We stayed at the hotel for the Semana Santa celebrations. The service at the hotel was excellent. They staff went out of their way to help out. The rooms were a little small and the beds were a little hard, but overall they were nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it for others.

Good location, generally a very clean hotel but it tries too hard to be modern in the rooms. We had booked the romantic package but on arrival had to ask for the gift that should have been placed in the room. 22 Euros for the car park was excessive we left the car in a local underground car park for 13 euros. Great Tapas around the corner.

The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to most of the cities highlights. Also near many good restaurants. The room was a bit noisy and "tight" for 2 adults and 2 children #the children were in bunk-beds# but it's fine for getting a decent night’s sleep; the only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable. Loaction was great, staff were helpfull and room was clean. Drawback was that for 4 people (including 2 teenagers) the room was quite tight and the pictures on the web sight do seem to make the room look larger than it is in reality. Free coffee and juice in the foyer after a hard day of sightseeing is a nice touch. I loved this hotel when I stayed here 3 years ago. Apart from the superb location and the huge room, it was new and fresh and appealing. This time, I found it rather tired and grubby round the edges. Rooms were clean but the qualitiy of materials in the decor of the rooms are deteriorating - the glass basins in the bathrooms are chipped and some of the panelling near the shower cubicles are lifting. Breakfast was superb. As a business traveller, wired Internet in Seville was essential. The quality of the Internet was superb, as was the location. To walk to the Cathedral was maybe two minutes. This hotel was amazing and I don't really understand why it doesn't have a higher rating. If it was in the UK it would be three times the amount, if it was […] in London it would be five times the amount (at least). The room was huge and it's great. Negatives: The king size bed was two singles pushed together - that's normal for Spain and fine for me as I was alone. Laptop in room as promised - no issues there - but no exercise bike as advertised, that's just for family rooms. I read that rooms could be noisy but to be totally honest, that is not true unless you go clubbing and are sleeping in the afternoon! Positives: Very fast Internet, staff rock, amazing breakfast (as good as I have had in Hilton Hotels), SUPERB location. Air conditioning was brilliant. I recommend this hotel as a seasoned traveller for both pleasure and business. The price and location are amazing and if you want to visit Sevilla and not pay a fortune for a good hotel, this is the one, I guarantee it. Lesa meira

Really liked the family room with bunk beds for the kids. Noisy pipes. Heard every flush from my upstairs neighbors. Didn't refill the bacon & eggs at the breakfast buffet despite requests to do so. Quick to get your room number & charge you a good sum though.The complimentary drinks in the lobby seemed to be only a water cooler whenever I passed through […] during the listed hours. Small, clean hotel in great location. It is located right around the corner from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. It was so convenient we would do some sightseeing in the morning, buy some souvenirs and quickly stop by hotel to place our purchases in the room. The breakfast was OK, nothing special. Nice hotel is a great location. It's walking distance to almost all the interesting sights in Sevilla. However this location can also be a disadvantage if you are driving. The streets to get to the hotel are extremely narrow, the hotel itself is on a very narrow one-way street. I consider myself and good driver and got away with it, but it was super […] scary. We made a couple of wrong turns (GPS ran out of battery - my fault of course), and ended up halfway through a street before realizing that it kept getting even narrower. Finally had to back out of the tiny street in reverse. I thought it was quite an adventure, but the wife was somewhat traumatized. The hotel does have parking, but it is in the basement accessible through a car elevator. Almost no space to make a wide enough turn to get into your spot; ended up scratching the car in the process. But we enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very friendly. The rooms comfortable. Location fantastic. All in all, other than the car situation, the stay was good. If you intend to drive, find a hotel that not in downtown. Lesa meira

The hotel is very conveniently located. Literally several hundred yards from cathedral and Alcazar and Plaza. Hotel is modern with all amenities including Wi-Fi. Very clean. Front desk was efficient if not attentive. Did not do breakfast. Although it looked great, we thought overpriced. Price would be considered a value.

The hotel is a contemporary design with great internet access in the rooms. My only negative comment is that the pillow of awful. Even using two pillows did not help. They are flat which looks good with the design but is not good to sleep with.

There isn't actually anything wrong with the hotel, it is just not right.Decor which looks clean and attractive in the photos is tired and marked, design details very poor and look cheap up close. Benches in breakfast room too low, sinks in rooms not user friendly, glass atrium panels chipped and cracked etc.Overall it looks like a design which was […] originally good but was executed by the owners daughter in law one weekend, and on the cheap at that. Staff efficient but perfunctory.Also don't believe you are booking a room with air-con. Only if the majority of the hotel want it. Good points: The staff were friendly and helpful. Very useful to have a laptop in the room. Very central, between Cathedral and Plaza Nueva - ideal for Semana Santa. Plenty of bars nearby. Our room on the back was very quiet. Downside: the beds are hard (the staff acknowledged this problem)

The hotel is very close to everything in Seville and in a quiet little street. The rooftop terrace had amazing views but could be used better. The bedroom was very comfortable but the air-conditioning wasn't working because they still had the heating on despite temperatures in the 20's so the room was always hot. We stayed in this hotel as a family. We were assigned Room 3 and Room 7. Room 7 is good value for money, high ceilings give it a feeling of luxury, spacious bathroom. Room 3 is not good value, the two twin beds were cramped into a small space, so walking around the room was d ifficult and the air conditioning did not work. My top tip is, if you chose […] to stay here, make sure you pick your room wisely. It's marketed as a high tech hotel - this claim is debatable. The claim that the broadband is very fast is true, the internet worked well in both rooms we stayed in, but the power shower didn't quite deliver, as the water pressure was not strong enough to ensure that all jet streams could be switched on at the same time. The service was hit and miss. A receptionist called Juan was efficient and matter of fact. However, a female receptionist with a long face the day after was abrupt and impatient, so would recommend more uniform staff training. The breakfast was simple but good. Fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, selection of cold cuts, fruit, sweet breakfast foods (chocolate donuts etc), small sausages, cereal. Nothing was lacking, but the food in Seville is amazing and cheap, so really you're paying for the convenience rather than an amazing spread. Lesa meira

A bit tricky to locate if you are driving, but a convenient garage and the key sites are very close. Breakfast is nothing special, but the room was nice and staff very helpful.

