Ég gisti á Josefshof hótelinu í 4 nætur, þjónustn var góð og herbergisþjónustan var alveg til fyrirmyndar. Hótelið gamalt en snyrtilegt og hafði ákveðin sjarma. Nálægt við miðbæinn og stutt í allar almenningssamgöngur. Það besta við hótelið var veitingastaður/bar í næstu götu að nafni 28Bar í Schlosselgasse 28. Þar voru ristaðar samlokur í boði á góðu verði og án vafa þær bestu sem ég hef smakkað. Best er að skola matnum niður með bjór Vínarbúa, Ottakringer.

Great location and extremely friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile and gave helpful suggestions on places to see in Vienna. However, the room was somewhat uncomfortable -- the advertised AC was on, but it did nothing to cool down the room. Woke up very warm each morning. Apart from that, an excellent hotel.

The hotel is very central.,close to everything. But above all the staff is incredible, very helpful and friendly - always going the extra mile. Combine the location, staff and price and you have an unbeatable combination.

A short walk from Landstrasse Station and the efficient CAT Airport Shuttle means that you can be in your room within an 30 minutes of leaving the airport. Really well located. Walked into hotel 30 minutes after leaving airport by CAT. Only a short walk away from many of Vienna's attractions and just across the road from Stadtpark underground station. Hotel staff very willing to help at any time.

the rooms by european standards are large,clean and comfortable.the location is ideal for easy access to all the major sites,easy walking distance.the staff are very helpfull,informative and welcoming,they even went to the extent of posting my postcards.look i cant stress how good this hotel is.do yourself a farvor,stay there.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and they always had a smile. The staff went out of their way to help us with transports, lost luggage, directions, tours and anything else we needed. It was nice to have a breakfast that included fresh fruit that consisted of more than just melon. The peaches, pears, bananas, […] etc. were great to just grab and eat, and were extremely fresh. The hotel is within walking distance of a lovely park and tourist attractions, as well as some very good restaurants. I would stay in this hotel again and recommend it highly. Lesa meira
"Great hotel and great location!"
Expansive rooms and attentive staff. Close to everything with the only downfall being an hourly charge for internet. The local McDonalds is only a five minute walk however and they have free internet :) Stayed here 3 nights and would definitely stay here again. Expensive breakfast buffet though so didn't even try it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent accommodation for my needs, and convenient quiet location close to public transport, restaurants and green space.

The outside doesn't look like much, but we were amazed by the size of our suite once we got inside! Huge living room, minibar with microwave, large bedroom, two TVs, and a beautiful bathroom. Very pleasant! The minibar was VERY cheap too. The wireless was my only compliment. It cost 18 euros for 6 hours (not continuous) but most of those 6 hours was […] waiting websites to load...it would take 5-10 minutes to load one website. Breakfast was 15 euros, was way too expensive. However, the rooms were really nice and big. Location was a short 10 minute walk to old town area, so that was nice. Lesa meira

I really enjoyed the service provided by the staff and the unique modern style the room offered. Location was great. 5 minutes by foot to the Stadtpark U-Bahn Metro station and minutes away from Stefansplatz! I would definitely stay here again when in Vienna!

The hotel is at a great location, just across the street from the subway station which is also the entrance of the great park, Stadtpark. The front desk is very kind and friendly. The room is bigger than we expected. It is nice and clean. I strongly recommend it.

