Courtyard Medford Airport – Medford

We had a great stay! The Hotel is very clean and spacious. Our room was very comfortable, Layed out well. There is a Bistro and small amenities store for last minute beer, wine or other. We travel to Medford a lot all agreed that we have found our new place to stay. Thank you.

Very modern and clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Everything about the hotel smelled and appeared clean. I will be back again for sure. The only negative I would give the room was the lack of a microwave.

It was a nice place for the night, but any longer would not work. The food they serve is not good at all. The pizza was undercooked and everything they make is made in the speed oven. For being a decent hotel the food should be better.

The employees were very helpful, the room was very comfortable and the van to the airport at 4am was ready to go. Nothing to complain about! Would stay there again.

Booked the hotel for a business trip. Very nice and clean, good atmosphere. Coffee in the room leaves something, OK, a lot to be desired. But overall a very pleasant experience.

I travel a lot on business and often have to tell myself "It's only one night, deal with it". NOT SO in this place! The Courtyard Medford Airport Inn was fantastic. Despite being so close to the airport it was quiet as a mouse. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The service was incredible. I accidentally left something important in my […] room and had already turned in my rental car. I called and asked the desk if they could mail it to me and the response was "We can shuttle it over in 5 minutes, can you meet us at the curb?" . It took 3. I will definitely make this my "go-to" hotel in Medford! A+++ rating! Lesa meira

The hotel was in great shape everything was in order. The only thing I would suggest is the café opens before 5 PM. There isn't any place around their to get something to eat. I flew in and didn't have a car so I couldn't go anywhere to eat.

Room and facilities are what is to be expected of Courtyard. Staff responsiveness to concerns, however, left a lot to be desired. Arriving at 7:00 p.m. it was fully dark and yet there was NO lighting in the parking lot. Staff's only response was that the lights were on a timer & nothing could be done. This is a beautiful new hotel with a shuttle service to the Medford Airport. I received my 3:45 am wake-up call on schedule, and the van was sitting outside waiting for me at 4:15. Beds are great; everything great!

We had to switch to a smaller plane from Seattle into Medford and arrived just past midnight. I found a panel with the Hotel number on it and called. The man on the front desk knew who we were and sent a van to pick us up in 5 minutes. The hotel is really close to the entrance of the airport. The check in took 2 mins because they had all the details […] in the computer. I was impressed by their efficiency. Very nice room. The pool was nice and had a nice hot tub. There is a small exercise room next door. When we left we had to get to the airport at 4.30 am but the shuttle was ready at 4 am. Good hotel. Lesa meira

Close to airport, but we could not hear any noise. Everything about the hotel was great. The interior deisgn was modern and comfortable, great patio area to relax, super clean, friendly accomodating staff, great food in the resturaunt/bar, and 24 hour starbucks! When we stepped off the elevator onto the second floor there was a strong chemical smell. This also was evident in the room. At 4:00am we could no longer stand the smell, called the front desk and was moved to the third floor. The smell was not on this floor. The gentleman that moved was us was very polite and offered us a complimentary coffee....really...the […] room should have been comped. I have worked in the hotel industry (Sheraton) and if this would have happened we would have comped the room. Very nice hotel. When we pulled in to the parking lot and saw how close to the airport and accross the street was the ambulance dispatch office for Medfod. We thought "Uh-OH. Turns out we didnt hear a thing. We were on the lower level right up front too. Beds are very nice and confortable. Nice Pool.

Very comfortable. Shuttle convenient. The hotel offers a bistro that has several healthy choices and Starbuck's coffee. Each room has a mini fridge and microwave. Quiet even though my room was near the elevator. Fitness Center has 2 treadmills and an elliptical plus some free weights. Pool area very clean. Close to everything. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff is very friendly, the bed extremely comfortable. The nit-picky stuff: the drawer stopper was broken, so the top drawer came all the way out and nearly fell on my foot (I told them about it at check-out so it could be repaired); the towels, though plentiful, are motel-y thin; the bathtub is too small […] to be of much use; the soaps and shampoos weren't of great quality, but I usually bring my own, anyway. The hotel is so close to the terminal, one could literally walk. Everything in this small town is close, so even though you're away from town by the airport, everything is within a 10-minute drive. Clean and easy to find from I-5. Located right at the airport. Indoor pool was small and a little dirty, otherwise just great.

My wife and I traveled to the Medford area for a wedding and needed a place to land for two nights. I have stayed in other Courtyards but none were like this one. The design of this Courtyard was much more modern and not so much a "traditional hotel," The hotel was very clean and the service staff were helpful and friendly. The location, right next […] to the airport, was convenient to all points of interest in the Rogue Valley. My wife is an interior designer and she loved the place. Courtyard Marriot, clean, comfortable, always good. This isn't a luxury hotel but it is very nice. No free poor quality breakfast, which was fine by me. We drove 10 min. to the black bear diner and had a great breakfast. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. Love the pool exercise room set up. Great, clean hotel... The new person at the front desk couldn't figure out how to check us in so we had to wait 10 minutes for another staffer to come in so we chould go in our room. Besides that minor issue good location and value

Everything was wonderful. My only comment is that it would be nice if they offered more food considering they are the only place to eat once you check in.

couldn't get the heat to kick on, it was 35 degree's out. front desk did help with that, but wasn't an easy task. toilet wouldn't flush. paint peeling off the ceiling. the next morning, the maid kept knocking at the door every 15 minutes while we were still trying to sleep, and this was four hours before check-out! as we were walking out, she said to […] us "sorry." my husband said to her, "yeah, sure you are." then we went downstairs to get the complimentary breakfast and coffee...it was 5 minutes after they shut everything down. did get the coffee though. wouldn't even give us a muffin, like that would have killed them! not a good experience. won't go back to this one. been to other Marriotts and has had excellent stays there. but not here! Pretty standard airport hotel...they were very accomadating, letting me keep my car in their parking lot a day after I checked out. I thought it was too expensive however.

Very good hotel for the money. Room was clean, no smells, no stains... and everything was as advertised. Only 1 drawback: when we asked the waiter where the free starbucks coffee was located (which was 10 feet from us behind a partial wall) she pointed us to the "paid" starbucks counter instead.

Staff was friendly. The location is next to the airport and remote which provides a safe feeling. There are no stores or restaurants nearby. The bistro was convenient but a little pricey for the product. I would probably not return at this price.

Redoing their rooms in November of 2011. Rooms are a little tired but this is being remedied shortly. I will continue to stay here when in area.

We arrived late at night and were given room 112. Little did we know that the walls are paper thin and we were placed immediately next to the breakfast area. Breakfast starts at 6:00 AM, so the prep. started at about 5:00 AM. Very noisy room! The bedsheets were like sandpaper. Very uncomfortable experience!
