Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa – Teton Village

Beautiful facility in an amazing place. We purposely went in the off season when it was nice and quiet, but if you go during the off season, realize many shops and restaurants in the Teton Village may be closed. Short drive into town though.

Beautiful property, unfortunately we were there in the off season, the restaurant was closed as were many in Jackson. Room was great, my only issue was charging $15 for the buffet breakfast that was the same as every Best Western we stayed in during our trip that included breakfast with the room charge.

Other than the fire alarm going off twice, and the housekeeping staff taking away a coffee cup, leaving their walkie talkie that kept making noises in the middle of the night and knocking at 8:30 in the morning because we forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door twice, it was a great stay. We had to chuckle about all of the above since we were […] so ready to relax and do nothing. Marco upgraded us to a corner suite - it was a milestone birthday for my husband (thank you so much) and recommended a great restaurant with two for one specials (Osteria - fabulous food). Off season is a great time to visit except that the spa was closed for remodeling (the cause of the alarms going off). I'd go back to Jackson, and would stay here any time. Hotel was great, view was great. I had to turn the refrigerator off because it made too much noise. Staff was nice, and very helpful.

Everything about Teton Mountain Lodge is enjoyable - the rustic ski resort style architecture, the roaring fires in the lobby, the beautiful rooms with full kitchens and excellent wood and stone work throughout. It embodies everything I appreciate about mountain villages, and the attention to detail is really inspiring. However, there was one thing […] that prevented me from giving this a 5 star review - the bed! We got a room with a murphy bed, and that bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up having to sleep on the couch to get any kind of sleep. The mattress was thin, lumpy and the springs were loud - you couldn't move an inch without disturbing your partner. While I understand why they put a murphy bed in the room, I would have far preferred a normal, fixed bed at the expense of less living room space. At any rate, I still give the Teton Mountain Lodge very good marks and I hope to be back one day, just in a different type of room. Lesa meira

Excellent! We were upgraded at check in which is always a nice surprise. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. Will stay here again! Don't get suckered for the 15$ breakfast though!!

Excellent hotel. Teton village is very nice. The two days were a welcome relief after traveling through Yellowstone for 3 days. There is a tram within the village( you can walk to everything) that takes you to around 10, 400 feet. Excellent view. My wife said the SPA was excellent( but a little pricy). We stayed here one night. It is in a great location, good food & drink choices. The staff was above and beyond. We plugged in a few too many things and tripped a breaker...one call and exactly 2 minutes later it was fixed. Then we happened to stop up the toilet...fixed fast also. Excellent customer service. We checked in pretty late and the guy at the […] front desk was very friendly and helpful. Now for the hotel....nicer than expected...my wife was happy. Bed was comfortable and the room was 'cute' as my wife put it. AC worked well and was quiet. The area felt safe and we comfortably walked a few blocks away for pizza/beers. Highly recommended. Everyone was so pleasant at this hotel. We needed help with dinner reservations for the top of the mountain on the tram and they scheduled it. They also told us of the shortcut to get to Yellowstone through the town of moose.

It was a quick, but pleasant, stay. The original room we had, 124, was nice, but we were surprised that the bed was a pull-down with a sub-par mattress. It worked out okay because the refrigerator was so noisy that we moved to room 119. Unless I decide to learn to ski, we likely won't be back.

If you are looking for a great place with lots of activities close to the national parks this is the spot for you. Great rooms for a family of four. Very clean and modern. Great restuarants nearby.

Excellent stay, beautiful accomodations at the base of the resort. Far from yellowstone if your interested in going there I would stay more North of Jackson.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was so nice to come back to after an active day in the outdoors.

