room was well-appointed, clean and the staff were friendly, with the easiest check-in and check-out ever. the elevator was out of service during our stay, but otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was fine. I think the room was great. The bed was absolutely terrible. Like sleeping on a beat-out camper mattress. Both my wife and I had a sore back the next day. I mentioned this to the front desk worker on my way out. Truthfully, I feel that there is no way we should have paid $140 for such an awful night's sleep.

The room seems clean until you realized there was water marks on the ceiling and on some of the walls. The large mirror wasnt cleaned properly. The hotel needs to do some quality repairs to avoid the dirty look.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was modern and well kept. Very clean and had great service. Everything you needed was in your room right down to extra blankets and your pool towels. The complementary breakfast was just ok. Other than that great hotel.

I caught a night when the hotel was filled with sport teams, perhaps assign a floor to "normal" guest would help as the hallways were noisy. Staff did keep the noise down however

We stay here generally twice month for medical appts. It's always clean, staff is great, hot breakfast, free wifi. Great location in Bayers Lake! Close to outlets.

We have stayed at the Quality for many years but after this past weekend we will be finding another hotel. I found the hotel to be very loud, they put us on the first floor above the pool which was extremely loud. They allowed kids to run the hallways screeming and yelling until I called and complained, after I mad the call it took about 45 mins for […] them to clear the hallways. Everything was fine; I like the smell of the spa throughout the lobby and the breakfast is excellent. My only complaint was that the hot tub was cold in the morning and the pool seemed colder. The hotel was soooo loud till very late. Running, yelling, talking in the halls, above us and on our floor. Staff told me they were monitoring the floors but their was no improvement. The hotel was fairly clean, except for the pool area, it could have been cleaner. Check in service was good, but check out was rather painfull, the clerk acted like he was sleeping behind the desk!

Swimming pool, waterslide and hot tub areas built for kids not adults; strong chlorine smell throughout building. We only used these areas once at the beginning and did not go back. Have used other hotel waterslides that are open (not enclosed tunnel) and used by both adults and kids. The pool area also was not kept clean and large amounts of water […] pooled on deck. Pool not deep enough to even do aquatic exercises. Very disappointing. Breakfast items did not change at any time during our 6 days; same everything whereas other hotels offering free breakfast change up the items every other day i.e. scrambled or hard boiled eggs; different yougart flavours; muffins, waffels, etc. May be okay for short visits but not the quality or variety used to. Smallest refridgerator ever experienced in numerous hotels both in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Basically unusable. First time to use Quality Inns and will not be going back. Lesa meira

Good, however the room we were initially given was not the room we were given when I had phoned to confirm the room we wanted. It was finally changed to what we had ordered, although at first the staff at the front desk said they could not do that.

Great value for money, easy access to/from airport aned city centre. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. I liked that there were picknick tables and muskoka chairs around the property so you could go outside and read a book.

the hotel is a little far from downtown, by site it appears to be closer but its a 15-20 minute drive. Overall hotel is very nice, waterslide was great for kids. No complaints.

For a newer hotel, there are several issues. Every time you walk into the lobby strong smell of chlorine from swimming pool. Carpet in hallways in bad shape. Large stain on carpet in room. Had to either hold handle down for several seconds when flushing toilet or flush it several times for it to completely flush. "Hot continental breakfast" disappointing. […] Not much choice, only fruit offered was apples, not really a breakfast food. Cereal dispenser broken, had to go looking for cup to scoop cereal out. We stayed here recently during a work trip. The hotel is conveniently located with good access to the freeways and about a 15 minute drive from the harbour. It was ideal for my purposes. My stay was fine. The only negative things were the absence of a fan in the bathroom leaving everything damp after a shower and the fact that the carpet was wet. I assume it had just been cleaned but it was definitely too wet to walk on without shoes.

We found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool; although the hot tub was way too hot i only got 1 foot in and it was extremely hot. The breakfast was really good as well.

I was disapointed when I checked in. I specifically asked Expedia if a pull out couch or a cot would be available for my son to sleep on. Expedia put me on hold and then advised me they checked with the hotel and it would be no problem...Then when I went to check in I was told at the front desk they do not provide that service........grrrrrrr.

We booked the hotel through Expedia and our room backed on the elevators which were very noisy. The hotel didn't appear to be full but it seemed as though we were given that room because we booked and paid a discounted rate. The woman that checked us in was not very friendly and neither of our keys worked. Had to have them reset and she didn't seem […] to care. The pool is nice but is cold and had a ton of chlorine, much more than most pools I've been in. The room itself was okay but the fan was very low even on a low speed. Great hotel for a getaway. Friendly staff at the desk and everything was in order. Hot and cold breakfast buffet makes it popular with the family. Pool and spa are a great way to relax. I was pleasantly welcomed and had a quick and easy check in as it was late at night. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. Arrived at 6:00PM our reservation and room were all ready; staff on duty excellent to deal with. The hotel is new so it is in great condition. Beau séjour, mais je n'ai pas eu la chambre que Hotel.com avait démontrée sur le site. J'avais réservé pour une suite lit queen dans une chambre avec un salon (divan lit) à côté, mais malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de porte à la chambre donc j'aurais du avoir un lit King tel que décrit sur le site.
