(Mögulegt er að sektum verði beitt ef reglur eru brotnar). Hótelið var endurnýjað að fullu og lauk framkvæmdunum í október 2003.

"Sun Breeze in San Pedro, Belize"
my wife and daughter spent 4 days at this hotel in April. After arriving by Tropic Air from the mainland, the hotel is right across the street which is nice. They loved their room and had no issues. To relax and for the price I would say , "Go for it!",you will enjoy.
"Great location and value"
Right in e heart of the "city", scuba, sushi Tuesday and Wednesday at the Blue Water Grill. Right in the beach...walk to 80ft scuba diving...everything is right at your fingertips. Next to jambel's place with live music on Wednesday nights. On site spa. Walk to the airport. Possibly the perfect place to enjoy San Pedro.

THIS HOTEL WAS EXCELLENTLY LOCATED-ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE AIRPORT TERMINAL. THERE IS A HUGH STARKEY'S DIVE SHOP ON THE PREMISES AND IT IS A GOOD ONE! THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT WAS B+, AND THE VIEW FROM THE RESTAURANT AND SURROUNDINGS WAS A+. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT THE MATTRESS WAS TOO SOFT FOR MY LIKING. IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET HOT WATER IN THE […] SHOWER, BUT WHEN IT CAME THE SHOWER WAS FINE. THE HOTEL SWIMMING POOL IS LOVELY. PERSONNEL WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE OWNERS OF THE HOTEL ALSO OWN A FABULOUS RESTAURANT ON THE ISLAND (RED GINGER) WHICH THE HOTEL DESK WILL DISCLOSE TO YOU. Lesa meira
"20 feet from the airstrip + right on the beach"
My friend and I stayed here Jun 22-24 after doing the jungles of Belize & Guatemala. The hotel is quiet, rooms are spacious and comfortable, th bathroom is huge and like a separate room from the (bed)room. There is a hotel pool, but we always walked past it to check out the restaurants and bars 2 minutes down the sand. And yes, it is right across the […] street from the airstrip, so you can make a 1pm flight if you check out at 12:45pm - no joke. The only con is that the "beach" behin the hotel is full of small docks, so you don't have that true beach experience. Highly recommended, unless you want to spend most of your time on a more secluded beach. The town of San Pedro is small enough that you can walk anywhere in 5 minutes. Lesa meira
"Good hotel great location"
We stayed for 6 night at sun breeze. The staff service was incredible. The room was a nice standard hotel room. For the price and location ( right on the beach ) the value was great! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy a tropical parodies on a budget.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice hotel for the price paid. The hotel has air conditioned, spacious, clean rooms with T.V & a large bathroom area as well. The pool area is also very pleasant with a large decked area overlooking the beach & pool bar adjoining the restaurant. The hotel staff were all very friendly & helpfull as well. The hotel is right on the water and on the other side is across the street from Tropic Air. It's walking distance to everything in San Pedro. We stayed 5 nights and had no complaints The pool and bar/restaurant were great and the rooms clean. "Great Hotel..."
Probably the best hotel in Belize. Tip 1: Dive in the pier from Ramon's Village. The best place to dive in the island. Tip 2: There are no nice beaches in San Pedro. If possible go to Placencia.
"The Perfect Christmas Vacay"
What you see on their web site is what you get. You walk across the street to get to the airport but you hear almost nothing because the planes are turbo-props that rev their engines way down the runway. By the way use Tropic Air. They have a brand new waiting area versus a shack for Maya Air. The Sunbreeze rooms are up to US standards. We caught fish […] and the restaurant prepared them . This hotel is in the perfect location. It is very clean and welcoming. The restaurant and bar is the best in the town. Service is great. I recomend this hotel to everyone.

Sunbreeze is near town and has a great bar and pool etc. The staff is great. The rooms are lacking a little bit and could use updating, but we will be back! We love this hotel and will use it each time we come to San Pedro!
"Across the street from local airport"
The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from The San Pedro airport. Best ceviche out of 4 restaurants at their Blue Water Grill. The traffic on San Pedro has increased considerably, so right out the street side entrance to the hotel there is heavy taxi and golf cart traffic with no pedestrian sidewalks.

Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas! Tienen un buen A/C y ventilador que no es ruidoso por lo q se puede dormir bien. La piscina es pequeña pero había poca gente por lo que estaba ok. El restaurant del hotel es muy bueno y además estas cerca de todo. Buena disposición a responder preguntas y agendar tours en recepción. Todo ok para un hotel 3 estrellas. Ojo […] q aunque en las fotos se ve playa, esta es muy pequeña y no te puedes bañar en el mar así como en todo San Pedro porque hay algas. No es una típica playa caribeña como las típicas pero es un pueblito muy relajado donde puedes navegar, hacer snorkeling, etc Lesa meira
