This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

"Comfort and Quiet"
I like this hotel for quick get away! Convent to Foothill Ranch and shopping, movies and places to eat! Hotel beds are so comfortable. Very relaxing! Gym is undoing upgrade and was unavailable.

I selected this hotel for my wife and kids because of: Free parking, Free internet and Free breakfast buffet. Buffet was not included, family was directed to a reasonable breakfast off-site.

Great hotel. The wife and I have stayed here before. Very good price for value. Great breakfast buffet. You can get with your online room for 10$/person, 12.50 if bought there. Still very good! Clean, quiet, and secure.

The service at this hotel was excellent. One person (I think her name was Eileen) was the most helpful person I've ever dealt with at any hotel. The room was clean and large. the location was great for where I was going but was far from LA. If I need to be in this area again I will be staying here.

We had the best experience at this hotel, the front desk was friendly, quick to check us in, and informative about nearby places to dine & directions. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The rooms were spacious and the environment was quiet. Easy access to freeways and nearby shopping and dining. Room service personnel were very quick to respond […] and extremely accomodating. I would definately return again. I think the price of the rooms was very fair. The only thing missing would have been a continental breakfast free of charge. The hotel parking was also great. Stayed at the hotel for business. Was very convenient in regards to all services (check in/out, breakfast, etc.). Was not luxury but exactly what I needed. Loved the free internet too
