Extremely dissapointed after a long car trip , we were informed there was no personnel to help us with our luggage,we had to carry it up stairs to access lobby. With only one person in front desk. Hotel looks worn, rugs in hallways run down and do not look clean. Room was ok, nothing to write home about. Definitely not 4 star quality.

Walking distance to La Concha beach in SanSebastian. This hotel was comfortable and the pool was delightful. It was close to the bus stop to bring you into the center of town. As in all cities, driving is less than pleasant.

Nice hotel that is about a 5 minute walk down the hill from the beach and 30-40 minute walk to the Old Town. It's a good way to burn the calories you will consume with the wonderful San Sebastion cuisine. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely, large swimming pool area with nice lounge chairs. A nice way to relax after spending […] the day. The breakfast was not great ( all the hotel breakfasts are similar but some have better quality and variety- this one was weak) and not worth the money but there's nothing right near the hotel so you'd have to go down the hill to find someplace. "Bacelo Costa Vasca - Away from the action"
This brightly modernised hotel provides comfortable rooms and a quiet location - very quiet. Our major problem, in a party that included a mildly disabled person, was getting out of the hotel neighbourhood to the main part of the beach and city where all the action is. Bus links were poor, so we ended up spending a load on taxis. Hotel service wasn't […] great. Staff misled us about the pricey restaurant food (e.g. buffet breakfast rates were not posted anywhere) and provided inaccurate bus information. On the other hand they were generally friendly and tried to be helpful. The pool area was pleasant. I'd only recommend this hotel to someone who likes a lot of walking or who likes a lot of solitude. "Expensive parking"
The hotel is nice but it is a long way from the old town and the Parking is very expensive at €17 a day. If you decide to drive to the beach and then park you will have to pay again. Crazy, park in the street it is cheaper!
"NICE WALK TO THE BEACH."
This hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood and provides a nice walk to the promenade and the beach area to get to the old town area. It is quite a distance from the bus and train stations so it is best to take a taxi or bus to the hotel.

"Bit of a walk from town"
Its a lovely hotel bar the unfriendliness of staff and the 30 min walk back from town. The public bus service is fantastic though and the stop outside the hotel door is very useful.

The hotel itself is nice, but it is too distant to walk to the beach, old town, or center city. Buses and cabs are available, but I had the sense that I was commuting to my vacation.

The hotel itself is extremely nice. Really modern and up to date rooms... really impressed with the place itself. Service, however, could have been a bit better at the reception. "Lovely hotel out of center of town."
This is a lovely hotel, clean rooms, modern. Unfortunately the pool had not yet opened for the season but they were in the process of filling it with water. We were there in late June. My only complaint was that we had two rooms and neither had adequate air conditioning. We mentioned it to the staff and they said that they'd investigate but there was […] no improvement. "Estupendo!"
Es un hotel estupendo, las habitaciones son de diseño con una decoración muy relajante. Las camas comodísimas, la TV en la pared muy cómoda de ver y de medidas considerables. El baño amplio y la ducha enorme. La cafetería está siempre abierta y puedes desayunar o picar desde un mollete de jamon, a un pincho de tortilla, hasta un café con bollos, magdalenas, […] tostadas etc. Si lo prefieres el desayuno buffet es otra opción, aunque demasiado para mi. Hay un autobus nº 16, que te lleva al casco viejo, y un taxi son 6 euros. En fin, muy recomendable Lesa meira

Estupendo hotel en todo sentido, más aún con el precio obtenido. Si bien no está al lado del centro, obliga a una caminata maravillosa por la playa de la Concha

super hotel. le personnel est tres sympa . tres proche de la mer un peu loin du centre ville mais la balade est jolie a faire a pied jusqu'au centre. le seul bemol le restaurant de l'hotel qui est tres cher et y'a pas grand chose ds l'assiette. mais la cafeteria est tres bien.

J'avais réservé 10 chambres pour une étape a San Sebastian, la totalité des personnes ayants résidés a cet hotel, ont été très satisfait, surtout pour nous d'avoir un garage sécurisé. Un hotel avec des prestations très corrects.

