Going to Bangkok as two semi-budget travelers, we didn't consider this as cheap, but as many hostels were of the same price range, we decided to take the hotel, mostly for the chance of a good bed, more security and proximity to Khao San Road. Apart from the WiFi being a bit shaky (but to same level as many other hotels in South East Asia) and dirty slippers in the bathroom, everything was pretty much sufficient to our standards. The bed was comfortable enough, the hotel staff was friendly and more than ready to help with anything, a convenience store was in the same street and also an Internet Cafe. No problem finding it coming from Khao San Road, going up the street from KSR (western end), the hotel being placed on the opposite bank of the next canal - merely a five minute walk. Only downside was, being a backpacker, we missed staying with all the other backpackers on Khao San Road, but returned anyway for a second stay a week later, equally as enjoyable.

"good place for price"
the people were very friendly. the room was very large with two rooms incl kitchen. a bit tired decor, for the price, great. gym was fine too, food for bkfst included and not bad. I would not recommend the attached beauty treatment place as the prices were stupid by comparision. Otherwise very happy with the place and deal.
"Excellent Service at Pantip Court"
I stayed at the Pantip Court for 7 days. The rooms were large and spacious. No complaints about any of the equipment or services. As a matter of fact the service was excellent. From the doorman to the Manager they were extremely courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast selection was good. The location is a bit hard to find but if you say tell […] the taxi driver Sathorn Soy1 they will get you there. It is very close to the Embassies of Austria & Denmark. "Very good hotel, just needs some repairs"
A hotel is very nice, fabulous view through the window and balcony. It has open balconies, it is very nice. Great pool, breakfast, everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved - rooms needs some renewal. And sometimes problems reaching old town with taxi because of traffic jams. But everything else is perfect.

"Pantip Suite, Bangkok"
Although the rooms were nice and large, the breakfast was just OK and I think it best if one were close to the Skytrain. My last day after touring, I was able to use their shower in the fitness center.
"Large and Comfortable Rooms"
Stayed here for two nights on each end of a trip to Vietnam. The hotel has a nice lobby with free wi-fi, comfortable seating and a garden patio. A computer and printer is available in the business office. The breakfast was the typical mix of US and Thai food. The bar prices were a bit steep, but we later discovered a small restaurant just down the street […] (walk out the garden entrance, past the spa then on the other side of the street) I think its called Malia - owned by an expat. The hotel has a small gym with a few machines and a spa which I didn't use. I did use the L shaped pool in the garden - it is quite large and the water was warmer than most hotel pools in Hawaii. The rooms were a bit dated but beautiful wood cabinets and a large teak desk. Friends upgraded to a suite and they had wood floors instead of carpet - we weren't there long enough to care but did use 'slippers'. Full kitchen - not too well equipped for cooking but they would probably provide more if you asked. Very large living room with a fair size lanai and a great city view (we were on the 10th floor). Huge separate bedroom with a bed the size of two queens put together - tons of drawer and closet space and a room safe. Large triangular tub and a separate shower with large counter tops in the bathroom. Two TV's but terrible sound and poor reception. If you take a right out of the hotel and a left at the end of the street there is a 7-11 on the next corner on the right side of the road. Just around from the 7-11 is a money exchange that gives a better rate than the hotel (we got this info from the hotel) Not knowing the situation of the flooding we opted to have the hotel meet us at the airport when we arrived at 5pm. The cost was 45.00 US. The taxi back to the airport in the middle of the day was under 300 TB or about 10.00. This price also included the toll fees on the freeway to the airport (about 100 TB). "Three stays at Pantip Court"
I stayed at the Pantip Court Executive Residence three times over one month and was satisfied with each stay. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast with an omlet chef. At other times, restaurant food is good, but service is slow. I did not walk around the hotel area but always took taxis (vey inexpensive) to places […] I wanted to visit. They offer one computer in the lobby with free internet access. Rooms are comfortable, but have a 1970's look to them. Some rooms have a separate shower in addition to a spa-size tub. Lesa meira

"Wonderful hotel, excellent service"
We spent four nights here and had a wonderful stay in Bangkok. The staff at the hotel and beautiful gardens are outstanding. The rooms are huge, very clean and comfortable. We will definately be back.

