vantaði heitt vatn á baðherbergið hjá okkur í 1 og hálfan dag, herbergið fljótt yfir litið hreint, en þegar maður var á klósettinu sá maður mikið ryk bak við hurðina og horfði á handklæðaofninn sem var allur í ryki á milli rimlanna

"Novotel Muenchen City - besti morgunnverðurinn"Metið af Auður Ester G G frá "Kópavogur, Ísland" þann 8. okt. 2010
Við fjölskyldan gistum á Novotel Muenchen City í september 2010. Erum með 2 lítil börn. Hótelið var í alla staði glæsilegt og aðstaða fyrir börn góð en þeir eru með leikherbergi í andyrinu með leikjatölvum og fleira dót. Herbergið var mjög fallegt og hreint. Baðherbergið var með bæði baði og sturtu en það kemur sér vel þegar maður er með lítil börn. Morgunnverðurinn á hótelinu er hreint út sagt frábær og langar manni að sita þar endalaust og borða. Það er hægt að fá nánast allt og svo stendur kokkur og býr til eggjakökur og pönnukökur fyrir þig eins og þú villt. Hótelið er í gögnufæri við bæinn og einnig er Munchen safnið í 5 mín göngufjarlægð. Hótelið er með sér bílastæðahús svo ekki þarf að leita að bílastæðum ef maður er á bíl. Einnig er lestarstöðin rétt hjá. Ég mæli því eindregið með þessu hóteli.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.

"Good if all you need is low cost space"
This hotel was simple with no frills. Not too convenient to the train and not in a great location for food and/or grocery. We were able to stay as a large family (4 kids and 3 adults) fairly well and inexpensively with two rooms, which is no easy feat in Europe.
"THIS IS A NO FRILLS HOSTEL"
If you are looking for a clean, however no frills hostel, that is full of younger adults that are backpacking, this is just what you will get. You have to pay extra at the desk for sheets if you don't have a sleeping bag. We are a family of 5, and we were a bit taken back by the atmosphere. It was a college dorm set up with the front desk serving as […] the dorm advisors. We had our own private bathroom with shower and tub which was nice. Overall, it was an OK place to stay that provided us with a completely new experience , different than staying in nice hotels that provide free breakfast. Lesa meira
"Excellent for short-term stays"
We stayed at the A&O for a few reasons: inexpensive accommodations for two, overall proximity to transit, and inexpensive wifi access (5 euro/24 hours or 8 euro/7 days). The A&O definitely fit that bill completely. The rooms are very basic: two twin beds, a small table and a few rickety chairs, TV, and small wardrobe. Luckily, we did not need anything […] fancy. The bathroom had the usuals plus a heated towel rack - nice for drying clothes. We ended up staying in three different rooms because we would book for only a few nights hoping to find something where wifi was guaranteed to work in the room. However, our investigations of other hotels in the area on foot kept coming up blank, so we’d book the A&O for a few more nights - requiring us to check out at 10 am and check back in at 4 pm. It worked out pretty well because we spent the time exploring a few museums in the area. The traffic noise is pretty bad and there is construction nearby so you also have the sound of power tools throughout the day. The fellow tenants are really not too rowdy but could be a little loud in the late nights (maybe I’m just too old). As far as wifi goes, neither of us had full access in any of the rooms. The first one allowed one person in-room access, the second room allowed no one access, and the third room allowed the other person in-room access. The signal is very weak and only resonates from the lobby. Ask for a room near there in order to get the strongest signal possible. The beds are pretty firm / flat - kind of like sleeping on the floor with a small padding underneath you - not terrible but after a week, we looked forward to finding a new bed to sleep in. All in all, it is a good location and hotel for stays of 3-4 days. Lesa meira
"Good place although a bit pricey"
Exactly as expected. The service at the reception was at times really slow as with one or two people trying to serve twenty people. However the room was clean, there was plenty of life in the hotel/hostel which made it a great stay. Its location was right on the tram line and it was a very easy journey to the Hautbahnhof or Marienplatz. I recommend […] the place. Lesa meira

Its basic, clean and makes no bones about being being a hostel in the guise of an hotel, but if you are just in Munich for a couple of days then book in. The staff are very helpful and the hotel rooms are clean with fresh linen. Most importantly, its right beside a tram line and near a train station so travelling around the city couldn't be simplier. "Meget skuffende oplevelse"
Efter en forholdsvis positiv oplevelse i receptionen, hvor personen bag skranken forholdsvis hurtigt fandt vores værelse, faldt hotellet til jorden med et brag. Vi havde fået opfattelsen af at have fået et værelse for os selv, men var blevet installeret i et 6 mands værelse, hvor der i forvejen var en beboer. Til trods for at det er forbudt at ryge […] indendørs på hotellet, havde denne beboer røget meget, og der lå snavset tøj alle vegne. Retfærdigvis skal nævnes, at vi fik overtalt receptionisten til at give os et andet væresle, der var tomt, på det fuldt bookede hotel. Når dette er sagt, var madrasserne dårlige skumgummi madrasser, på gamle stål køje senge. Rengøringen var i bedste fald middelmådig, men det var et sted at sove. Lesa meira

"Zentral gelgenes Hotel"
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt voll und ganz. Nettes Personal, einfache Zimmereinrichtung, geeignet mit Familie,sehr zentral gelegen
"Billig hotell i nærheten av Marienplatz"
Hotellet var veldig enkelt. Du får akkurat det man betaler for. En god del støy fra gate. Er helt grei plass og bo hvis man ikke skal oppholde seg mye på hotellet...

"A place to sleep"
The beddings were cold and the room was freezing when we arrived because the window was left open in cold whether in january month... Clean and comfortable.

"慕尼黑难忘的两夜"
酒店整体还行吧，相对于其它酒店高昂的住宿费来说，算是性价比还可以的。居然还包了早餐，虽然不那么合胃口，但是已经让我喜出望外了，又节约了一顿，呵呵。酒店离火车站大概2公里的路程，如果要走路的话还是有点远，尤其对于负重前行的旅客。还有就是酒店上网都是要付费的，这点让我很郁闷。而且晚上睡觉感觉暖气不是那么足，床垫也有些硬。在法兰克福的住宿虽然也是20欧一晚，但是早餐更可口一些，酒店地理位置也不错，更重要的是有免费的Wifi，让远行在外的人可以实时向亲人朋友报个平安！

Cet hôtel permet d'accueillir des familles nombreuses dans une seule chambre (6 lits) e qui est exceptionnel sur Münich. Il faut apporter ses draps, mais tant qu'on est prévenu, pas de problème. Le confort est spartiate (lits simples superposés, salle de bais "ancienne") mais amplement suffisant pour qui recherche seulement un lieu pour dormir. Le prix […] est très intéressant. "ottimo per un soggiorno breve"
non è centralissimo, ma è ben collegato ai mezzi pubblici (il tram ferma praticamente di fronte e la metro si raggiunge in 10 minuti alla stazione di Maillinger strasse - u1). Rifanno la camera tutti i giorni e c'è molta privacy e gentilezza da parte del personale.
