Herbergi hafa útsýni yfir haf. Á Ocean View Inn eru 9 herbergi með loftkælingu, í þeim eru kaffivél/te og förðunarspeglar. Gestir geta notað ókeypis þráðlausa háhraðanettengingu í herbergjum. Sjónvörp eru með gervihnattarásum. Allri gistingu fylgja skrifborð og símar; boðið er upp á ókeypis innanbæjarsímtöl (takmarkanir kunna að gilda). Á baðherbergjum eru baðkör með stútum og hárblásarar.
Til viðbótar eru í boði straujárn/strauborð og útvarpsklukkur. Þrif eru í boði daglega. Öll herbergi á Ocean View Inn eru reyklaus.

Flott hótel í gömlu húsi en full hljóðbært á milli herbergja. Var með herbergi út að götu og það er slatta traffík þarna hjá allan sólarhringinn. Einnig fór gesturinn í herberginu fyrir ofan okkur að færa til hús gögn kl. 5 um morguninn.

Hótelið er í góðu umhverfi og starfsfólk mjög vinalegt. Rétt handan við hornið eru sporvagnarnir bæði gömlu sem fara upp brekkurnar og í gegnum ítalska og kínahverfið og endar á Market þar sem allar verslanirnar eru. Nýju sporvagnarnir þeir fara meðfram bryggjunum og sjávarsíðunni og hægt er að taka þá eða labba að bryggju 35 að mig minnir þar sem ferjan til Alcatrez er. Eina sem hefði fullkomnað þessa hóteldvöl var ef það hefði verið þráðlaust net upp í herberginu. En það er eingöngu í andyrinu. Mun klárlega gista aftur á þessu hóteli í framtíðinni þegar farið verður aftur til San Francisco

Við vorum að leita að hóteli miðsvæðis í San Francisco og sem væri á hagstæðu verði, hreinlegt. Hótel Diva uppfyllti þessar kröfur auk þess að vera með mjög góða og persónulega þjónustu.

Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts eða innborgunar við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.
Það fer eftir framboði hverju sinni hvort hægt sé að verða við séróskum og þær gætu haft í för með sér aukagjald. Ekki er hægt að tryggja að hægt sé að verða við viðkomandi óskum.
Ekki er boðið upp á aðgengi fyrir fatlaða á þessu hóteli. Vinsamlegast veldu annað hótel ef þú vilt bóka herbergi með aðgengi fyrir fatlaða.
Á Ocean View Inn er veitingastaður þar sem í boði er morgunverður af matseðli. Herbergisþjónusta á ákveðnum tímum.

"Worst. Hotel. Stay. EVER."
Checked in, and noticed the place smelled like a nursing home. I got to the room, and realized the so-called "ocean view" could only be seen at a terrible angle through a side window, across a gas station roof and a road. Next, we filled the jetted tub only to discover it didn't work. Talked to the front desk where I was informed there was nothing […] they could do but call maintenance...where they received no answer. Finally, tried to log on to the complimentary wifi and found there were 20 networks within range. Another trip to the front desk resulted in no network name and a password that didn't work for ANY of the networks in range! So, we went to bed. Upon waking today, the front desk STILL has no solutions for me, and I appear to be stuck because of the bogus 48 hour advance cancellation policy. Bottom line, skip this pit. You'll be happier in a filthy Motel 6 sharing a room with Tom Bodet... Lesa meira
"Beautiful location, but renovation required"
Great location at Montara State Beach, however the age of the hotel shows (100+ years...). Breakfast in associated cafe is not acceptable - go somewhere else. Staff at hotel is very friendly and helpful.

