Arrived on Sat to attend Sat nite wedding. Shaved & showered. Didn't get (didn't ask for) towels to use to shower on Sun am.

The hotel is new and very clean. The rates are very reasonable.The problems I encountered were the breakfast area is too small for the amount of guest that stay there. There is very limited seating and I had to skip breakfast due to no place to sit. The front desk staff do not greet you coming and going. I really did not feel welcome. "Great location"
Very close to main street and all the shops and museums. Clean, comfortable room. Pretty much what you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre. Breakfast room could be updated but it was clean and the food was fine.
"Great place to stay!"
The only negative about this place is that we had a handicap-access room and the lay-out wasn't thought through very well. The door to the restroom was hard to get around in a wheel chair. Other than that, it is definately a GREAT place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay last Saturday. We decided to stay in Fredricksburg after driving back from visiting with family for Thanksgiving. We are so glad we did. The hotel is so nice and the staff was super friendly. Our favorite part was the shower, it had nice hot water and great water pressure! Quite expensive for this kind of hotel Breakfast should be better and there is only 5 breakfast table so you usually have to wait but everything is quite good I recommend it

"Comfortable; friendly service"
I requested two rooms, one for me, and one with accessibility for my elderly dad. When we checked in, they did not have a standard room with accessibility, so they upgraded my dad to a suite with accessibility for the same price. That was very nice of them. The rooms were very comfortable; the wireless internet was free and fast.

"Great service, no luxury stay experience"
The service couldn't be better, outstanding really. Very friendly staff and went out of their way to be helpful when we checked in. The facility is very nice, the room a little dated. Bed coverings stiff and all polyster. Took away from the experience. And the beds were hard.
"Needs Improvement"
The hotel overall is nice but the bed was HARD & they "allowed" our 50 pound plus dog to stay after we were told (I called the hotel directly) that they allowed dogs over 50 pounds but he wasn't "allowed" to stay in the room alone. That nearly ruined our trip since we had to wait to later in the evening to go exploring the shops & most of them were […] closed. Some folks travel with their dogs---he is a good dog & doesn't tear anything up---& some folks have dogs that are BIGGER than 50 pounds, Since I had called the hotel myself & they said they accepted dogs over 50 pounds---then I don't understand the problem. L'hotel ha prezzi sostenuti ma giustificati dai vari servizi offerti. La posizione è un po' decentrata rispetto alla città ma il luogo è incantevole e giustifica i 10 minuti a piedi.Assolutamente da consigliare sia per clientela businness che per le famiglie
