Herbergi:
Á herbergjum eru svalir með haf útsýni. Á Live Aqua All Inclusive Adults Only eru 371 herbergi með loftkælingu, í þeim eru græjur fyrir iPod og geislaspilarar. Á rúmum eru: rúmföt úr egypskri bómull, þrjú lök í rúmi og dúnsængur. Gestir geta notað ókeypis háhraðanettengingu, þráðlausa eða um snúru, í herbergjum.
Í herbergjum eru flatskjársjónvörp með úrvalskapal-/gervihnattarásum; kvikmyndastöðvar án endurgjalds og DVD-spilurum. Í baðherbergjum eru sér baðkör og sturtur með djúp baðkör og lausum sturtuhausum. Í baðherbergjum eru einnig baðvogir, baðsloppar og snyrtivörur frá þekktum framleiðendum.
Á öllum herbergjum eru míníbarir, espressokaffivél og kaffivél/te. Til viðbótar eru í boði öryggishólf (nógu stór fyrir fartölvur) og leikjatölvum. Kvöldfrágangur er í boði á hverju kvöldi og einnig er boðið upp á þrif daglega.

Gistum á tveimur hótelum, viku í senn í Cancun frá 1NOV-13NOV. Vorum á Riu Caribe frá 6NOV-13NOV og það var hrein paradís eins og fyrirsögnin gefur til kynna. Þetta er "all-inclusive" hótel og maturinn var mjög góður og kokteilar flæðandi um allt og þjónustufólkið ekkert nema brosið allan tíman. Sérstaklega verður að geta "entertainment" starfsfólksins sem sér um uppákomur á hótelinu og voru þau stanslaust að og sáu til þess að sem allra flestir tóku þátt og voru mjög góð að skapa skemmtilega stemmningu í kringum sundlaugarbakkan. Um nokkra veitingastaði var að ræða og var morgunmaturinn á Albatros vel útilátinn og gnægð þjóna til að sjá til þess að aldrei vantaði vökva í nein glös.

This is a small and relaxing hotel located on the beach i brought my family and it was fantastic.

Staðurinn, sem er ferðamannastaður, er á heildarverði. The hotel is beautiful and food is decent but the service at the pool and restaurants is lacking. Although the service people were friendly - they just were under staffed. Next time I will go back to Le Blanc instead of Live Aqua

"Great for rest and relaxation!"
My wife and I are nomads and travel on business constantly . . . we really needed some rest and relaxation. This "all adult" and "all inclusive" resort hotel was perfect for us! The food, accomodation and service were all excellent . . . everything was so "care free"! The only issue was that the red flags were always up on the beach and she couldn't […] swim in the ocean; however, there are other beaches with calmer waters nearby. "Fantastic Deal and Fantastic Accomodations"
Just got back from a one week stay at Live Aqua where we had booked a great deal with Hotels.com. Traveling for the holidays with my family, we enjoyed luxury, comfort, and excellent service in an all adult setting. At first I was hesitant to book this stay because the hotel is all inclusive but I truly felt that I was relaxing, eating, and drinking […] in a special atmosphere. We booked 2 Aqua suites which included access to the club floor, cabanas, and 20 minute foot massages daily. The service to customer ratio was 3 to 1 and you could feel it in the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. We never encountered any impolite or even distracted staff members. The spa was also very good. I often stay in hotels such as the Ritz Carlton or better. This hotel was an excellent value and equal in hospitality. Many of the staff went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests. Those staff members at the pool/beach include Alejandro who managed to secure our cabanas and massages each day, and Gerardo, and Filipe who gave us excellent service. Fernando the pool/beach/bar manager was always on hand to check in on the status of our comfort with a friendly hello. Seriously, these folks do their job extremely well! Lesa meira
"Overbooked, and underperforming."
We arrived and had booked a Viento suite, they stated they were "sold out" and could not accommodate our reservation. They put us in a regular King room, and would not let us discuss the issue with a manager, insisting that she was too busy. The pool and wait staff were wonderful though. "Relaxation is the Key Word"
If you want to relax and unwind this is the place for you. The spa is world class. The hotel and surrouunding area is beautiful. I was there for 8 days all inclusive. The food can get to be redundant. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. If you want night life you need to leave the hotel. The TV does not offer a lot of variety in English so bring some […] books. "Surpassed Expectations"
The entire staff is extremely helpful and willing to make your stay better. The resort was clean, modern with a comfortable feel. The bar has top shelf liquor that you would not find at other all inclusive style places. The food wasn't bad either. There were menus to choose from ( not the typical buffets all the time) and very interesting pairings. […] A lot of extras included as well ( yoga, salsa lessons, ect). We were there during a storm and the management and staff did everything in their power to accommodate us and make us comfortable. It was a great experience and I will go back! Lesa meira
"Fantastic couples resort"
We spent 4 days at Live Aqua for our honeymoon. The hotel is understated and elegant with excellent, but not "in your face" service. This is mostly couples only with a friendly atmosphere, but they are there to relax with their loved one and stay to themselves in a highly soothing environment. The food is excellent, particularly the breakfasts at Siete, […] and there is a nice espresso bar with great cookies and pastries. The views from the rooms are stunning. The pool area is beautiful with nice views of the ocean, especially from the infinity pool. The beach is a few steps from the pool area which allows easy come-and-go between both areas. During one of the dinners at Ozur on the beach, we released baby tortoises into the ocean which was a lot of fun. Overall a wonderful hotel in a great location. Highly recommended. Lesa meira

A fantastic resort, food was delicious, staff was friendly, great spa and gym (great trainer Fernando). The view from my room was fantastic, idealic, the bast part is that I had to leave.....

"Mind BLOWING!!!"
I have traveled far and wide and this is the BEST, most POSH, most UPSCALE resort I have ever seen. And I don't mean POSH in the ultra-glamorous, abnoxious kind of way. I mean it in the most elegant, perfectly romantic, and satisfying way. I don't want to spoil the numerous small details that are there to surprise you and overdeliver on the promise […] of exceptional experience. Food is the best. The bartender Raul in the lower level bar is a master of his craft - the most sophisticated mixologist I've ever met. Pools are mind boggling and the beach is great. "about hotel"
There are no laundry facilities for self use. Breakfast are is in a corner not open ocean view like others. The Mb restaurant has great food and even pool rest is pretty good. Room service food needed more variety. Does have a pool table by bar inside. Nice gym (free). Nice relaxing hotel. Staff very helpful.

"Et fantastisk hotell kun for voksne!"
Første gang på all inclusive hotell og det innfridde forventningene. Nydelig mat og drikke når du ønsket. Så kun et tilfelle av beruselse. Det eneste negative med hotellet var at dørene på hotellrommet ikke var isolerte, så vi hørte støy fra korridoren.

Live Aqua имеет действительно хорошее месторасположение. Рядом находятся 2 крупных торговых центра с ресторанами и развлечениями. Отель новый. Номера хорошо оборудованы. Пляж супер! Волны, конечно, есть, но купаться вполне возможно. Немного не дотягивает до общей планки обслуживание. Отель работает по системе все включено.