The room was perfect!!!!!!! We stayed for a whole week and the setup was absolutely perfect for the extended stay. In addition, the staff was incredible and attentive. Highly recommend staying here. One downside was the bed......... not very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel! Location was fantastic! Teton Village was adorable. Close to Jackson Hole. Kids loved the rodeo. Teton National Park was 15 minute drive. Saw Moose everyday on Moose Wilson Rd. Yellowstone National Park was about an hour away. Our 2 bedroom 2 story loft was fantastic. Small but gorgeous kitchen. Kids loved their loft room w/ their own […] bathroom and spiral staircase! We have a large family... 5 kids. We selected bi-level 2 bedroom as an alternative to 2 single rooms. Plenty of space. Loft had 2 singles. Master had queen plus queen sleeper sofa. Living Room had 2 sleeper sofas. Cleaning service superb. Each day room was cleaned to the level it was on arrival. Kitchen was nice but perhaps not equipped for large groups […] or meals. 3 pans. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Hotel and staff met all our needs. The restaurant should offer breakfast on the patio as it is a prime location and would be an amazing start to the day.

This was our second stay at Grand Teton Lodge and Spa in 3 years, and we would love to go back again in the near future if we can ! Everything about it is perfect... Especially the outdoor Hot-Tub on the 4th floor !!

Pleasant, neat, clean & comfortable hotel for our family vacation. Love the Teton Village location with all the amenities it had to offer. The only comment about the room is that it was small in size than I expected at this price point. Overall good stay and experience.

The room was beautiful, EXCEPT....the one thing you need a hotel for is for the bed...we had a Murphy (pull-out)bed - it was so hard & so uncomfortable. We had to move furniture to access the bed. Once in bed - the person on the "window" side had to climb over the other person to get out of bed! It was very inconvenient & we slept horribly!! The amenities were first rate (high end toiletries available). The bath was amazing with a two person jetted tub. The spa was nice and I had a great massage. Two options for enjoying and relaxing in the sun (the pool deck or the rooftop hot tub deck). Katrina the concierge did an amazing job arranging wildlife safari tours for us. The only challenge […] we had was getting our room clean. It wasn't dirty but two of three nights stay housekeeping didn't make it to the room before we came back (late in the afternoon or early evening). This place is absolutely great. Staff was wonderful, especially front desk manager Janelle. Food in restaurant was excellent, as was the service. We paid a lot, even on special, but the quality, location, decor and roominess were incredible. We got the suite with the two room loft and master down on main level, it was awesome. The Teton Lodge is awesome, very nice and up scale rooms, the hot tub on the top is very nice. The Teton Village is a short drive to Jackson Hole. There are nice bike trails along the Tetons and bike rental at the Village. Enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful location. Longer drive into Jackson than I thought. However, the drive is scenic with the occasional elk sightings. Overall, I would highly recommend this lodge anytime.

We liked the small town comfort of the hotel and surrounding area. Price was a bit much for us, but thought we'd give it a try. Restaurants in the area are limited---especially if you just want a quick, inexpensive bit to eat after traveling the whole day. This was absolutely the best and prettiest hotel we had ever stayed in. The room was perfect, the staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant was top notch, and our two-day stay there couldn't have been any better. We were quite delighted!

Clean nice rooms with kitchen, bed kinda uncomfortable really close to Teton national park but far from Jackson. Enjoyed hotel rooftop hot tub was great but we were pretty sure there was seaman in there so we exited before we would have liked to.

The hotel was very nice - nice amenities and conveniently located near restaurants, shops and other attractions (tram to Rendesvous Peak). A very comfortable room - a nice bed and lovely jacuzzi. I would prefer the option of HD channels and a bigger screen, however, I imagine most folks don't spend a whole lot of time in their rooms. It would also be […] ideal to have brighter lighting in the bathroom for us girls who do makeup - I recommend bringing your own lighted mirror if you're picky. The pools and hot tubs were excellent - great views! The rooftop spa was very pretty as well but not ideal for those with young kids since it is only for 18 and older (which does make is a very peaceful spa!). Me and my boys enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well- good cooking! One last thing - the parking lot was gravel - so not too convenient for rolling in your luggage - but they do have a valet service. Generally a nice place to stay. Friendly staff and an interesting mix of modern and rustic wood design in the lobby. Clean room except for bird droppings at eye level on the inside of one of the window screens, since it was not well-secured to the window frame. Satellite TV not high-definition. Lumpy and uneven pillow top beds.
