"Overall Good-Some Minor Issues"
Hotel Attendant was very friendly. The lobby looked nice. We did, however, verify at booking with Hotels.com, that the pool and jacuzzi would be up and running. I chose it because it had an indoor pool and jacuzzi. But when we arrived, we found out the pool would not be in service during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedroom was […] lovely. In the bathroom, there was hair around the tub that hadn't been swept up, and the old coffee filter was still in coffee pot from the previous guests, and also, the coffee pot did not work in the morning. When we checked in we were moved to another room, the bathtub had a very slow drain. Left for the day and came back our room keys didn't work - someone forgot to put the change in the computer and it was registered as a no show which meant our room was not made up either. I won't be staying at that motel ever again. Their maid service for the rooms is barely adequent, and I had to complain about the service when I was there. There are so many other hotels and motels to choose from, and I guess you get what you pay for. This room was cheaper than all the rest, but the service was cheaper.
"Comfy Bed"
What I enjoyed the most was the comfortable bed and pillows. I have started to bring my own pillow to hotels and it wasn't necessary - the bed was perfect. My only point of concern is the front desk seemed to have an incorrect credit card on my reservation, which I don't understand, since I'd received a confirmation that the charge went through on my […] credit card. The card they had is not even one of my cards. I hope the charge ends up being correct and some unknowing person doesn't receive a charge as well! Lesa meira
