Very noisy-kids running up and down the hallways. Awful coffee in the room and at breakfast area.

Please do not use this hotel if you are interested in comfort, breakfast, or working amenities. the breakfast was cold biscuits and cold gravy. The OJ was undrinkable to say the least. The Hot tub was working, you just couldn't turn it off. Same with the jets on the in-room jetted tub. The bed felt like a really thin pad stretched over a bunch of hard […] springs. It was terrrible. we were given the keys to a room that was already occupied. Upgraded to a mini suite were the door didn't seal so any noise just roared in. then there was a B-Day party in the room across the hall.

Facility looks nice ... but ... filthy. Carpet in my first room looked like someone had wipped their behind on it. Bathroom was filthy. Changed rooms and it wasn't much better. I went out for a run as the fitness center is hardly that; a beat up bike and treadmill. The neighborhood around the area looks like it would be nice but is filthy. The hotel was nice, the pool on the other hand needs work. Myself and one other hit our feet on the incline from the deeper end to the shallow end, water temp was ice cold, and the inside edge of the pool was awkward in general.

When we stepped off of the elevator at our third (top) floor location the hall way wreaked of smoke. Thankfully once we got to our rooms we could not notice the smoke...just had to hold our breath each time we walked down the hall. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was too cold but the hot tub was nice. The breakfast each morning was excellent. […] There is a Burger King and a Sonic close by. Also a sports bar located in the next block. Room 210. Bedspread stained and had holes burned into it. Excessive noise from the floor above. Elevator was not climate controlled. I will not use this property again.

SMALL restrooms. You have to turn sideways and slide by the toilet to shut the door to get to the shower. Very awkward setup!! Other than that we were pleased w/ the hotel.

The main reason we picked this hotel was that it was close to friends we were visiting and it had a pool that the kids could swim in that night. We went to the pool and it was soooo cold we couldn't stay in it. We tried to get in and my daughters teeth were chattering. The hot tub had too much chemicals in it. The only thing I can think of is that the carpet looks like it had oil on it or it had been burned in spots. Otherwise the room is very nice and very comfortable. This isn't the first time I have stayed at this Comfort Inn and will stay there again over and over. I just wish the carpet would not have looked soiled or burnt. Thank you.

The only really bad thing that happened during my stay was the alarm clock in my room had not been turned back from daylight savings time. I didn't notice until the next morning after I realized I was up an hour earlier than I needed to be. Otherwise it was as good as I would normally expect. When I made my reservations I was told I would be on first floor with the rest of my grandaughters ball team but when we arrived they stuck us on the third floor clear away from everybody else on the ball team. Our room was disgusting, there wer stains on the bed linen, stains on the walls, and also stains on the floor all over. We had to tell our kids […] to not lie on floor it was so bad. The breakfast they offerd was ok but the biscuts they offerd for biscuts and gravy were hard and had to be warmed in microwave, but overall breakfast was so-so. I will never stay at this place again. I really enjoyed my stay here! Loved how the bathroom had a a good size stink and table and then another sink outside of the bathroom. Way bigger than I thought! Room smelled good and was clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing I didn't like was the fact we couldn't stay longer!

This was a great location for my family within miles of everything we needed to attend. The staff was very nice. We got a call from the front desk asking us if our room was satisfactory. This is a great hotel for the price! Honestly I have stayed 3 separate times and I will tell you to spend the extra ten bucks for the suite! Worth it compared to the standard room! This hotel is in a great area!

Overall stay was fine. The hotel was uncomfortably stuffy and very warm....in the lobby, breakfast area, and hallway while waiting on the elevator. My hairdryer didn't work in the room. But the most important thing was the room felt and looked clean! They had new carpet which was a plus! Plenty of towels were provided as well.

The front desk service was both professional and courtious. The room was very clean and breakfast is what you would expect from a Comfort Inn & Suites. But I usually go to a hotel in this area so my kids can go swimming. The pool area was questionable. The hot tub water appeared green and I never went in it. The kids and I swam in the pool and after […] we were done I hung our swimming suits up in our room to dry over night. The next morning I went into the bathroom to find a horrible smell coming from our swimming suits and it wasn't chlorine. I hand washed them immediately to removed the awful smell. We'll it was cheap enough but. ....we had a spider in our room..looked like somebody had previously thrown up on the floor...the pool was freezing cold and had to be the worst shower of my life.....the front desk Guy was nice enough but made us come get our own towels because he was the only one there....wouldn't recommend this one...

We arrived at the hotel at 11am. I asked if I could check in but was told I could not because the room was not ready. I understood this because most hotel checkout times are at 12pm. I ran some errands with my traveling companions and came back at around 11:30am and told the man at the front counter to just let me know when the room would be ready. […] I then proceeded to wait another HOUR for our room. I told the man who checked us in that we only needed to place our things in the room and we would be leaving as we had somewhere to be at 1pm and he still refused. This situation was handled very poorly as when I came early you would THINK that getting my room ready would be a priority as I was ready to pay but not only was I forced to wait around in the lobby after driving a long distance but I didn't even receive an apology. After checking into our room and being an hour late to our engagement we spent the entire day out not even returning to the hotel until 2:00am to sleep then leave the next day. At 11am sharp we had a knock on our door telling us we needed to vacate the room or we were going to be charged another 24 dollars. We checked out at 11:30am after being rushed and still received no apology after a complaint was made. This hotel was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, Management shows little care in customer satisfaction and only cares about moving the guests in and out like cattle. They do have cookies upon arrival and the staff was friendly. This is an older hotel and it just felt dirty. There were a lot of elderly staying here, which was great because there were no loud teenagers running through the halls, but you are right next to a weight scale.
