All in all very central and train staition just out the front of hotel. The rooms very clean and the staff very friendly. Our flight the next day was with Edihad and their office is next to the hotell which enable us to catch the free bus to the airport the next day. PS the pool area has a great views over the city.
"Big Suit with sufficiency devicesl"
It's much bigger suit than expected with all necessary devices.They also provided service as hotel even for this apartment. So yuo will have both comfortable staying as both at home and in a hotel.

Our first room was extremely musty and not cleaned well at all. We asked to change rooms. The other was better, however, appliances etc are showing age and don't work so well. Cleaning needs improvement. staff are every helpful, however.

Is the best way to describe this hotel. The apartments are spacious, clean but the ware and tare of time is noticeable. The staff is very friendly and helpful but do not trust the taxi company operating outside the building. They overcharge you heavily compared to regular taxis.

Family of 4 stayed there for 5 nights. Booked a 2 bedroom and was upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and especially with 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet for convenience. Staff was helpful. Have ready private transport tied up with hotel. Reasonable and friendly driver. Location is convenient with Starbucks, Tim […] Hortens nearby. The suite we had in the Chelsea was fantastic, extremely comfortable and sooo convenient for the metro which we used constantly. The staff were very helpful and attentive and I would certainly recommend it to others and return there myself.

Stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment. It was fantastic! 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, living room and dining room. The beds were very comfortable and everything looks new. The view from the apartment was also amazing. It was also very convenient to the "financial centre" metro which was just round the corner. "Best apartment I have ever stayed"
Fantastic experience. Will definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend this hotel. We got to hotel very early and were allowed an early checkin at 08:30 AM without extra charge. We were also upgraded to a great 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms. THANKS SALMAN:-) Excellent Location. Dubai Metro station is literally at the doorstep.Pizza Hut, […] a pharmacy a convenient store are located within 50M.Starbucks,KFC,Nando's within 100M. Burj Al Khalifa and Dubai Mall 1 metro stop away. Normal and Luxury Taxis are always available at the door step.(Luxury =Lexus etc are obviously relatively expensive so be ware).Trains are excellent but We found taxis the best way to move around with 2 toddlers after trying train for first 2 days. "clean and convenient"
If you are traveling by Etihad and visiting Dubai, this is probably best deal. The bus dropped us off at this apartment hotel, and airline staff helped us with mountain of luggage we had. There are enough restaurants, small grocery store and a bank to get exchange within walking distance. Metro- which is one of the best I have seen- is right outside […] the hotel. "Great hotel for Etihad connections to Abu Dhabi"
Stayed at the Chelsea Tower Suites and apartments as I had an early morning coach transfer to Abu Dhabi. The hotel unfortunately did not acknowledge that the check in office is in the same building(the reception area of the hotel is at the back of the street and the Etihad office at the side) which I thought was a little strange. There were a couple […] of things that guests should be aware of however - The internet access charges in the room are stupidly high! 40 diram for 20 mins !!!!!!! Added to this there is no free business usage in the business centre this is also charged at the same rate. There is very little choice in the food and drink offering of the hotel. I could only find one cafe / dining area at the base of the hotel which almost spread out into the main street at the front. I walked 5 minutes down the main road to the four points Sheraton and had a drink and food on the top floor overlooking Dubai - stunning on the plus side the gym and pool are excellent and a great place to catch the sun. the room is fit and big for a person, the location was spectacular , the floor was't clean 100% , and the beds too , also there is no bathroob as they written .. i give it overall 70%

"Chelsea Tower - Dubai"
Ett meget bra hotell, med god kvalitet på rommene. Frokost tilbudet var bra. Rengjøring av rommene var bra, men måtte etterlyse handklær og toalett papir hver eneste dag. Beliggenheten er sentral og midt i ett meget bra omeråde av Dubai. God tilgang til taxi, og restauranter i nærhet. Kan anbefales!

Olin puolison kanssa jo toistamiseen Chelsea Towerissa. Sen sijainti on erinomainen. Iso ruokamarket on parin sadan metrin päässä, metropysäkki melkein alaovella. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä, mutta ei liian tunkeilevaa. Huoneistohotellissa on astiainpesukone ja pyykinpesukone sekä kuivausrumpu. Lisäksi keittiön peruskoneet. "Hotelli ilman palveluita"
Hotelli ei ollut Sheikh Zayed Roadille päin, vaan pieni sisääntulo takapuolella. Kaikki palvelut maksoivat erikseen, mikään ei kuulunut hintaan. Astiat piti itse tiskata, mutta mitään välineitä ei ollut. Asiat olivat kaapista otettaessa likaisia, ei käyttökelpoisia ennen kunnon tiskausta. Henkilökunta oli asiallista, muttei mitenkään sympaattista. Ulkolaisille […] annettiin huoneet kerroksista 2-8 (olimme 3. krs, kollega 2. krs, ruotsalaiset 5krs..). Paikalliset majoitettiin ylempiin kerroksissa. Paljon lapsiperheitä, mikä tietysti on luonnollista. Otan seuraavaksi reilusti hotellihuoneen palveluineen. エティハド航空利用者には便利です。 チェックインカウンターが隣接にあり(24時間)アブダビ行のバスも目の前から出発。 メトロの駅も目の前にあります。 でも高層階を希望しましたが、思いっきり下の階でがっかり。 部屋などは、豪華さなどは期待しない方がいいですね。市内観光するなら、立地は文句ありません。 リゾート気分を味わいたい方には不向き。

