Should have a hair dryer in the room. This is the only hotel I've been to in many years that didn't have one. The rooms are very nice, large and the beds are great. It would be nice to have a frig in the rooms which none of the H.I.'s I've stayed at have.

"Nice place to stop for a night"
Stayed here for a night during a cross-country road-trip. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The common area had tea and coffee available throughout the day along with some board games. The hot breakfast was a good start to the next leg of our trip. There isn't much near the hotel, but the restaurant next […] door (Wingers) had a good selection for dinner, and no need to drive there. "Hampton Inn - Richfield, Utah"
All I can say is that this is the only hotel where I have been able to get a good nights sleep! The bed is fastastic. The room clean, the shower water hot and great water pressure. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was so quiet. Breakfast selections were delicious. I loved my stay and will return.

When I phoned to see if we could check in early, I was told repeatedly that check-in as at 3:00pm. Room seemed rather small. All the lights didn't work. Poor tv programs available. Seemed to be cont. advertising for expensive movies. Nights were quiet. Breakfast as ok. Maid didn't take dirty towelsout or clean the sink. "Passing Through"
We were just passing through Richfield on our way to visit some friends in Windsor, CO. The room was comfortable. The breakfast wasn't exactly homecooked :-) but it was fine to fill the stomach. One thing to note about Richfield is that there is not much in the way of eating establishments, although it seemed like there was a little of everything (can't […] speak to the quality, though). "the 1st room had noisiest, worst mattresses!!!"
I was exhausted, it was late, sit down on on bed & it squeaked something awful...call up, complain, ask for new room, she says "they are all the same." I say well, see if there is a room close to this one & I will compare...NO, they are not all the same & DO NOT stay in 215!! Moved to 217 & it was much better...

A clean and comfortable property. The breakfast was exceptionally good, even by Hampton standards. But the property description said there were sofas in the room and there were none. Plus, the staff was a bit stiff. Not un-friendly or un-pleasant, just cold.

The Hamptom is close to freeway and yet very quiet. Excellent service and very clean. Breakfast had something for everyone and great quality. Friendly service and would definately stay there again.

"Made for tired travelers"
this hotel is very close to the highway, but there is no traffic from around 10 pm to after breakfast, so it is very convenient for those on thier way somwhere. The building is in good shape, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There are fast food and gas stations nearby, so if you are travelling, this is a very nice place to spend the […] night. If in the area again, I would definately stay there again. . Lesa meira
"Hampton Inn Richfield"
The hotel was located right off the freeway and easy to find. The beds were comfortable. Our room was right next to the elevator and we couldn't hear it, which was a relief to us. The gym was nice. The dryer was awful, it took forever to dry the clothes.

"Satisfied"
We were happy with the room, pool & breakfast . The location was great & we were on the back side of the hotel it was nice & quiet.