Nice stay over hotel well situated close to the waterfront in San Sebastian. Appr 2km really nice walk to center with very nice places to eat and drink. Rooms are nothing special, neither the other areas of the hotel, but with nice beds and very clean. Great breakfast, however the costing was way too high though. Hotel ben curato,con personale simpatico,efficiente e disponibile.Le camere sono un pò carenti di spazi,tipo cassetti o portavaligie,però eleganti e ben curate.Si può migliorare il menù del ristorante,un pò scarso in rapporto alla qualità dell'hotel.Peccato per il parcheggio a pagamento......

Lo único que se quedó por debajo de lo perfecto es el desayuno, que tiene productos de calidad pero se queda un poco corto (poca variedad de pan, etc.). Si lo aumentaran el hotel merecería un máximo de nota. Aparte de eso, todo genial. Además, podéis ahorraros el parking porque de noche hay plazas en la calle, no os olvidéis de pagar zona azul ! La renocación del Hotel ah sido todo uan acierto. Habitaciones modernas, confortables, quizá con poca luz, no por la luz natural sino por la costumbre de no iluminar suficientemente lso hotels. "Hotel Costa vasca"
Un petit 4/5 pour cet Hotel qui n'a pas du tout été a la hauteur de nos espérances: lit plutôt petit, régulation thermique inefficace, accès au Spa, hammam et autres payant (non spécifié...), assez loin du centre, aucune vue agréable sur la baie ou quoi que ce soit, parking ridiculement petit (50 places a tout casser) ou parking payant a 17euros/jour! […] Oui, le personnel parle anglais, oui c'est dans San Sebastian, mais ça ne fait pas tout. Certes, l'hôtel est de qualité, mais il ne vaut pas ce qu'il coûte. Lesa meira
"Hotel Barceló Costa Vasca"
Situado en el barrio de Antigua, muy bien comunicado por autobuses para ir y venir al centro de San Sebastián, aunque practicamente innecesarios (sólo cuando ya estás agotado de callejear), ya que a unos 5 minutos andando llegas al Paseo de La Concha y puedes dirigirte a izquierda o derecha para disfrutarlo plenamente. El hotel es un 4**** espléndido […] con habitaciones amplias y exteriores con balcón, practicamente insonorizadas, con rincón de mesa de trabajo y camas y almohadas muy cómodas y . Sólo un pequeño detalle que al final nos olvidamos de comentar en recepción y es que creemos que la puerta de cristal ahumado que cierra el baño, está puesta del lado contrario, es decir desde dentro del baño se ve "espejo", pero desde la habitación se ve completamente el interior del baño y quién esta dentro............y no queda demasiado bien. En cualquier caso el baño muy práctico y elegante. Lesa meira
"BUEN HOTEL A UN PASEO DEL CENTRO"
Este hotel es muy confortable y de apariencia moderna, con unas instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpias. Nuestra habitación era grande, tenía una terraza pequeñita, un baño bastante grande,y estaba muy limpia. Las camas eran confortables. A nivel de servicios, tiene todo lo que se puede esperar de un cuatro estrellas. El internet wifi no estaba disponible […] por problemas técnicos. La única pega es que está situado a un paseo de unos 25 minutos hasta la zona vieja de SS. Nosotros lo hicimos bastantes veces durante el fin de semana y acabas bastante cansado (además el hotel está en una pequeña colina) Os lo recomiendo si estáis dispuestos a daros buenos paseos y patear la ciudad. "Hôtel Barcelo de San Sebastian"
Très belle hôtel en pierre situé dans un quartier résidentiel magnifique et vert, à 2 pas de la promenade de la plage. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain est géniale, demander une chambre en étage élevé pour la vue...
Da wir erst kurz vor unserer Reise gebucht hatten, kostete das Hotel nur mehr die Hälfte.Dies war für das Zimmer angemessen. Das Fenster ging hinten zur Straße hinaus ( war nicht so schlimm, da wenig Verkehr am Abend) Es war aber leider sehr hellhörig ( Klospülung, Reden am Gang, Fußgetrappel,...). Das Zimmer war ok ( modern eingerichtet). der Kasten […] eher klein, dafür das Bad schön. Zu Fuß war man in 20 min am Strand ; beim Rückweg musste man eine kleine Steigung in Kauf nehmen. Eine Bushaltestelle wäre aber auch gleich beim Hotel gewesen. Das Doppelte hätte ich aber nicht für dieses Hotel bezahlt! Lesa meira
