"residence inn perfect 4 my 2 yr old"
It was completely nice to have a fridge, microwave, stove, sink and enough room for my son to run around. It felt like home. Breakfast was good and access to every thing we needed was right at the front lobby. I will Def stay there again

Althought the hotel itself was very nice, it was not what i was promised when i booked the hotel online. I had 2 adult guest with me and they could not accommodate our sleeping arrangements. there was no rollaway bed available and the suite was entirely to small for three adults. I was told i could get a rollaway bed when i booked the suite but the […] hotel did not have any rollaway beds on the premises. We had to sleep two adults to a bed. This would have been okay if the beds were king size but they were full size beds which made it uncomfortable for us. The bed did not come with a real comforter. It was dressed with a mock comforter more like a runner for decoration. we had to keep adjusting the air to heat ratio because we did not have a comforter. Lesa meira
"Bed and staff"
To start out, I must say that the hotel staff was AMAZING!! We had to make a couple of calls to the front desk for things and they handeled any problems right away. They called a taxi for us (New Years Eve).They are wonderful girls! The foldout bed in the room couldn't have been more UNCOMFORTABLE. It was like sleeping on a bunch of coils with no padding!! […] Luckily I had two blankets in my car I brought in to try and make it a little more tolerable. Other than that stay was nice and I would go again if I HAD to stay in Corona-ha! Lesa meira

"Marriot Corona, CA"
Very comfortable -bed, bath, living area and full kitchen, which surprised me. Free microwave popcorn, and serve yourself breakfast in the morning. A couple very nice restaurants 50 steps away.

The customer service was exceptional. Very well trained individuals that deal with a lot of people through the course of the day but are always willing to help with a smile, I can't say enough about these hard working people. A tremendous amount of appreciation and respect. The hotel itself is somewhat old. The room I stayed in was nice, clean but it […] smelled of cigarette smoke. Not a pleasing smell at all. The full kitchen was good but it lacked pots and pans. Room service took care of that, very helpful. As far as supervision, in the pool area, kids where pouring bubble bath soap into the jacuzzi and children where jumping and diving into the water, I know it's difficult to approach parents about their children but there needs to be accountability. Employees should monitor common areas more vigilantly for the well being of ALL clients staying at the hotel. Pros: Free Parking, Pools open til midnight, picnic area with BBQ grill, basketball court, gym, free breakfast, free wifi and great customer service to match the pros. Cons: In room amenities can be overlooked. I would still recommend this hotel to friends. Lesa meira

This hotel was very nice. Very comfortable,clean,quiet. Staff ws very helpful and acomidating. I did have a problem when checking in though. It seems this place is new to Hotels.com so they did not have any info besides my name in there computer so it didnt show payment was made. Everything turned out fine they checked me in anyway and told me they […] would contact Hotels.com themselves. Other then that everything was perfect. Breakfast had eggs,potatos,sausage,waffles, assortment of pastries and so on. We saved on breakfasst alone. I would stay here again. Lesa meira

The hotel was very nice and the attendant met us with a smile. We were in town to drop off our daughter at UC Riverside and although the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained it was farther from the University than we had expected. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast since we had to be at the university early and since […] it was a Sunday morning, breakfast would not be served until after we had left, so knowing this we went to a local grocery store and purchased breakfast to make in our room, we had also made dinner the previous night allowing us to save a restaunt bill, we were very happy about that as last minute expenses tend to add up quickly. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would recommend it. Lesa meira
