If you want to stay at a hotel where staff looks the other way while people are having wild parties, loud music in the rooms, lots of people talking loudly, pacing up and down outside the rooms smoking and staying up to 2am in the morning, then this is the place for you. My room was within ear and sight of the check in, so I know the staff was listening […] and watching all this go on. I did not like the looks of the neighborhood either. I also found something gross on my washcloth. I don't know what it was and I was disgusted after I realized I had wiped it all over me. Yep, I think this hotel gets a big fat 0 if it was part of the rating. Not worth any bargain price if you are a respectable person hoping to get a good night's rest. Lesa meira

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but Expedia advertised that the hotel had a pool and free continental breakfest, neither were available because of construction. Furthermore, there were roaches in the restroom.

Our only complaint was that the pool was very dirty and smelled like a lake. we were very dissappointed because as travelers a pool is very important especially when it is a hundred and fifteen degrees out, not only did it stink but it was warm water yuck.

Went to Arizona in the summer with kids swimming pool was under construction which was not listed on e-mail site, there was no breakfast as was listed on e-mail. I was not happy at all, checked out early

Since I was on a budget for this trip, decided to stay at this middle of the road place. Everything that mattered to me worked well: good showers and powerful AC and nice staff. I slept well.

Well, the room was nice enough, but we were a little crowded. The advertisement said there were microwaves and fridges in the rooms. This was not the case. The pool was down. Outside of that, it was fine.

There were really bad water stains on the ceiling. the electrical plug would not hold anything when you plugged an appliance in. The AC worked and there was plenty of hot water. You get what you pay for.

During our stay we left some medication in the fridge. It was very important and very expensive for my husband who is diabetic. I called and the cleaning staff found it and had NOT thrown it away. I had a friend come and pick it up saving us a big ordeal of buying more medication. The staff was very helpful to locate the cleaning agents and the medication […] and get it to our friend. For the money, it was satisfactory. Clean, good service. My only complaint was that the shower drain wasn't working well, and the tub filled up.

The website said it had refrigerator and microwave, it did not. The paint was peeling in the bathroom on walls and ceiling. The light over the sink was hanging loose. The carpet was stained and the room did not smell clean. The bed was comfortable. When we came back from our meetings in the evening, the room had not been cleaned. The carpet in our room was stained with some kind of black mud. The carpet may have been ruined but at the very least it needed a carpet washing. No WiFi or refrigerator in room were negatives but the price was right. The courtyard was cheerful, clean and landscaped nicely.

Had trouble finding the place and was not happy when i checked in as the girl can't speak english very well and it's hard to understand her.. and then sleeping and hearing a train horn blaring right outside ur window.. but then I met the other front desk woman Marcy i believe it was and she was the sweetest thing and made my experience much much better […] telling me what there was to do around and how to get around using transit the hotel needs some work but i wish all the best to the staff at making it top notch as they got it in the condition it was in Lesa meira

I have stayed in many hotels. This was an overnite trip in Glendale. The Hotel is old but clean. Desk staff very helpful. Train woke us up in the middle of the night. But hey you get what you pay for. The continental breakfast was barely acceptable but again. You get what you pay for. 20 minutes from the airport. Only 4 miles from Jobing.com arena which […] is where we went to see a hockey game. We also walked downtown and there are many resturants to chose from. Good for a cheap overnite trip. it was a good location if your going to the new stadium or staying in the glendale area. plenty of places to eat, and easy to get around. i would stay again.

Very old and worn property. Entrance gate near our room often locked on its own and we were forced go out of our way to get in. No toilet paper in our room when we arrived. Called front desk and they said they were sorry but we would have to go to the office to pick it up because they were short staffed. The Location was perfect for our needs. We were going to a Canucks/Phoenix hockey game and it was about 10 min. from the Arena Complex. Also very nice area with Restaurants, etc. We have friends in Sun City West and it was very easy to get there as well. It could use a few upgrades in the stairs and hallways but was very clean. I was not at all comfortable with my room I was under the impression I would have wireless internet and upon checkin was old that that room did not have working internet and no other room was available and the room had a very unpleasent odor to it as well as very not very comfortable. The price is certainly right, the room was clean, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Let's look though at the negatives: A train blowing its horn right next to your hotel up and through midnight. A surrounding neighborhood that, to be nice, is in need of redevelopment. A terrible continental breakfast - no fruit or water, and they even removed the waffle […] machine they had there a year ago. Room was clean, but you could tell there that not a lot of maintenance goes into it - shower curtain let out water all over the floor, and one of the fixtures had come loose. The hotel is in extremely bad shape. It needs renovation. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear the neighbors next door and outside. It is in a bad location, as far as restaurants, etc. The coffee pot was broken, along with the remote control. Hard to find. No big signs just a banner on outside of building. Lady in office does everything by hand so it took longer and when she gave us the key card she said the room sould be ready but she wasnt sure. It was ready but the door to the room was open. Kinda nice place though.

Door Keys had to be rekeyed twice - they didn't want to work. Hot water tap in shower you could barely get it to turn as the fixture was broken. Due to being a full hotel you could barely get a warm shower. The bed was really comfortable but the air conditioner you could not get just fresh air only AC or heat. this hotel was nice for what is was, plain simple with a few nice touches. The bed was comfortable and the bath area was nice. The hotel had the area clean and picked up. Not sure I would stay again if I had to visit the area.

Security at this hotel was very lax--the locks on the security gates appeared to be broken. This is in an area that has experienced much violence from gang and drug activity. This motel used to be a part of a recognized chain--but is no longer. I think this speaks volumes to the quality of the hotel.

The hotel had metal security doors, which was probably a good thing, but our room was right next to one so it was opening and shutting during the night and woke me up a couple of times. A car alarm also went off at 3 AM or so and sounded like it was in the room with us. The walls were very thin and not at all sound-proof. It is so true-we get what we pay for. That being said, I didn't want to pay more than I did for this stay because I needed to stay for multiple nights. So it was good enough for a place to put my head. The location was great-easy access to all I needed. Pool area looked nice, I didn't have time to enjoy. Motel was a old Quality Inn. Room was dated and needed upgrading. Room was small - king size bed took up most of the room; no desk or table; small bathroom. Kinda of a scary place at nite but we had no problems .You get what you pay for. Free breakfast nothing to get excited about. The neighborhood seemed a little shady, there was some graffiti in various places around but not on or in the hotel. For the price I will say, you get what you pay for. The check in staff were very friendly and I don't see a reason not to stay there other than the neighborhood. While this property could use some updating (particularly the bathroom), it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location for our overnight visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was a good motel for the price we paid. The room itself was smaller than we're used to in other places, however it had one of the most comfortable king size beds! We appreciated the coffee maker, mini-hair dryer & fridge (which was bigger than expected and kept everything VERY cold) and had we stayed longer would have made use of the microwave […] & iron/ironing board. There was nothing overly spectacular about the room or the place but was definitely an excellent value for what we paid. It was easy to get to I-10 and from there the other freeways; it was an easy drive to Univ. of Phoenix Stadium. The neighborhood after getting off I-10 on the way to the hotel seemed to be strip-club central, however the area right around the motel was charming and is actually just a couple blocks from the police headquarters.
