pool the heater should have been included, if needed due to temperatures. Lesa meira
"Very pink but also comfortable"
We stayed at one of the condos offered by this company in the Kissimmee area for a few days around Spring Break. It was a very comfortable stay for our family of 4 + fairly quiet + with easy access to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and parks. "Wonderful"
When I booked the reservation I was expecting to get probably an apartment or townhouse but no we got a full blown house with private pool and three bedrooms. Very big kitchen and washer and drier which makes it oh so much better. At first I did not like that there were only two tv's in the house but it worked out great because we all sat down in the […] living room and watched tv together which we don't do on a daily basis and then it was straight to bed. "wonderful!"
We were very happy with the condo. Smelled clean & actually was! Plenty of space & it actually felt like we were in someone's home as a welcome guest. This location was just a little further from parks than expected but... not much of a difference & we were so happy with everything overall, it did not matter. BTW, we have stayed at a Disney resort & […] it was still easier to get to the park from this location plus restaurants & shopping was plentiful nearby. VERY happy that there were plenty of clean towels, etc. Have rented this type of facility many times but this was our 1st experience with Magical Memories & we were very happy! The only draw back was the mattresses. I don't "cook" on vacation so did not check out the amenities in the kichen (pans, dishes etc). Lesa meira

First of all it was very difficult to get ahold of anyone at the front desk. When we arrived to our place, we immediately noticed that there was a huge black stain on the white carpet in the the master bedroom. The coffee pot was broken, the sliding glass door didn't slide right, the back of the tv remote was missing but worst of all were the beds. […] They were extremely hard and uncomfortable. (Not only did the bed squeak but so did the frame (just from normal turning over)There were cigarette butts all around the back porch even though it was a not smoking place. Items in our kitchen were very limited. For the most part the condo was clean and if you have a big family that needs a lot of space, then this would probably work- just don't count on getting any sleep. Lesa meira

Check in was quick and painless with Magical Memories Villas. We were actually assigned a complex called Royal Palm Bay that was about 3-4 minutes away from the main office. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and condition of the condo! The master bedroom had a king size bed and the spare bedroom had 2 twin beds. They were all very comfy. The living […] room had leather couches and a very nice dining room set as well. There was a washer and a dryer in the unit and the whole place was spotless! All the necessary gadgets were in the kitchen and the complex was quiet and very nicely maintained. The only thing that would have made this stay better would have been more channels available on the tv and to have been a little closer to Disney. We were about 7-8 miles away. Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend it to any family that wants to cook some meals while away and wants the comforts of a condo instead of a small hotel room. Lesa meira

Condo was clean and close to all attractions. Construction was going on in condo next door so was a bit messy and loud at times. Condo needed updated, looked like an old Golden girls episode but was comfortable. Actual property is not what is shown. Our condo was 12 miles away. May not seem like much, we ended up away from most everything. We were given door keys that didnt work. Took over an hour for someone to comeout with 1 replacement. Would have taken us the same amount of time to drive to front desk and do it ourselves. Which we had to do anyway cause […] they only gave us ONE key!! No wireless. Called front desk and nobody knew anything. Or could give a care. Pool key and code didnt work. Had to wait till another guest came by to let us in. Not cool. Condo ok, well worn, but ok. Low end furniture and finishes. Ensuite bath, and pretty much the whole unit, in need of refurb. This unit should rated be rated as a 2 Star. Even that would be generous. Not enough towels for 3. I would not book through Magical Memories until my Bad Memories fade.... Lesa meira

