We loved our stay in Brockton! The woman at the desk suggested taking the train into Boston and helped us out on how to get around. The breakfast was amazing and the staff kept it stocked and clean. My children enjoyed the pool (thanks for the room near the pool!) and the pool and the entire hotel was spotless. It is close to restaurants. It was close […] enough to other attractions (John Adams Home, Salem, Plymouth) that we could visit each within 45 minutes of the hotel. I would recommend to anyone! Lesa meira

There was mold in the bathroom, air conditioner was not cleaned. uncomfortable night sleeping

Availability of smoking rooms is a plus as are the cookies! Breakfast wasn't anything special and a bit lacking for those with dietary and/or allergy restrictions. But room was clean and decent and staff was friendly and polite.

Check in and the room were nice. Room was large enough for 4 adult women to be confortable. Only issue we had was the pool had a choking effect on one of our group. The Chemicals were overpowering.

Fridge and microwave were unexpected. So convenient when you're traveling and don't want to eat alone in a restaurant every night. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and comfy. So much better than I expected at this price.

We needed to stay one night in a hotel due to a bathroom remodel at home. The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and check in and check out was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Brockton for any reason.

Staff are great...HVAC is loud and some cable channels (TNT, USA, TWC) did not work my second night. Would stay there again because it's much better than other hotels in the neighborhood.

The breakfast bar was good. When we got there the eggs were cold but the staff were right on top of making new ones

Not too bad. Hotel is off in kind of an industrial park but close to highways. The staff is super nice. My room was clean but house keeping comes later in the day. The tv and channels suck but free WiFi was awesome. Really can't walk to restaurants and their is a housing development behind the hotel. I am picky, been business traveling for over 10you […] years. The hotel was great just that the rooms didnt have A fridge or microwave besides that it was a great Hotel. Pool was clean and nice rooms were big but the TVs Are old tube tvs.

We had to find a hotel to stay in while we had some work being done on our home. The location was convenient, there was a mall right across the street with a nice Texas Roadhouse restaurant. The staff was helpful, the room was very clean, the hotel had a small indoor pool and workout room w/treadmill and recumbent exercise bike. The free breakfast was […] nice, and there was a staff member on hand to replenish food supplies when necessary and to keep the area clean. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The location is very inconvenient. We drove in ok but when we wanted to go eat at a restaurant "across the street," we got totally lost for about 45 minutes! The street at the light only goes to the left onto a freeway like street with no nearby exit or turnaround. We had to continue for about a mile, exit into the town where the street signs are few […] and far between. Finally after getting back to 27, we found the restaurant, ate and headed back to the hotel. We could not access the street from the light. We had to turn left and go around one of the side streets and come back onto Christy Street from one of the neighborhood streets. The desk clerk did not bother to tell us all of this. I was very disappointed with the foolish accessability to this hotel. Lesa meira

Hotel wasn't expecting what i thought of it. Furniture and all around items were old and bed sheets weren't even clean. Full breakfast was sucky i had better experience staying at comfort in than this place. Yet this place is rated for 4.3 im never staying there again!

housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired.....room only cleaned once in the four nights we were there. also informed front desk that our sink wasn't draining properly. maintenance went into the room, left a broken wire on the counter, and the sink still didn't drain properly. also, informed the front desk that a large piece of lattice was falling off […] the front of the building, three days later....latice is still falling off the side of the building. we asked for a non-smoking room, which we got right next to and across from a smoking room. the hallway had a very strong, strong oder of cigarette smoke. never again will i stay in that hotel. Found this hotel a very pleasant surprise; we were looking for something affordable for an unplanned trip and were very lucky to find this one. Continental breakfast was very good and different each day which is unusual. Hotel was very close to the interstate, but far enough away that noise was not a factor.
