Hotel location is perfect, close to Plaza Mayor, restaurants and shops all in few minute walking distances. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location and very friendly staff. Shower was good but the only negative side was the bed, it could be more comfortable.

"Best price for Quality"
Madrid's expensive, and unless you want to share a room with a bunch of other travelers, or stay in a questionable flea-bag hotel or apartment, then getting out of the center is key. Sure, it's a bit inconvenient, you have to walk 10 minutes to the metro (bus stop across street from hotel entrance) but it's comfortable, there's free wifi and it's not […] a bad price. There are many restaurant options around the neighborhood, including an Irish pub, Chinese, Brazilian, and a good handful of traditional Spanish cafes and restaurants. So, if you're not going to dance the night away in downtown Madrid, then staying here is a great option. Lesa meira

"A quick escape!"
I only booked this hotel because I had stayed in hostels in Sevilla and Granada and determined they weren't for me. I was in a rush and this one seemed to be satisfactory. The hotel was very nice. The room was clean. Weird that there were hard wood floors and that the shower had a half door but maybe that's a Spain thing. The staff was nice. It seems […] to be more of a business persons hotel. Even if it is, it would have been nice to have tea or coffee in the room. Nice selection of television channels. The worse part is the location. You have to walk about 10 minutes (partly uphill) to get to the closest Metro station. It is close to the airport but if you're not taking a taxi it doesn't really mean anything. You have to trek to the metro station and then transfer about 2 times to get to the right train. If you have a car or the money to hire a taxi all the time, this place is for you. Otherwise, find somewhere better. This is not a tourist hotel! Lesa meira
"Good hotel for the price in Madrid"
Hotel was nice. It's what you would expect for a four star, although doesn't compare to a five star. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Bathroom is spacious and nice. Free wifi is a huge plus. Very good for business travelers. The location wasn't that great. It was in a business area with nothing much going on. But that's what I was looking for because […] I just locked myself in my hotel room for 3 days to finish writing some papers. More suited for business travelers, but I would say that it isn't bad for tourist considering the price and also since the metro is just a 10 minute walk away The staff was friendly. Their English was good. One complaint is that the breakfast was too expensive. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel... Lesa meira

prisen er rimligt: god oplevelse, lægger måske lidt langt fra metro st. Men saa har i osse tættere på til hjemrejs:-) 10-12 euro fra lufthavnen hvis i ringer efter en taxi fra hotellet.

es mi segunda visita a este hotel y pienso repetir de nuevo si se presenta la ocasion. la habitacion es amplia,luminosa,la cama enorme y el cuarto de baño limpio y no hacia frio!

El Hotel es muy cómodo y muy confortable, a diez minutos a pie del metro de suances que conecta directamente con el centro. Su aspecto parece que es de nueva creación y las habitaciones muy bien. Pero hay ciertos aspectos que se descuidan, como por ejemplo no tener a disposición de los clientes información sobre servicio de alquiler de coches, no reponer […] los utensilios de baño al arreglar la habitación cuando se han consumido y servir una salsa de pasta que olía a quemada desde que salía de la cocina. Trato excepcional. Muy cómodo. Fácil de aparcar. Buen wifi gratuito. Un poco alejado del centro, pero merece la pena. Ideal para viajes de trabajo

El servicio muy eficiente (no tardamos más de 2 minutos en el check-in ni en el check-out), pero nos encontramos basura en la papelera y oíamos perfectamente a las parejas de las habitaciones cercanas... Las instalaciones están bien, con una gran cama de matrimonio, pero el baño empieza a necesitar una reforma. Muy lejos del centro, en una zona industrial. […] También es verdad que el precio era bueno, pero al final te gastas en gasolina la diferencia de reservar uno en el centro de similares características. Lesa meira

Algunos tips: Taxi al centro entre 15 y 20 euros. Al aeropuerto 15 euros. Se encuetra a 6 cuadras del metro. Es más que un 4*.

"BAÑO"
vale que sea una oferta de internet......pero un hotel de 4 estrellas debería tener como ammenities de baño al menos un gel por persona. lo único que había en el baño era un mini gel, un mini shampoo y un jaboncito..........al menos uno por persona

A 15min andando de la boca del metro de suanzes,habitaciones ampliasy limpias, hotel nuevo y trato correcto.Calidad precio lo mejor. No dispone de parking (el que hay debajo del hotel es publico)pero se puede aparcar biem en la zona. "Hotel Confortel Alcala Norte:"
Hotel calidad precio insuperable, si vas de visita turistica, magnifico debido a que al estar situado en una zona de negocios, a partir de las 18:30, es facilisimo aparcar (yo aparque los tres días en la misma acera de la manzana del hotel) ademas si deseas ir a la centro de Madrid existe una estacion de metro a unos 5 min andando, y un autobus urbano […] que te deja en la plaza de Callao justo alado del hotel. También cabe comentar que por todas las manzanas de alado del hotel hay bastantes sitios donde poder desayunar, comer y cenar. Por otro lado la habitación era magnifica, amplia, baño completisimo,etc. En fin, basandome en mi experiencia actual un hotel 100% recomendable. Lesa meira

"God service"
Hotellet kan klart anbefales. Også selv om det ligger lidt uden for byen centrum. Der er god service og rent og pænt.