Il s'agit d'appartements, donc les services hôteliers sont plus limités, mais grand confort, accueil professionnel, superbe piscine... Pour une semaine en groupe c'est l'idéal, à un prix raisonnable. A 50m du métro.
Servicen var veldig bra av alle ansatte på hotellet, men da vi måtte ringe et nummer for å koble til WIFI på rommet fikk vi på telefon en meget uhøflig dame. Vi trengte hjelp til å høre hennes bokstavering av av passordet og kode, men hun la faktisk på TO ganger mens vi forsøkte å få det det til. Det viste seg at det var noe feil med koden vi hadde […] fått, så en svært hyggelig mann i resepsjon hjalp oss med nytt passord. Han var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom, mens damen på telefon bør finne seg en annen jobb. Lesa meira

C'est un établissement idéale pour les longs séjours. C'est déconseillé pour les courts séjours car il ne bénéficie pas des avantages d'un hôtel.
Appartements spacieux et confortables. Personnel efficace et agréable. Hôtel bien situé à Dubai, très central. La piscine est assez grande. Le nettoyage de l'appartement était trop approximatif et les canapés tâchés. Bon rapport qualité - prix globalement.

Tuve problemas con la habitación que me dieron. En vez de ser en un piso alto y con vistas como me prometieron, me dieron una habitación al lado de la autopista con mucho ruido. A las 3 a.m. me despertaron para cerrar una puerta de una habitación!! No se podían esperar al día siguiente? Dormi poco y mal. Al día siguiente intente cambiarme de habitación […] pero se rieron de mi y me dijeron que me cambiase de hotel, pero que era la única habitación. Tras llamar a mi agencia y mucho tiempo perdido consegui cambiarme de habitación. Ha sido una muy mala experiencia la de este hotel. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Otros hoteles de la zona están mucho mejor y tienen un precio similar. Lesa meira

Sono appartamenti con cucina sala e camera da letto, tutto grande tranne la camera da letto, personale dell'albergo gentile, ma non è un hotel quindi niente alcol , frigo in cucina vuoto , neanche l'acqua. Non capisco come possa essere un 4 stelle , io direi 2 e 1/2 , l'unica nota buona posizione buona per prendere metro e andare in fiera.

Lækker stor lejlighed med alt hvad der behøves. Gym og svømmepøl var helt i orden. Subway lige ud for hotellet. Vil helt klart checke ind igen.

お盆休みにロンドンに行く途中に１泊だけしました。 エティハド航空を利用していた為、カウンターが１階にあるしブルジュ・ハリファ（ドバイダウンタウン）にも近いので決めました。 このホテルはおそらくビジネスで長期滞在者向けのホテルで泊まった部屋は２ベッドルーム＋リビングで都合１００㎡ぐらいはありました、これを１泊のみ一人で使ったので全く使い切りませんでした（笑） 大きなキッチンもあり近くには夜中までやっているスーパーもあるので便利でした。 逆に、ホテルには１Fにバー＆レストラン、屋上プールといったリゾートを満喫するぞというようなホテルではありません。もしリゾートを期待しているなら他に探した方がいいと思います。 ロケーションはとてもよくタクシーもだいたい止まっているし流しもいるのですぐ乗れます。 […] ラマダン中は日中本当にどこもやってません。ホテルのレストランすらやっていません。たまたま近くにあったスターバックスがやっていてくれましたが、テイクアウトのみでした。行く時期に応じてきちんとイスラム教の理解を地球の歩き方に書いてある程度はもって行った方がいいと思います。 ちょっとはずれましたが、ホテルのレビューポイントとしては快適に過ごせましたし、フロント案内も親切でしっかりしていましたのでオススメです。 Lesa meira

호텔바로 앞에 지하철이 있어서 교통이 무지 편리했구요 역시 호텔택시가 아닌 일반 택시를 이용하기에도 많이 편리한곳이였습니다 호텔택시는 좀 비싼편이니 1~2분만 걸어 나오면 바로 택시를 잡아 탈수 있으니 이용하시길 바랍니다. 그리고 숙소는 대채로 깨끗한 편이였으며, 주방에 세재가 있다면 저희가 깨끗하게 했을텐데 매번 하우스 키퍼가 설거지를 해서 많이 미안한 생각이 들었습니다. 세재를 두면 좋을것 같아요^^ 여러모로 감사했구요. 즐거웠습니다. 한국에서 리나가