This hotel was within a 10 minute walk of the centre of Vienna. It is also less than a 10 minute walk from the train station for the airport. The hotel could not be described as "plush" and its exterior and foyer are quite basic in terms of decoration. The Hotel Starlight Suiten am Heumarkt is close to Stadpark and only about a 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre Mall. The room we had was facing a side street and was very quiet also you could open the windows for fresh air. The rooms are exceptionally large for a hotel. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was helpful and the room was clean, very large and provided a microwave, which was an added bonus. There was also a complimentary breakfast. The metro stop was less than a block away and the hotel was right next to a large park which was great to lounge in. This hotel was wonderful. The room was very large and well organized. The bathroom was large and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We arrived very early in the morning and they had our room all ready for us. I would definitely stay here again. Very easy walking distance to Stephansdom, Hofburg, Demel, Museums... Quiet at night! Glad we didn't stay inside the ring! U-Bahn to Schonbrunn just across the street at the Stadtpark. Take a taxi from Sudbahnhof unless you are used to the public transportation. Food store out the front door and up the steps if you don't want to spend money at a restaurant. […] Hotel's breakfast good but expensive. Carpet in room had stains, but other than that was very clean, cool and quiet. Housekeeping replaced towels each day. "Svært bra value"
Enkelt hotell, men med svært bra utbytte for en billig pris & sentral belliggenhet. Hotellet har gamle farger (tidl 80tall), men nye bad, og dblt-rommene er suiter med 2 rom, nesten 50m2...masse plass. Svært hyggelig og hjelpsomme ansatte, gode i engelsk. Bra treningsrom og sauna i kjelleren for de som liker det. Stedet anbefales!!

J'ai adoré l'hôtel, seul point négatif, l'enseigne de l'hôtel n'est pas dans la rue principale... On a un peu galeré pour le trouver... Sinon, j'y retournerai volontiers!! ;)))

Отель хороший, находится рядом с городским парком, вблизи от всех исторических мест. В отеле не завтракали т.к. можно покушать утром и подешевле, парковка тоже есть в соседнем отеле, но тоже дорого (хотя в Австрии везде парковки дорогие).

Этот отель имеет фантастически удобное расположение - одна остановка на метро от поезда в аэропорт, пешеходная досягаемость до Оперы и, следовательно, до Ринг Штрассе, а, значит и до всех основных достопримечательностей, от музейного квартала до старого города с собором св. Штефана. В то же время, отель расположен в весьма тихом месте, а если ваши окна […] оказались во внутренней дворик, то тишина вам обеспечена в течение всех суток. В непосредственной близости от отеля находится супермаркет и несколько отличных ресторанов. Мы останавливались в номере с одной спальней и гостиной, весьма просторном. В последствии к нам приехала дочка и мы для ней брали передвижную кровать за 30 евро в сутки. Очень удобно. В гостинице есть сауна и тренажёрный зал с массажным креслом. Персонал отеля дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Настоятельно рекомендую этот отель для семейного пребывания в Венею Lesa meira
"Fast perfekt"
Sehr geräumige Suiten, auch das Bad sehr sauber. Leider riechen die Vorhänge und der Spannteppich etwas muffig. Überraschend ruhige Lage, zumindest im Dachgeschoß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel Starlight gerne und ausdrücklich weiterempfehlen!

waren der Grund unseres Aufenthalts und das Hotel bietet sich auf Grund des Gesampakets (Preis/Leistung/Lokation) absolut an. Die Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und es gab keinen Grund zu einer Beanstandung..also eine Empfehlung wert..!

"...wenn hotel sterne gerne mal verschwinden !"
starlight suiten hotel hat höchtens 3 sterne verdient aber das personal war wenigstens sehr nett. das zimmer hat nach staub gerochen, zu warm und nicht richtig sauber. badezimmer nur oberflächlich geputzt, mit fremden haaren in der badewanne und auf dem boden!!! keine badeschue, kein bademantel nur auf nachfrage und auch dann "leider sind die badeschue […] aus, wir warten auf die bestellung"...also ab in die sauna in den stiefeln ! das fenster im schlafzimmer war undicht dadurch kalt ! dank sehr netter managerin des hotels, die total überrascht sofort reagiert hat, alles aufgeschrieben hat und sich herzlichst entschuldigt hat, haben wir das ganze geld im bar zurück bekommen. Dieses Hotel hat ein hervorragendes Preisleistungsverhältnis und ist deshalb unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ich werde sicher wiederkommen. Von mir bekommt es mindestens Note 9
La suite était très grande et confortable. L'hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre, à côté du Konzerthaus et du Stadtpart. Personnel très aimable. Le petit déjêuner continental servi dans la chambre était acceptable (bon pain, mais sachets de thé de supermarché).

Sehr gute Innenstadtlage, große und ruhige Suite, alles da, was man will und braucht - und das alles zu einem unglaublichen Preis! Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Werden dieses Haus auf alle Fälle wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
