Adara Hotel – Whistler

Located in the heart of the Whistler village steps away from everything. Very helpful with parking. It is a 20$ valet charge per day however they let us keep our car the entire next day after check out while we skiied. Very helpful.

Loved my stay at the Adara...the staff was pleasant, the location was convenient, and the rooms were modern and sleek. The only negative I have is the small hot tub and closed pool (frozen over with ice). Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Front desk welcoming and friendly and also knowledgable. Hotel is excellent value pricing. No restaurant but pre ordered breakfast was ok value and very good delivered exactly on time. Close to main village way and facilities but a little bit back from the lifts requiring perhaps 250m walk to gondola I only needed 1 nights stay and could not fault Adara […] as a small hotel. Arrived early and was allowed to have the car valet parked Check in is at 4 pm and the room was ready only at that time There was a line up of guests waiting in the lobby for their rooms The fridge in the room had a broken seal. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and chipped. Hot Tub was open, pool closed Beds and blankets were comfortable and warm. […] We liked the robes provided. No restaurant in the hotel but several close by..The continental breakfast provided was only coffee ,tea, apples and trail mix bars-better than nothing but deceptive in description. There is a loud bar and nightclub right next door sharing the same building..They provide you with earplugs to counteract the noise. We were on the 2nd floor and could feel the vibrations. Good hotel with large rooms and a lot of amenities provided in the rooms. Outdoor pool was closed ad the hot tub is small.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed the stay. The staff are great and there are good personal touches where the hotel leaves out freshly baked trail bars each morning, cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoon. The location is close to the slopes and village and we didn't encounter any problems with noise. Really enjoyed this boutique hotel. It had a very cozy feel to it upon entry. The rooms were well organized and spacious, with very modern design. I can be a bit high-maintenance from time to time, but this place did not disappoint. Strongly recommend giving this hidden gem a try.

Front desk staff very pleasant and welcoming. Stayed with a pet and he liked the room. Room was stylish but a cheap chic and shabby in some places when you look close, such as damage walls and doors only painted over and not repaired. Nice having microwave, kettle and coffee press. There was bar noise til 2 AM in the morning with deep vibrating boom boom to go with it, not a restful night. Stayed in nearby Aava last year and recommend it, quieter and better condition. The staff was wonderful very informative and very friendly. We were disappointed in there was no tub in room. My 82 year old mom was looking to soak after the trails no mirror in the upstairs loft and the sofa bed I slept on was very poor. There were cigarette butts on the deck. Again the staff made the stay most pleasant. The weather in Whistler made […] it even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and quite. My son and friends went mountain biking for the week and we dropped them off and picked them up at the end. The staff was very helpful towards our son to reassemble the bikes after our plane trip.

This Hotel is very good, I could eat very good cooks there and it was free and the hottop is not so big, but it was very good and works very well.

I should have went on trip advisory. There is a bar in the hotel and it kept me up all night. Other then that, it was a great place.

Me and my friend are incredibly happy we chose Adara hotel, it was the best service I have ever encountered, just minutes away from all restaurants, shops, bars and clubs and the room was VERY luxurious! We only stayed for one night but I wish it was longer so we could enjoy the room more, we felt so spoiled! Hotel was nice. We did notice however, upon entering our room that the furniture was dusty and that one of the side mirrored night tables was chipped on the corner -and had a very sharp edge. We have a toddler who could have easily been hurt, but the matter was attended to and we did not wait long for maintenace staff to arrive. They offered to switch […] the table but we were content with even a thick patch of electrical tape to temporarily fix the problem. There was no bath tub in our room and not sure if there were in any other room but would have been nice as it is much easier bathing a toddler than trying to use an overhead shower (mounted on the ceiling. not the type can be handheld) ...Overall, we did enjoy our stay, we arrived on Monday so pool was not busy which was great having the pool to ourselves and hotel staff was friendly Lesa meira

Delighted with our stay. Put car in garage and didn't need it for 4 days. Everywhere within easy walking distance. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Will happily stay there again.

My husband and I really enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, right in the heart of Whistler Village. Wi-Fi is complementary, and was the fastest connection we came across during our 10 day stay in Canada. Our bathroom shower handle broke, and a repair person was on site within 10 minutes of our call, so we'd rate their service highly. Smaller older style hotel close to Village centre. Pet friendly. Valet parking is $20 plus tax. Free parking is a ten minute walk. Lots of restaurants close by.

I loved our layout of our room as we stayed in a loft room. We also opened up the side door to our adjacent neighbors as they are good friend's. Although the service was great at the front desk we had issue's of housekeeping keeping our spare change as a tip. It was NOT a tip. We were quickly re-embursed and discounted on our parking. The noise of Buffalo […] Bill's downstairs was really loud until 2am and then the milling around of drunk's was a bit loud. We were there to party too along with other "Tough Mudder's" and were so tired it wasn't too much of a issue. The hotel is showing it's age and we didn't even have time to check out the pool and hot tub so cant's comment on that. Overall it was okay. Lesa meira

I LOVED this hotel. The queen loft room was amazing. It was extremely clean and modern. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It is within walking distance of everywhere. I wish I lived here!

The staff was excellent. Way above average. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. But the music and the base beat from the club below made it absolutely impossible to enjoy the room between about 7 and 2 in the morning. Too bad, everything else was so nice.

We stayed at the Adara for 1 night and was amazing. The hotel was not what we would normally expect for a hotel stay. It felt like home the rooms were designed very upscale, something you would find in a nice service apartment in Vancouver, Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, parking was secure and had easy access. The location of the hotel was prime […] as it was just steps away from the Village square. Lastly, biking trails and driving range was literally 2 minutes behind the hotel. This hotel was very clean and spacious. Service was excellent. We were given free parking but normally it's $20/night. Room was beautiful and worth the value. The only negatives are the walls attempt paper thin, the elevator is terrifying, the pool deck needed maintenance. Room service breakfast was awful. Whistler isn't cheap by any standard. That said, this is about the closest to a deal that you are going to find. As has been said by other travelers, the Hotel is adjacent to Buffalo Bill's, a Bar/Nite Club. On Wednesday night, their industry night, the place is packed, so expect to hear noise all the way to 2 AM. The room itself was nice, I really […] like the vertical shower, as the shower head is mounted on the ceiling. There is only one elevator, as it is painfully slow, yet necessary if you are hauling heavy bags up to the second floor. The hotel could be a bit closer to the lift, but it is close to the grocery store and close to three nite clubs. Definitely the place for those that want to ski hard and party hard. Oh yeah, the Hot Tub is very small, so don't expect to be able to soak your sore skins! Lesa meira

Location could not be better. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was a little saggy. The loft rooms are nice in that the bed area is well removed from the living area. Toiletries are nice. The shower was one of those with the head in the ceiling and a natural rain fall kind of feeling. Overall, highly recommended.