If u dun mind taking cab all the time this is the place for u! Room is extremely huge we stayed on 14th floor, 2 bedroom suite w clear view of city. Cab drivers mostly refused to take us back to hotel maybe it's out of the way. They will exhorbit for high fare too. Staff r really nice n speak good English.

"Not a four-star hotel"
This hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff, and the pool area is nice. Otherwise I cannot really believe that this is a four-star hotel. Or maybe we just got a room which was not renovated. It was filthy and had seen its best days somewhere in the beginning of 90s. The luggage boy warned about thiefs and recommended to keep everything a bit more […] valuable in the safety box. It was my first time in Thailand, (Me, wife and 13 year old). The room, a flat really, was very comfortable and the service was great. It is limited to 4 people, but it really could hold much more. I mean, the room is HUGE. A great experience

I had a huge suite at Pantip. Well appointed and very comfortable. Service was excellent, I felt guilty having someone hold the door for me at every coming/going. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is a bit out of the way, not the best for a city walker like me. So you might need to take a taxi to and from the train stations... especially […] at night. Not much of a selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. TV reception and choice was pretty poor, if that's important to you. The included breakfast was OK, but nothing special. The suite I stayed in was large and comfortable, had a large living room, kitchen and a big bed, centrally airconditioned. large bathroom with tub. Very friendly staff and the food at the restaurant was awsome! I had dinner, which was very well done and delicious, the free breakfast was buffet and covered contenental,and local flavours. "The usual high standards"
I'm glad to see that it is its usual high standard-for-value. The suites are huge, clean, blissfully quiet, and the staff are delightful. The gardens are beautiful, the fitness room unusually large and everything is efficient and quiet. Although a 10-minute walk is needed to get to the MRT, it's an easy walk through a typical Thai neighbourhood. Walk […] to the far end of Soi Nantha, near the hotel, and explore a traditional Thai area with local shopping that is particularly lively during evening rush hour. "Affordable luxury in the pounding heart of BKK"
When me and my fellow traveller entered the room we started jumping while realizing it was no ordinary room, it was really huge. More like a family size condo. The staff were great, always polite and amusing. Breakfast good, resturant decent. With cab you are never more than 60-80THB from where the action is. The only downside for tourists might be […] that you only have sun at the poolside until 1:00pm. But at the end of the day I'll strongly recommend it. "Family Value hotel in Bangkok"
This condo style hotel is reasonable and convenient to the subway and night market (currently being relocated). Though, both were about a 10 minute walk, not immediate access. The included breakfast was good and the room was extremely large with kitchenette and complimentary water bottles. Staff is friendly and honest. We actually left our safe open […] one day and the security process validated our contents were intact - not sure a wallet full of cash would be full in other cities. The carpeting and furniture were dated (probably new and modern in the 1980's - oak style). Nevertheless, for the price and size, I am not complaining. Most of the tourist sites were west along the river so anticipate using the subway/taxi/tuk-tuk to navigate to those areas like the grand palace. Pricing in Bangkok is reasonable (when converting to USD) for transport and food. There are a couple restaurants nearby and a small mall for eating options if you do not want to venture too far. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant outside of the included breakfast nor did we use the gym or spa so no comments for thoses facilities. Lesa meira

位置还算可以，离著名的伦披尼公园、地铁站比较近，步行七八分钟即可到达。酒店房间超大，虽然有点显旧，但整体仍算很整洁。超爱房间里的小厨房，八天时间有三天买回食材，自己做泰国菜吃，爽！要改善的是酒店的服务。第一天入住发现，洗手间的垃圾桶里，还有上批客人留下的垃圾。房内的浴袍、拖鞋也只是按一个人配给。酒店的早餐种类比去年少了很多，服务员的服务很不够。

