"B & B Rates a B-"
On the positive side, this B & B was the most reasonably priced. However, there were not many amenities. I know we were in VT, but when we arrived, the parking area was a sheet of ice. It remained that way our entire stay. This B & B was decorated in what I call "Early American Yard Sale". I know that guests can be hard on things, but just about everything […] was well used. Dont expect much in the way of breakfast. The owners must be vegetarians because there was no meat at breakfast. In keeping with the French theme, there were croissants with home-made jam. It skeeved me a little because all the guests dipped into the same container and I was served a raspberry jelly that didn't even have a teaspoon left in it. I also observed that the croissant I did not eat, was put back in the bag in the kitchen. The hotel chains that have free continental breakfast offered more. My room was sort of "cozy". If you sat on the toilet you could look straight out to the main road which was noisy at night. The innkeepers were nice enough but seemed to cater to the regulars. They also had a very nice dog and a sweet cat. If you have allergies to animal dander, you might want to think twice about this place. Lesa meira
"WOW- Absolutely Perfect"
I dont even know where to begin. This place was great- quaint and clean- nothing too fancy but everything you need for a great stay. The innkeepers are super personel- make you feel like you are staying with family. They offered daily advice on where to go, how to get there, and what to do. Even provided rides into town when needed. The breakfast was […] homemade with care and everything was excellent. All for the best price in town. Don't even look elsewhere as this is it. "Auberge de Stowe B&B"
Delightful and most heplful hosts. Rather basic rooms but quite comfortable. The jacuzzi is a real treat.
The owners couldn't have been nicer...very friendly, accomodating; felt like home. The breakfast each morning was the best. I would definitely stay there again
The breakfast was simple but very good. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very affordable, good location. I highly recommend it. En plus, la propriétaire parle français!
