The bathroom door was not hung properly and would not close all the way. The bathroom ceiling was too low and thus the shower curtain rod was low and the shower curtain was too low in the tub and part way on the tub floor and I slipped and fell in shower on it.

Staff was really nice and accommodating. I showed up early, so they put me in a suite at no extra charge. The pool is warm, I mean real warm. It was heated instead of being a pool inside a room with heating. It wasn't super large, but they had toys that my kids could use. It was in a quite out of the way place. The suite we stayed in was large and spacious it was noisy overnight and hard to sleep. The while enjoying the jaccuzi the spout came off.I think they need to work on the hotel maintenence. The breakfast food was good.

The staff working the breakfast saw a bus of male athletes pull in and started putting all the food away. Disregarding the rest of us who were still eating. She had been sitting with a coworker until this and then after she got done she sat down again. Looked like someone just didn,t want to work. Won,t return. I was taken back by this behavior.

The hotel was hard to find, literally sat in middle of nowhere. My room was on first floor, strong chlorine smell seeing as pool is right in front lobby. My room was actually a connecting room and could hear the adjoining rooms tenants conversions ALL night. Bed was comfortable, room seemed clean. I use a cpap machine for breathing at night and there were no duplex outlets to plug it in. I got an extension cord from the front desk and strung it across the room to the nearest duplex. This hotel was in a nice location for staying overnight when going to visit friends over the holidays. It is easy to get to and near some decent shopping. HOT continental breakfast was great! Will be staying there again if the need arises.

The common spaces were very dirty; it did not look like the hotel had been vacuumed in a number of weeks. There were strange odors in the hotel as well. I did not feel safe. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was average. The breakfast needs to be improved. No one has cleaned between the headboard and the walls. Dirt was thick and a couple used batteries were laying there too.

When I drove up, the front desk person was standing out front smoking, which is OK but I had to wait at the front desk until she finished and came inside to check me in. She looked like she just got out of bed and had slept in her uniform. Very unprofessional. The walls were thin enough to hear the TV in the next room clearly. The floor was not vacuumed […] during my three day stay. On the plus side, they offer free beer, wine and snacks starting at 5 and the free breakfast was actually good compared to most similar places. Lesa meira

I had been up all night and wanted an early check-in to grab a little shut eye before meeting friends. I called the hotel in the morning about 7:00 a.m. to inform them I would arrive around noon and would a ppreciate an early check -in and yes! Me, my husband, and 15 year old daughter stayed there for a short family vacation. The hotel was a long way from the city. It was clean but the rooms were small. The breakfast was good. It was quiet. All in all it was an average hotel.

The hotel has a nice address on paper but it is nowhere. First, the good part, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. If you are a smoker apparently this is your hotel. We had a nonsmoking room but with all the other folks on our floor smoking with their doors open we might as well have had a smoking room. The median age of the staff appeared […] to be 19. The wifi was typically underpowered and slow. Of the four hotels we stayed at on our trip, this was definitely the most disappointing, and not the least expensive. We won't see this place again. Good experience. The pool is small. Very crowded if more than 8 people at once. Breakfast is good for the value but is real crowded between 8-9am. Rooms are clean and has free wireless internet. Wife and I liked the managers reception with drinks from 5-7pm.

There were so many rooms with girl scouts and/or a young girls dance team (not high school age) that it makes absolutely no sense to have a family put in a room in the middle of a hallway that is otherwise full or energetic little girls that are up until 2:00AM. I would love to know what genius decided that this was a good idea. IF I ever go back, I […] would have to request a room away from any events like this. The room was nice and clean, the hotel over all was very good looking, very well taken care of. The scenery around was pretty, it was the last place I expected a hotel to be but it was still nice. Very good pricing compared to other places i was going to stay.

Hotel is a little out of the way; close to a highway but not close to anything else. Hot breakfast buffet; never made it to the evening happy hour.

The first room we looked at was on third floor and smelled of stall smoke. Went to front desk and was moved to second floor. No smoking. Room and service was Great. Staff was very helpful. Contenental breakfast was very good with many options.

I wish they had a hot tub, otherwise nice. pool very crowded with young kids, and it was a pretty dark area. Otherwise it was clean, everyone was nice and the breakfast was extremely good with great variety

Walls are thin, so we could hear people walking on the floor above us late at night and early in the morning. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room. One front desk person dressed inappropriately and was outside smoking; she could see me standing at the front desk from the window and waited to finish her cigarette before she came in to wait on me. we stayed in a non smoking section, in which someone was smoking pot so much you could smell it at the front desk. our neighbor kept us up all night. The hallway leading up to the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Not a place to come with your family :(

When we arrived, we were told we would be in room 103. The room had not been cleaned from the previous person. We were then moved up to the 3rd floor. Our 2 queen bed non-smoking room was 2 double beds and you had to go through an overpowering fog of smoke to get to it. On the bright side the room didn't smell like smoke.
