This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

This is fine hotel if you want to be near the airport because it only takes few minutes to get there. If you have car it wan't take so long to drive to restaurants, shops and other interesting locations.

"Great for the Price!"
This hotel is really great for the price, the rooms are really good and there is breakfast, if you are looking for a stopover this is your best bet. The outside of the building looks creepy but everything gets better from there, the neighbourhood sucks but so is the entire Inglewood so other hotels cant help.

"Great for what you get"
What everyone is saying on here is true. This hotel offers a less expensive option for those staying near LAX. Our room was very quiet, clean and spacious. The continental breakfast included make your own waffles so that was fun. I even liked the toiletries! I would definitely stay here again.
"LAX & I-405 Close - Can't Beat Value!"
Great location for my travel purposes - real close to LAX and I-405 but also other major cross roads to stay off interstate during rush hours but be able to get to places quick & you can't beat the value. Kitchenette a plus. Room was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was fine & parking lot well lighted. Staff was friendly. I was there at end of April […] and temps were in low 60s. Windows do open but only about 6-8". A/C used, as I like a cool room but A/C took a while to actually cool anything. Sat TV is good but way too many dead channels and without a printed guide, it took forever to find anything to watch. Biggest upset, there's no cushioned wing chairs, like every other hotel I've ever stayed in, to sit in and watch TV and be comfortable. You can use the desk chair but it's too rigid and uncomfortable for that purpose - fine for desk stuff but not relaxing to watch TV. Really need to fix that problem. "Worth the money"
Overall stay was good. The room could be more well lit. The breakfast was too simple--cereal, bread or cupcakes. Could use some fruits like bananas and apples.
Very cleanly and good selection for continental breakfast. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was excellent. Excellent for the rate. Wireless access was a major concern in my reservation and the speed that was available satisfied for the work I needed to do.

"Cost efficient & clean"
Worth staying if on a budget or do not mind driving everywhere. I was both. Friendly staff. Excellent neighborhood considering you are downtown in inglewood. I would stay there again.

"Great LAX layover hotel"
Had a very late arrival into LAX. We wanted to have some place super close to the airport to sleep and then be on our way in the morning. This hotel is not the nicest, and the area is shady, but it was absolutely adequate, and the price was great.
There are worse neighborhoods in LA but very clean and spacious rooms. Close to airport so was convient

Take this instead of Day's Inn and Super 8 which were more expensive - worse neighborhood's and pathetic in Quality & Service.

It felt like an apartment... tremendously comfortable and quiet. The beds you kinda sink in a little but every other quality of the room supercedes that! "Near LAX and more than adequate"
I've traveled through LAX for many years now, and the tourist hotels - of which this is one - and the neighborhood have improved. It's a typical urban neighborhood, mixed in just about every way . . . which I like and am used to.

"very bad experience"
My family and I stayed there in March 2012 for a night and when we woke up the next morning there were bugs crawling on the bed. The bugs bit us all over. They look like bed bugs and they were still alive. We told the front desk and they just came to look at the bug. Please don't stay there. It's freaky with crawleys.

"Good hotel, Horrible neighborhood"
The hotel was nice; good value for your money. I found mold on the inside of drapes as a guest had left the window open in the rain. The neighborhood was not good. My spouse was concerned about going outside after dark. It was winter & got dark early, so we only went out to dinner with my children one out of five nights.

My son stayed here while he was waiting for his apartment to come ready to move into...it was clean and had just the right amenities he needed to survive 9 days in a hotel. Only thing was he said he would not trust walking around outside the hotel perimeters..poor neighborhood.

I would have rated higher if the bed was firmer. The small kitchenette-sitting area worked out great. The Continental breakfast was clean and stocked appropriately. The location was very good and convenient to major streets and freeways.

Very close, 2 minutes drive, from all major car rental returns from LAX. Easy free parking, comf. rooms, secure hotel, clean and not expensive.

"Really Uncomfortable Bed and Poorly-located TV"
Really wanted to like this place as I need a clean, well-kept and reasonably priced 2star nr LAX w/good parking, comfy bed, free wifi, frig, micro and good TV reception. Thought I'd hit the jackpot when I 1st entered the spacious, seemingly well-appointed room. All was well til I tried the bed which was very "springy" and lacking the firm but well-padded […] support I need. It was so bad I asked for a bedboard but none was available so ended up crammed onto the loveseat for all 3 nites--not comfortable but better than the bed. The new flatscreen TV is a good size but they stuck it to the wall above the 7ft tall wardrobe in between the sleep and "living rm" areas which made it difficult to watch fr either the useless bed or the loveseat. It also had Direct TV vs cable with HUNDREDS of channels and no guide to what was available and what wasn't (no HBO or Showtime that I couold find but LOTS of non-English options). If you don't care abt the bed or the TV, the parking is the best I've found so far in the area and the wifi connection was secure and strong. If they'd replace the beds I'd live with the TV for all the other amenities included in the price but for now I am still lookingfor a better place to stay on a budget on my next trip to LA. Our room was clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke along with our bedding. The computer was broken so we could not check in for our return flight nor print our boarding passes. The continential breakfast was meager. There was cereal, bread for toast and waffle mix available. We chose to eat at McDonalds. The ironing board in our room was broken. The building and reception look very old and trashy but the room is surprisingly nice and big. Everything worked well and I had a nice stay. The breakfast is ok with cereals, waffels and juice. Value Inn is located in the ghetto - you don't want to walk far outside, especially not when it's dark. There are only fastfood restaurants in the neighborhood […] (which explains why every single person on the street is overweight). I took the bus into downtown, which went fine but I saw a lot of weirdlooking people and not a single one spoke English. This hotel is much nicer indoor than outdoor. It's very close to the airport but they do not have a shuttle to take you there. Eventhough I went by cab five o clock in the morning, the traffic was heavy and it took me almost 20 min and cost me $15. I would recommend this hotel if it's only for a night or two and you should stay inside! Lesa meira

THE HOTEL IS NOT IN THE BEST AREA, BUT IT IS NEAR THE AIRPORT AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT. They have automatic movement sensors on all the lights, which keeps the bathroom light and fan on for about 5 min after you leave. This is not a big problem, but is a weird complication when trying to get the room dark for sleeping. It wasn't clear how to turn them off. I found it irritating after a long flight.
