This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

"Nice Hotel"
Great room. Early check-in was easy to do. Parking was a little challenging at night but possible. I recommend the hotel to visitors in the area. I booked the hotel because of the jacuzzi feature. It was very relaxing.

twice have gotten less of a room than listed in the description that I paid for.
I had an emergency on the day of my reservation. No managers were working on a Saturday, I had to wait till Monday to find out I would not be refunded for my reservation the Saturday before. Don't expect help on the weekends or past 5:00 PM during thr week since no managers work.

"Peaceful serenity in the middle of a city"
This hotel has alot of special touches that make it very peaceful. Beautiful water features, very friendly front desk workers and an immaculate room were several of the pleasant surprises of this hotel. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day!

"Average"
We stayed there for 1 night because we couldn't find any other place near Disneyland for the end of 2011 night. Overall was not bad but far from Disney and also even we had booked for a room with 2 beds and paid higher than average rate but received one bed room and were told no 2 bed room was available at the time. "Holiday inn"
Not a plesant stay, no parking for my car, their car lot was extremely small I had to park on the ST. Also my non smoking room stunk like smoke!!! Heater didn't work properly... Overall the stay was not worth the money I spend

"sporty and sexy"
this was a great stay for me! great staff and clean rooms! loved the fact that they offer bath and body works products in bath. Also loved the pillows, and the bed was to die for. the only thing that they need to incorporate is a complimentary breakfast... nothing fancy just some tea coffee. and fruit, oatmeal.. stuff like that.. there is really no […] where to eat but in and out. "Pleasant stay at the Fullerton Holiday Inn"
Check-in was fast and easy and the staff was very courteous. The interior of the room was clean, however the outside of the window was dirty. The airconditioning unit was noisy when running and had a difficult time maintaining the set temperature. The location is very convenient with easy freeway access. Overall, the hotel was very clean. We stayed here to be close to Disneyland (and for the Jacuzzi) and had a great time. I brought my laptop so I could use the free wireless internet to watch movies to keep myself from being bored of the usual 3 or 4 television channels hotels normally have but didn't need it because the hotel had Direct TV! This was the first time I have ever had that […] many channels to watch in a hotel...not to mention having a Jacuzzi to relax in while we watched it. The only complaints I do have is that the Jacuzzi itself was chipping near the drain and the jets were pretty dirty. The room smelled like a dirty mop, but we figured it was from having a jacuzzi in the room and the air conditioner not filtering properly. Other than that, it was awesome and clean. I did not hear any noise from the neighbors at all, which is great and the bed was clean and comfortable. We will definately stay here again. Lesa meira

the Jacuzzi in the room was awesome! it was spacious and comfy...I would still recommend scrubbing them out before use just as a precaution :) the bar was small and nice but priced steeply there was not much for sit down dining nearby. the ac kicked butt and room had a pool view and our stay was overall nice!

Convenient to CSU Fullerton sporting event. Too convenient to freeway: 2nd floor deck sounds like offramp. Still pleasant, sunny with tiny pool. Lobby and lounge are spotless. Parking easy. Rooms comfortable. Lots of dining options within footsteps of hotel.

It was my birthday and I recently donated a Kidney to a young girl. Lots of reasons to CELEBRATE. I do the Walk Run Donate Life at Cal State Fullerton Every Year. But this year decided to stay the night before .So anyways I was a Donor and invited my Sister and We had the best Time The food was outstanding at the Holiday Inn and our friends came over […] from the Marriot down the street and we had a great time. The only thing was we went to the Marriot to use the Jacuzzi....But their rooms were NOTHING compared to Ours!!!!!!!!Thanks again......Next year Im getting a room with a Jacuzzi..........:)) Patty Lesa meira
"Good for the price, not great though"
Room was nice and had Direct TV which was great. The hot tub had some type of soapy residue and took about 30+ minutes to fill. There was also a weird ticking count coming from the wall that i didn't notice until i was trying to fall asleep. Not to distracting to stop me from sleeping but just annoying.

"Holiday Inn at Placentia"
Spotless room, floorplan, jacuzzi, TV, etc. Room smelled great, sorry not to say the same when getting out of the elevator. I got a package with food and beverage credit, but due to the date. Dec 24th the restaurant was closed when we went down for dinner and by the following morning we were told it was closed after breakfast, we were trying to eat […] some lunch at check out, so I could not use my credit. "Would absolutely stay again"
The room and hotel were awesome. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Room was very spacious. Service in restaurant was very under par however the food was awesome. We will absolutely be back.

This is a nice location for business travellers, with nice large rooms, big bathrooms and very good beds. This is a regular for my stays in the area.

"Not bad, but..."
We had a king bed, jacuzzi suite and the room looked great. There was more than enought room for the two of us. One problem, though - the room kind of smelled like BO when we walked in. We cranked up the air when we went out for the night and that did the trick, but it was not a good first impression when we walked into the room.

My wife and I spent the night at this Holiday Inn after a wedding. The room was stuffy and the air conditioning unit did not work well.

"Sweet Escape"
My husband and I are from Fullerton. We stayed to celebrate his birthday and this hotel has everything I spend 5 hours in a car driving to Vegas to get. Great pillows, linens, jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, good happy hour, great breakfast, free coffee in the morning and a good gym. I drive past this hotel everyday on my way to work and can't wait to check […] in again. Almost don't want to tell anyone how wonderful this place is and keep it as my sweet little escape for myself. "Loved our stay!"
The room was lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub being in the room open to the bathroom and bedroom. You could even watch the flat panel tv from the hot tub if you wanted! The breakfast in the hotel resturant was excellent and we didn't get a chance to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was very inviting for a smaller hotel. Overall we would love to […] stay there again but longer next time! It's a little further away from shopping but if you have a car it's easy to find the big shopping centers and resturants nearby. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The best thing was being able to use the in room jacuzzi that is right next to the bed. There is also a great in room living room that is separate from the bed that makes it great for dining. There isn't a big selection from the in room dining and it was kind of expensive. "A Very Nice Holiday Inn"
A great hotel in this price range. The room was spacious and clean. Even though it is right by a freeway, the room was quiet. We had breakfast downstairs both mornings and it was good. I would stay there again.

Many good things about this hotel, but I was really looking forward to the jacuzzi tub, but discovered too late that it had not been properly cleaned. That made me nervous as to what else might not have been thoroughly cleaned.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms are outstanding! Onsite Wifi, Restaurant, Sports Bar all great. Small strip mall across parking lot with Chinese, Thai food and Pharmacy.