大変満足しました、コスト的にそれほど期待してませんでしたが、予想を遥かに上回る内容だと思います、細かいところを突けば不満は多々出てきますが、コスト比で考えれば十分相殺できる内容です。また必ず利用します。 Good：9Fの部屋夜景が最高（次回はもう少し上の階希望）、ロビーのボーイがフレンドリーで気持ちよく出かけられた！その他スタッフも笑顔＆スピード対応！チェックインの対応スピードが今までのホテルより速かった！ 部屋が広い！（目の悪い私にとってはソファからTVが少し遠く・・・） 悪い点はバスタブの詮が無くお湯を溜められなかった。 総合的には4.8

방콕에서 쇼핑이나 관광을 많이하실 생각이시면 굳이 숙소를 여기에 잡으시면 안 되요. 가격도 저렴한 편도 아니고, 조식은 너무 간단하구요. 위치가 안 좋아요. 주변으로 나와도 딱히 할 것도 없구요. 역이랑도 멀어서 어디를 가려면 꼭 택시를 타야해요. 직원들이 친절하고 택시도 잘 잡아주지만 관광이나 쇼핑할 때 길거리에 시간을 많이 버리게 되네요. 호텔의 상태는 스위트를 예약했는데 크기는 엄청 크지만 (약40평) 시설이 낡았네요. 작아도 깔끔한 것을 원하시면 예약하지 마세요. 공항까지는 고속도록 안 타고 280바트 정도 나와요.

"Erinomainen hotelli lapsiperheen tarpeisiin."
Huoneisto oli todella suuri ja viihtyisä vaikka sisustus olikin vähän vanhanaikainen. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja lapset huomioitiin mukavasti. Aamiainen oli hyvä, ja alakerrasta oli pieni kauppa. Sijainti oli ihan ok, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Lumpihin puistosta ja metro-asemasta. Lähistöllä on muutamia edullisia ravintoloita.

hotel bien situé, non loin d'une station de métro, à proximité du centre de Bangkok. Nus avons beaucoup apprecié la gentillesse du personnel, son attention. Les appartements sont spacieux, un peu vieillots mais confortables et propres.

"静かに過ごせるホテルです"
かつての高級アパートメントですのでセキュリティー、スタッフの対応はしっかりしています。緑に囲まれていますが、プールとかは、意外と道路の音が気になります。 朝食は、特別豪華ではありませんでした。 部屋と風呂が他にはない広さですので、長期滞在に向いています。ベッドだけでも３人寝れるぐらいでバスタブも寝転べるぐらいあります。朝食をランチボックスに変えてもらえなかっかのが残念です。

"Great pool - not so great location"
We stayed in a luxury room – a suite really. More room than you need but definitely nice. The pool was really nice! The breakfast buffet also a big plus and service of the staff some of the best we have experienced. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit far away from everything and the neighborhood not so exciting. 過去バンコクには何度も行っていますが私は毎回ここで決まりです。 まずは値段の割に圧倒的に広い部屋 もちろん日本人大好きのバスタブ付き リビングも広いしバルコニーも広い そしてキッチンそろっていることから自炊までＯＫ ベッドルームとリビングが別れていることから 仕事での滞在でも便利が良いです。 又スタッフの愛想の良さもＧｏｏｄ サトーン１ですがどこに行くにも意外と便利 ＭＲＴのルンピ二駅も近くなのでバンコク恒例の渋滞時での移動も楽々です。 この値段でここまでのコストパフォーマンスは バンコクではここ以外に無いと思います。 遊び目的の方にも嬉しいジョイナーフィーももちろん無料です。 近所にセブンイレブンも有るし 朝食もバイキングスタイルですがおいしいです。

"Hotel til billige penge"
Kan man leve på et lidt nedslidt hotel, så er der intet at betænke sig på her. Værelserne/Suiterne er afsindig store (162 kvm), og har en fantastisk udsigt over Bangkok. Servicen på hotellet er som den skal være. Morgenmaden i hotellets restaurant, er da bestemt også til at spise. Alt i alt det bedste hotel vi har oplevet til prisen. Kan klart anbe […] fales. "Suite til fire"
Hotellet var rigtig godt, servicen i top og personalet var rigtig søde og gearet til børn. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke noget at råbe hurra for - masser af mad men ikke særlig god. Den største ulempe var dog at taxierne ikke kendte hotellet og derfor havde problemer med at finde det
