ofbókað var ekki látinn vita :( hótelið sem ég var fluttur á var allveg til fyrirmyndar :)
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts eða innborgunar við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.
Það fer eftir framboði hverju sinni hvort hægt sé að verða við séróskum og þær gætu haft í för með sér aukagjald. Ekki er hægt að tryggja að hægt sé að verða við viðkomandi óskum.

Hótelið er fallegt og snyrtilegt og öll þjónusta til fyrirmyndar. Rúmin voru þó óþægileg og mætti endurnýja fljótlega! að öðru leyti leið okkur vel þar.
Nice and basic hotel, however the room service food was inedible. We must have had a bit of bad luck, however the management redeemed themselves as they sent up 2 delicious deserts to make up for this and the food was omitted from our bill.
"Great Location and Hotel for Quick Reykjavik Visit"
This hotel was a perfect selection for an initial visit to Reykjavik. Right on the town square but still quiet. Near restaurants and small grocery stores. Comfortable, updated rooms. And, a good price.

The hotel exceeded our expectations from reading other reviews. The decor was simple and elegant, the beds incredibly comfortable (the down comforters added to this), the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was good, and the location was perfect --a short walk from the main downtown, located on a picturesque square with a bakery […] and supermarket right next door (a welcome convenience for our early first-day arrival). The location was also very quiet, off the main street, which added to a peaceful, relaxing stay. Couldn't have been better! Lesa meira
"Great location and service"
I stayed there for one week at the end of March, and really enjoyed it. The room was spotless, and the staff helpful. The only one minor downside was that my room faced over a small driveway so sometimes it would get busy / noisy in the early morning with deliveries and people talking loudly. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
Front desk clerk wasn't that helpful but overall it's a great place to stay

If you are doing day trips - not the best location as you are the first to be picked up and last to be let off. Also, would have been nice to have fitness facility/sauna to end the day.

"Hotel Reykjavik Centrum, central in old city"
This was an easy walkable hotel close to everything. There is a supermarket close by for those traveling with hungry children (which I would recommend since restaurants in Reykjavik are expensive). The staff was very helpful and nice.
"Very well located"
There's nothing particularly special about this hotel except for price/location. It was clean, adequately appointed, had a friendly front staff, and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit.

The hotel is clean and very nice. Two complains: There is no free Wifi. The walls are thin so you can hear noises from next door.

"Reykjavik Centrum - great hotel!"
This was our second time staying at this hotel and on both occasions we had an incredible hotel experience. The location is within walking distance of attractions, shopping and restaurants. The front-desk staff was amazing and happy to help at all times. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful location on a quieter street in downtown Reykjavik. Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. Perfect spot for exploring Reykjavik, as we were able to walk practically everywhere!
The staff wasn't very warm but then again, they did their jobs. Overall, a good experience. (Internet use is pricey!)
"Hotel, location, staff- couldn't ask for more"
I couldn't be happier with this perfectly located hotel, from the comfy room to the housekeeping staff who immediately brought me a fan (the breeze helps me sleep). Natalia at the front desk was my hero after she helped me sort out troubles with the company I booked my day trips with. She also had the perfect restaurant to recommend for my final night, […] which was also my birthday. Thank you! As there's nothing perfect in the world, here are my two nitpicks: replace the instant coffee in the rooms with real coffee. As a counterpoint though, the coffee in the restaurant was very good, as was the food. Next, you may find one of those breakfast pre-order door hangers in the room, but I'm not sure if they still do this service. I hung mine out twice, but no breakfast came. I was in such a good mood it didn't bother me, and I forgot to ask why that happened. I'll stay here again, a no-brainer for me. Be sure to check out the historic excavation museum, in the same building, to the left of the entrance (the big glass cube you'll see before you go in to the hotel lets you take a peek down). Enjoy! "Hotel Centrum, Reykjavik"
Very nice and clean hotel. Pleasant staff and good breakfast and quiet even though it is not far from the bar crawl area. The location is wonderful and will allow guests to easily see many parts of the city without being more than 10-15 minutes walk away.

"Great hotel in great location"
Really nice hotel in a great location. Rooms were nicely decorated, beds were v comfortable and warm. This hotel is perfect for a city centre location, and a base for getting around. The reception staff were all great, really helpful, made any bookings we needed and were happy to advise when needed. We didn't eat in the restaurant at all. We had brunch […] in Cafe Paris just around the corner. And the coffee in Stofan just across the street is great too. We had dinner in the Fish Market (right next door) one night too, which was superb. Lesa meira
"Hotel Centrum"
The Centrum hotel was cleaner and nicer than I had expected. Our flight got into Reykjavik at 6:45 a.m., and after the bus ride, we were at the hotel by 8:00. The hotel let us check in early, which was nice. The Centrum is very near the downtown main street, which made things easier. Free internet on the computers in the lobby, but to have wi-fi was […] something like 2500 kr. per day. having most tv channels would be another 2500 kr. per day as well. the bed was comfortable, the shower was slightly small, but usual for a European style. Room was ready for our early AM arrival....great to sleep a couple of hours before exploring. Concierge most helpful...Location central to the city. Safe and easy to take walking or bicycle tours. Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur offers THE BEST icelandic hotdog opposite fleamarket....ENJOY.

I went with a buddy for a long weekend in Iceland, and Reykjavik Centrum was fantastically located to walk out the door and find tons of *good* restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk. Really, really well located. Can't say enough good things about the reception staff, who could book anything and everything efficiently with regard to tours, restaurants. […] The service was similar to 5 star with regard to how we were treated, even if rooms were dated 4 star feeling. Comfy beds, nice fixtures and decor, but no flatscreen for example. We didn't go to iceland to watch TV but its an indicator of modernity. Strong recommendation for this hotel - I wouldnt go anywhere else; there's simply no need to look any further. Lesa meira
"disappointing stay"
Having read rave reviews we had high expectations of this hotel. Sadly the receptionist was bored and disinterested, the fold-out bed in our room cut our daughter's ankle - watch out for the sharp edges - and if you book a Saturday night as we did, prepare for a lot of noise! Until 4a.m.!

Very clean rooms, great lobby bar, breakfast is nice and you can't beat the location.

The location was very good, with plenty to walk to right by the main square. The room was small and quite basic; but clean and efficient. Overall a good value. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the hotel was good.

場所とお値段がお手頃だったこともあり家族旅行で宿泊しました。部屋はあまり広くはありませんが、この立地を考えれば止むを得ないと思います。（と言っても日本のビジネスホテルよりは広いかも・・・）バスルームにはシャワーオンリーでバスタブはありません。フロントスタッフは親切で丁寧に質問に答えてくれました。とても良いホテルだったと思います。

Man betaler kun for værelset.. Internet er ekstra, alt fra lidt vand eller tv jamen alt alt koster ekstra.. Synes virkelig det er lidt groft. Men det er nok sådan man driver hoteller i Island.. Ved det ikke..

"Trivelig hotell"
Moderne bygg i en gammel stil, trivelig, flott og svært komfortabelt. Meget godt restaurant i hotellet, bør absolutt besøkes!

Men mangler det lille ekstra, vil nok ikke si, at dette er et 4 stjerners hotel, men en god 3. Beliggenhet er bra, hvis man ønsker å ha Reykjavik sine resturanter go utelivet i nærheten. Kan anbefales!