We had a great week staying at this hotel. Its location couldn't really be any better. On a quiet parallel street to the Cathederal. The rooms are extremely clean, a good size and very modern. The laptop is a great plus point as it has good internet access, however the WIFI wouldn't reach our room. Breakfast is very expensive in the hotel, however […] just a few minutes walk away we found 4 or 5 cafes where you could eat a good breakfast for 3 euros per person! The Mini-bar is also very expensive, but theres a very cheap mini market next door. The roof terrace is a nice quiet space to enjoy the rooftop views of Sevilla and the Cathederal. The Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana is superbly located, just around the corner from the Cathedral and surrounded by good places to eat and drink. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms of a goodly size. The rooms have laptops with internet access. My only slight quibble is that the walls between rooms are not very soundproof.

Perfectly placed for cathederal, Alcazar and E Morales - best tapas in town! Only grumble is glass door in bathroom - why? and slightly antiseptic feel to the whole place. Staff couldn't have been nicer however.

Even though the Hotel is in a prime location, very close to the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva, it is hard to find for somebody like us driving for the first time in Spain. The streets are tiny and turns were difficult with road blocks too! However, can't thank the Hotel front desk people enough! One of them went out, looked for us and lead us to the Hotel. Excellent location, thought we had walked miles and yet we were only 5 mins away from the hotel in any direction. Some small tapas bars near to hotel so good for late arrivals. Hotel room quite basic, very hard bed which moved away from head board as soon as you got in it. Bathroom quite small and glass sink quite dangerous as I knocked my leg on the […] corner which has given me a large bruise. We stayed in a family room at the Santa Ana for 3 nights in October and made an excellent choice. Customer service, cleanliness, security etc were all very good. Check in was friendly and efficient, not least because the receptionist spoke excellent English. Our son was particularly excited by the laptop provided in the room with free internet access. […] The breakfast buffet was varied and of a very good standard - the kids were half price, which was a welcome touch. The hotel is smack in the centre of Seville and a short stroll to the cathedral and the Alcazar. City noise was never a problem. The hotel serves breakfast only but there are dozens of options for lunch and dinner within walking distance. Hotel is in a great location for exploring Seville. It was very clean. Receptionists were very friendly and pleasant. We didn't have the breakfasts as they were expensive (can't put exact rate as per hotels.com regulations). However, there are nearby cafes and a Starbucks so breakfast wasn't a problem. The only difficulty I had was that on the last […] day my nightdress got swept up with the bedlinen (!) Unfortunately, the laundry isn't done in the hotel, so they are sending the nightdress onto me. I have been back in England for less than a week, so obviously have not received it yet. Wish I was a tidier person!!! Despite this, I was impressed with this very clean, modern hotel which was in a good location for exploring the lovely Seville. The hotel is tucked away, but as it turns out in a great location within walking distance of everything we wanted. We arrived very early and therefore the room was not ready, but the staff were very helpful. The room was perfect for the two of us...the bed was so comfortable and big! Free wifi and laptop in room very handy. Very happy with it all.

This is a short walk 1 block walk with two turns to the Plaza Nueva (local train and taxis), and also a few steps to the Cathedral. Excellent location, though we would have had trouble finding it the first time. Taxi cost was 10 E from the Renfe, which was well worth it. The front desk was wonderful. She is pleasant, helpful, and speaks fluent English. The hotel is small and modern but has the facilities and service that you would expect in a larger chain hotel. It is very clean. The staff are welcoming and speak very good English. The rooms are adequate and the bathrooms well equipped. Water always very hot! The location is excellent for exploring the city. Although the Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana is in a wonderful location, this is all I can say about this hotel. We had a family room which consisted of 2 bunk beds and 1 king bed. The mattresses were harder than rocks, the covers very thin, and the pillows were so flat that even trippling them over did no good. It was worse than camping. The room was […] very small and sparsely decorated. Because of the very narrow streets, all sound echos from the streets: We heard conversations, shouting, laughter, etc. till 2:00 AM every night even with the windows closed. There is a very lively bar nearby from which this noise came. It was impossible to sleep the two nights we spent here. The towels are thin. There are no washcloths. The breakfast for 15 Euros is not worth it. There are nice places in the area to get a breakfast for much less. The have complementary hot tea and coffee in the evening but the only cups they provide are 6oz thin plastic cups for cold drinks. The internet is free and there is a computer in each room. Very convinent location. But need to hire a taxi to get to it from either airport or train station. It is hidden in one of the alleys at the city centr. Free internet. Nearby Tapas resturants and cafes. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was okay. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room, but the location for a tourist was great. The air conditioning did not get the room as cool as we would have liked it. My husband thought the bed was too hard, but I did not mind it. Overall, we had a great vacation in Seville.

Excellent location within wlaking distance of the major locations of interest.Dont bring a car as hotel is on a very narrow street with little parking..Staff tended to be young and very helpful