We weren't given the location until arrival as this is a sales organization. However, the suites were very comfortable for 4 adults. There is no daily cleaning, but you could hire cleaning. There was a washer and dryer on site. The location was 10 minutes from Disney properties, and most chains withing 3-5 minutes. Service--there was none. "Close to all the parks"
The Villa we rented was within 5 miles of all the attractions and even closer to many shopping stores and restaurants. We rented a 3 bedroom Villa, it was very clean, comfortable and I highly recommend it for the price. This Villa does not provide daily room service, so you must be prepared for that. There is a community swimming pool and hot tube for […] all the guests, and also cooking grills near the swimming pool for those of you who want to cook some burgers! Every bedroom has a television with Cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipt with anything you might need (coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven and even silverware). "Magical with Issues"
Not very close as the address is only a rental office. It is well kept. Rooms are not all that comfortable as some are right next to a busy road and the NOISE is constant and all night and makes it difficult to sleep. The office was closed on arrival and after tracking down an EMERG number had to use a back-up room - which was not the one I chose on-line […] and EMERG person said they would call me to straighten it out, but never did. Would I recommend - yes if they could insure a person wouldn't be on that roadway and the renter knew where it was located, etc. Lesa meira

The motel was located close to the Theme parks and very well maintained. Will be more then happy to stay there again. This time without the Mother-in-law!!

"To Stay or Not To Stay"
My room was in Kissimee Fl, and it had many problems. First there were six people in my group and there was not enough towels and wash clothes that did not keep us from having to wash towels every day. There was no automatic dishwashing liquid as was in the prior villa that I stayed at for Thanksgiving.Also the hot tub was cold the last night of my […] stay, also the wifi did not function and I could not check my emails, and needed to so I could check on potential jobs. I would not recommend this villa to anyone in the future. The twin bed in the bedroom was hard and I had to sleep on the couch. The villa above us sounded like a battle zone, and sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. The Lucaya Villas was 75% better!!!!! Lesa meira

check in process was good - lady who checked us in was very friendly (her son was getting ready to go into military). Only thing i would suggest is that 1)new mattress on beds 2)info of all things on the resort be placed in the binder(in the villas) But overall we enjoyed. Close to the theme parks and shopping.

The unit we had was very nice with the exception of noisey beds. We were in a 4 bedroom unit and everyone in the unit heard you even if you were only getting up, turning over, or almost breathing. The noisey springs were so bad, my 13 year old said she was afraid to move because her own sounds woke her up. My 6'5" husband went to the sofa each night […] after waking himself. "Nice Family Stay"
The Magical Memories Villas were nice because it afforded us an opportunity to be close to Disney World and still have our creature comforts from home. The kids had two rooms to stay in and we had a nice bedroom to ourselves. There was no maid service, but we were fine looking after ourselves for our week stay. "Royal Palm Bay"
The staff was friendly and assisted us to the best of their abilities. The villa was beautiful, it had modern decor and it was just breathtaking. The beds were comfortable as well. We only had one issue where we ordered 2 Queen beds in our two bedroom villa cause we were traveling with another couple, once we checked in - it was ONE queen bed and two […] twins. booked two condos for a golf trip. Didn't know that the units would be in two different developments about five miles apart. The unit I stayed in (Fiesta) was clean and just adequate. The beds were OK, but the rest of the furnishings were old and dirty. The office said we had wi-fi in the unit, but there wasn't any service. When I called to ask they […] had no idea. There were no coffee filters, salt, pepper, extra soap and there was only one dishwasher soap pellett in the unit. Everything as expected the only bad thing was the pool was not heated as the description says, it can be heat for additional charge and 24 hours before notice.

"Never again...Made no Effort"
Although the initial error was Hotels.coms fault, Magical Memories had an opperatunity to make it right and did not. The house we were given had no TV service and the only DVD player did not work. Waited till next day twice for new dvd player and Cable Co. to come out and fix.So our first day was spent waiting for them. House was dirty with dead insects. […] 2 of the 3 toilets did not work properly and the beds were horrible. Service told us he told office not to rent house out till issues are fixed yet they put us in there anyway. The day we checked in we witnessed the front desk person hang up on another guest who called with some sort of complaint. Magical Memories used Hotels.coms minor error as an excuse and we will never use them or recomend them to any of our friends and family. "Pool Home!!! Awesome experince"
I recommend this to anyone with a group of more than 3-4 people. Very nice, clean homes. All bed rooms were nicely furnished, pool was ecxellent, wit hwarm water, splash and toys. Home was well furnished, als othe kicthen. It was 7-8 miles from Disney. A Walmart was within 2-3 miles. Enough towels, but fewer tissues.
