"Everything was good"
Great place to stay. Would have been a high standard hotel when new but is now aging a bit as everything does. Not a problem as room rates are in accordance with that. Good dining room plus has heated spa and pool. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This is a great $ star hotel to stay if you want to be close to town but not in it. It is walking distance to downtown (10 min) even though you have to walk uphill on the last part on the way back. Very spacious rooms, good breakfast and they have a gym and sauna. My only critic is that the pillows were very hard.

Stayed 4 nights excellent service with good sized rooms. Resturant was very nice good price and variety. This was recommended to us and I would say the same to anyone else looking for good affordable accomadation in queenstown.
Awesome Hotel. Ill be back later this year.
"Heritage Queenstown- friendly staff, large rooms"
The Heritage Queenstown was a clean, friendly hotel with a wonderful view of the lake. The front desk staff was particulary helpful. The rooms are large and well maintained. The bus stop is out front and downtown is 2 stops away. My only complaint is that the restaurant does not have a full menu during the day. "Heritage Hotel Queenstown, NZ"
We were more than satisfied with our experience at the Heritage Hotel. They allowed us to upgrade to a suite with a full kitchen and laundry facilities plus a fabulous view of the lake and mountains for a reasonable charge per night which was well worth it. The facilities were great, pool, spa, sauna as well as a full restaurant and bar were great. […] It was an easy walk into town but they also gave us bus vouchers for free which picked up right outside the hotel which was especially great because there was a rather large hill to walk up (better to enjoy the lake view). "Old, too big for the staff to handle"
We decided to book a hotel for a night to have a break from our campervan. We probably would've been happier to stay in the campervan in the end. The room (the most basic one) was old and out of date. The TV was old and got very few channels and the bathrooms were very average. There was no parking available for us at the hotel so we had to park across […] the road. We had complimentary breakfast the next day. It took them ages just to acknowledge us, let alone seat us. And then the food was pretty average, so we're glad we didn't decide to pay for it. It's a basic hotel with too many guests for the staff to be able to handle. We were after something a bit more comfortable and luxurious, as we were on a romantic trip. We checked out the next day and then spent the next night in another hotel for only a little bit extra, and it was much, much better. Lesa meira
Very nice hotel. Room was very nice, also beds and very clean. A walk from town but that wasn't so bad. The tourist service desk was great. Booked us on a great tour of the Fiords. Their input was great, they really did the best for us.

"Nice place, no surprises"
A nice accommodation for the area. A short walk into the city center but really nice views of the lake. The guest laundry was very well equipt and the laundry detergent was automatically added at no extra charge. The staff was very helpful and the 30 minutes of free wireless internet came in handy.

pros: - jacuzzi, gym, pool maintenance staff were kind & amazing - free wifi in lobby for 1/2 hr a day - free shuttle service was great/convenient - great mini-bar cons: -tried to go to dinner at hotel restaurant our last night and was told by restaurant that they were understaffed and could not take us, even though most of the restaurant was empty […] and 2 parties were a 1/2 hour late for their reservation. we were very hungry and went up to our room to order room service and they asked us to pay in cash, even though we charged room service to our room the night before and put down a $150 deposit, which we were told could be used for all hotel incidentals, including room service - hotel is a little dated and rooms could use a little updating. we only had a partial view of lake, even though we requested a lake view room. - knocks on our door daily about what we had taken from mini-bar - outrageous prices to watch movies, and satellite t.v., only includes 13 channels at most. "Spacious room and great views"
Our deluxe room was very spacious and had a great view of the lake. Quality of food in the restaurant was good although breakfast was a bit pricey. It's quite a steep walk back to the hotel from the centre of Queenstown so the free bus comes in handy. The only downside was the lack of a covered walkway from the reception, restaurant and spa to our room […] - it was a cold and often rainy run between the two buildings! Lesa meira
"Heritage Queenstown-incredible views over the lake"
We booked a lake view 3 bedroom villa at the heritage and were not disappointed! We were blown away by the size of the villa and it was very new and modern looking, we wanted a place with a kitchen and some space and were very happy with everything. At the end of our 4 night stay we didn't want to leave it was so comfortable. The view from the windows […] toward the lake are awe-inspiring and i spent an entire day on the couch reading a book and gazing lazily out the window. The villa was serviced every day and we got every comfort we could wish for. The heritage is up a bit of a steep hill so the walk into town might be a bit harder on the way back but the bus line runs past the front of the property every half hour and you get complimentary bus passes from reception, this wasn't a problem for us though as we had our own hire car. It was quiet in our time there as we didn't want to be in the hustle bustle of Queenstown all the time but still only a few minutes away by car. Lesa meira
"Outstanding Hotel"
This was a great place to stay. We were in a 3 bedroom unit. The place was clean and there was a convenient shuttle service into town. The staff was very friendly. The bedrooms were a little bit cold, but there were electric blankets and the bathrooms had heated floors. We stayed in 5 hotels on this trip, and this was by far the nicest. Great price […] too! 전반적으로 좋은 편임. 다만 인터넷 사용료(1일 약 30불)가 금액애 비해 다운로드 한계 (300MB)로 불편하였으나, 뉴질랜드 전반적인 형태로 호텔 자제문제는 아닌 것 같음.

サービスレベルは悪くないですが、チェックインの際にデポジットで200NZ$取られました。チャックアウトの際に返金して貰えますが、その際カード手数料を取られます。契約書に書いてあるとのことですが、ホテルの都合でデポジットを取っているのにそこに手数料を掛けるのは止めてほしい。

クイーンズタウンの町はずれの見晴らしのいい静かな所に位置しますが、無料のバスが通っていますので町までのアクセスは全く問題ありませんでした。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、チェックアウトしたあとバス停でバスを待っているとホテルマンがこちらへやってきて、何があったのかと思ったらカウンターに置き忘れたビデオカメラを持ってきてくれました。すっかり忘れていたので大変助かりました。あの時は本当にありがとうございました。
"Hotel Heritage i Queenstown"
Stort hotell med i gott skick. Restaurang med väldigt god mat och god service, dyr frukostbuffé dock. Pool och bubbelpool OCH bastu gjorde kvällarna gott! Låg en bit utanför stan men tog 5 min med gratisbuss som gick 2ggr i timmen så lätt att ta sig in till stan. Fin utsikt! Och trevligt bemötande. Rekommenderas varmt.

etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber recht schöne Lage und freundlicher Service im Kiwi Akzent.

セントラルからはやや距離があるものの、市内シャトルバスの無料チケットをフロントでもらえるので、行動に支障があるほどではない。むしろ中心街からは少し離れていて落ち着ける。 ホテル内装はロッジをイメージした造りで、高級なのにアットホーム、という絶妙なニュアンス。暖炉や石壁が山小屋風の雰囲気。 部屋は完璧に清掃されていて、特にバスルームは日本人から見ても、清潔感あり。シャワー・バスのパーツはグローエのもので、お風呂を重視する人も満足するのでは。 レストランの味は大満足。ここでのラムラックがNZ滞在中で最も美味しかった！スタッフに気取ったところがないのもアジア人種としては嬉しいところ。 また必ず訪れたいホテル。