I should have believed other reviews about staying away until further renovation. Our tub didn't work and when they offered us to change rooms, THAT tub didn't work either! I don't know if to blame the hotel or to blame hotels.com for not having up-to-date information, or to blame myself for not contacting the hotel directly before my stay. And what […] others have said, thrift store furniture, shabby shabby shabby. And we had an ocean view, if you stand in the corner and look out the window. Apparently there are only 2 rooms with the ocean view, so don't be fooled by the name. Cost was low though, and the lady who worked there gave us some money back. Lesa meira
The people who owned it were nice and friendly, but the rooms need a lot of updating. Price was right for the area, but would not stay there again. Carpet, window blinds, drapes etc need replacement.
"Not worth your money"
This hotel was not what I thought it would be. Very outdated everything. Mold in the bathroom jaquzzi in the bath tub with nasty mold inside of the jets. Tried to open the curtian to open the window to try and air out the smell only to have it fall on my head and got dirt on my hands from touching the curtian..They need to be taken down and cleaned. […] Was told they were renovating but couldnt work much because they were booked. I say close for a month and just do it. The balconies were quite unsafe and had places where the wood had rotted all the way through. This place needs alot of money and TLC before I would ever stay there again!! Lesa meira
"almost but not quite"
Not really on the ocean - that's on the other side of the street. It's not bad, but if you're looking for a quaint B&B for a getaway, you'll be disappointed. Needs a lot of touch up work inside and out. Really not a bad place, but probably not worth the price.
"Above and Beyond"
It was our anniversary weekend and car trouble left us stranded on the coast so we were very happy to arrive at the inn a little after check in time, however the people before us had still not checked out and didn't know when they would be arriving back to the room to remove the belongings. The inn keepers, Dee, Nemo and Karina, were very compassionate […] to our story and went above and beyond to save our weekend. They drove us to the resturante we were having dinner at and offered to pick us up even after wards. They immediately notified us when the room was ready and to our suprise when we arrived there was a bottle of wine and flower petals strewn across the bed and table tops. "I LOVE U" was written in candy across the bed and all our baggage had been brought ahead of us to the room. Our weekend was saved and we enjoyed the cozy jacuzzi bath, the small patio outside our rooms private entrance and ofcourse the bottle of wine. Anyone who'd would enjoy a simple weekend away at the coast will definantly appreciate the hospitality of the Ocean View Inn. Lesa meira
"Ocean View Inn-name says it all"
My new wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely bed and breakfast while on our honeymoon mid September. We were treated with great respect and felt like royalty when we viewed our room for the first time. We had great vaulted ceilings, very comfy bed, and a large deck/patio with a ocean view. Definitely eat at the restaurant next store, […] its amazing. We had the most delicious pizza ever, all fresh and hand made right in front of us. Only a few miles away from Half moon bays charming Main street. The husband and wife running it were very kind and warm. A hot breakfast and coffee was also provided via complementary room service. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return in the near future. Lesa meira
"Ocean View Inn Moraga, CA"
I believe they got the furniture from a thrift store that went out of business. The furniture must have been left over AFTER they they offered everything for free if you hauled it away yourself. It was uncomfortable and disgusting and that is the best I could say about it. The soundproofing was so bad it sounded as if your bed was next to the highway. […] Also, there is a 24 hour gas station and market next door so you had extra noise all night long. I could go on and on, but I believe you get the point. The breakfast at the little restaurant was very nice. We would not stay there again if the rooms were free!!!! Lesa meira
"Wonderful bit of history."
We had a very nice visit in this wonderful old roadhouse. They are currently in the process of updating the place (one room at a time). When it is fully restored it will be absolutely beautiful and not to be missed. They served us a nice breakfast and we were quite comfortable. It was a beautiful start for our trip down the coast.
"Improvements are Coming"
The new management at Ocean View Hotel is completely remodeling and refurnishing the room, starting at the top. Friendly staff. The rooms are large. We really enjoyed the balcony area, with a view of the ocean. DISH TV was nice; TV was small. Would be nice to have a DVD player... and DVR working. Breakfast was very good, delivered to our rooms. "Soon"
This is a very nice to be bed and breakfast. The innkeepers were lovely, and I am sure once the remodel is complete it will be a great place to stay. We upgraded to a second floor room for the ocean view, however one window didn't close all the way and we heard the compressor and fan motor run most of the night. The room was clean but again, the furniture […] can use a redo and the windows on the parking lot side (gas station) could use some moveable shades. The room was very clean, and the service was great, but a good night sleep didn't come. Lesa meira
